And step four, the filter element is clamped through the star wheel 1a2 and the guide arc plate 1b1, then the heating plate 2b below the star wheel 1a2 continuously heats the joint of the filter element and the end cover during rotation, and then the filter element can rotate through the star wheel 1a2 because the filter element can rub the frosting groove 1b2 during rotation, and then the joint of the filter element and the end cover can be completely heated through the lower part.
And step five, after the end covers fall, the second linear driver 5a1 drives the blanking push plate 5a2 to push the fallen end covers to enter the end cover collection box 5a4 through the end cover blanking pipeline 5a3, then the star wheel 1a2 continues to move, and the rest filter cores are removed from the opening.

1. An automobile filter element end cover separation device with automatic feeding and discharging functions is characterized by comprising,
a machine frame, a plurality of guide rails and a plurality of guide rails,
the filter core turning device comprises a turning device (1), wherein the turning device (1) is arranged on a rack, the center of the turning device (1) is in a star wheel (1 a 2) shape, an arc-shaped wall body for guiding the filter core to rotate is further arranged beside the star wheel (1 a 2), and the turning device (1) is used for driving the filter core to do circular motion around the axis of the star wheel (1 a 2);
the heating and separating device (2) is arranged below the steering device (1), the heating and separating device (2) is a star-shaped heating plate (2 b), and the heating plate (2 b) abuts against the connecting part between the filter element and the end cover;
the output end of the material moving device (3) is arranged beside the steering device (1), the material moving device (3) is horizontally arranged, and the moving direction of the material moving device (3) faces the steering device (1);
the distance limiting device (4), the distance limiting device (4) is arranged on the material moving device (3), the distance limiting device (4) is arranged beside the input end of the material moving device (3), the working direction of the distance limiting device (4) is vertical and is arranged towards the material moving device (3), and the distance limiting device (4) is used for enabling the distance between every two adjacent filter cores to be equal;
the blanking device (5) is arranged on the rack, the working end of the blanking device (5) is horizontally arranged beside the steering device (1), and the working direction of the blanking device (5) is the same as that of the material moving device (3).
2. The automobile filter element end cover separating device with the automatic feeding and discharging function as claimed in claim 1, wherein the steering device (1) comprises,
the filter element rotating mechanism comprises a rotating driving mechanism (1 a), the rotating driving mechanism (1 a) is arranged on a rack, and the rotating driving mechanism (1 a) is used for driving the filter element to do circular motion around the axis of a star wheel (1 a 2);
the guide mechanism (1 b), guide mechanism (1 b) sets up in the frame, and guide mechanism (1 b) sets up the side at steering drive mechanism (1 a), and guide mechanism (1 b) is used for guiding the filter core and makes circular motion around the axis of star gear (1 a 2).
3. The automobile filter element end cover separating device with the automatic feeding and discharging function as claimed in claim 2, wherein the steering driving mechanism (1 a) comprises,
a first rotary driver (1 a 1), the first rotary driver (1 a 1) is arranged above the frame, and a driving shaft of the first rotary driver (1 a 1) is vertically arranged downwards;
the star wheel (1 a 2), the star wheel (1 a 2) is arranged on the working end of the first rotary driver (1 a 1), and the star wheel (1 a 2) is used for matching with the first rotary driver (1 a 1) to drive the filter element to make circular motion around the axis of the star wheel (1 a 2).
4. The automobile filter element end cover separating device with the automatic feeding and discharging function as claimed in claim 2, wherein the guiding mechanism (1 b) comprises,
the guide arc plate (1 b 1), the guide arc plate (1 b 1) is arranged at the side of the star wheel (1 a 2), a square notch is arranged below the guide arc plate (1 b 1), and the guide arc plate (1 b 1) is used for guiding the filter element to revolve around the star wheel (1 a 2);
and a plurality of the grinding grooves (1 b 2), wherein the plurality of grinding grooves (1 b 2) are uniformly arranged on the guide arc plate (1 b 1), and the grinding grooves (1 b 2) are used for increasing the friction force so that the filter element can rotate when rotating.
5. The automobile filter element end cover separating device with the automatic feeding and discharging function as claimed in claim 1, wherein the heating separating device (2) comprises,
a rotating shaft (2 a), the rotating shaft (2 a) being vertically disposed below the star wheel (1 a 2);
heating plate (2 b), heating plate (2 b) set up in rotation axis (2 a) below, and heating plate (2 b) are the star, and heating plate (2 b) are used for heating filter core and end cover one side.
6. The automobile filter element end cover separating device with the automatic feeding and discharging function as claimed in claim 1, wherein the material moving device (3) comprises,
the filter core moving mechanism comprises a first linear moving mechanism (3 a), a first linear driving mechanism and a second linear driving mechanism, wherein the first linear driving mechanism is arranged on the rack and is arranged towards the steering device (1), and the first linear driving mechanism is used for driving the filter core to move to the steering device (1);
baffle (3 b), baffle (3 b) set up in the frame, and baffle (3 b) set up in first linear drive mechanism both sides, and baffle (3 b) are used for arresting the filter core, make it can not drop in the transportation.
7. The automobile filter element end cover separating device with the automatic feeding and discharging function as claimed in claim 1, wherein the distance limiting device (4) comprises,
the sensor (4 a), the sensor (4 a) is arranged on the frame, the sensor (4 a) is arranged towards the first linear moving mechanism (3 a), and the sensor (4 a) is used for detecting the filter element at the position and sending out a signal;
the non-working end of the first linear driver (4 b) is fixedly arranged on the rack, the first linear driver (4 b) is arranged beside the sensor (4 a), the working end of the first linear driver (4 b) is arranged perpendicular to the moving direction of the material moving device (3), and the working end of the first linear driver (4 b) is arranged towards the material moving device (3);
the distance limiting plate (4 c) is arranged on one side of the working end of the first linear driver (4 b), and the distance limiting plate (4 c) is matched with the sensor (4 a) and the first linear driver (4 b) to enable adjacent filter cores to keep the same distance to enter a processing area.
8. The automobile filter element end cover separating device with the automatic feeding and discharging function as claimed in claim 1, wherein the discharging device (5) comprises,
the end cover blanking mechanism (5 a), the non-working end of the end cover blanking mechanism (5 a) is arranged on the frame, the end cover blanking mechanism (5 a) is arranged beside the steering device (1), the working end of the end cover blanking mechanism (5 a) is arranged towards the steering device (1), and the end cover blanking mechanism (5 a) is used for collecting the end cover separated from the filter element;
filter core unloader (5 b), filter core unloader (5 b) set up and keep away from the one side that moves material device (3) turning to device (1), and filter core unloader (5) are used for will collecting with the filter core after the end cover separation.
