(57)【特許請求の範囲】(57) [Claims] 【請求項1】 切削機械のベッドの下部で切削液が落下
する部に配置できる高さの濾過槽の一端部側を斜め上方
に延設してその上端部にモータを装着すると共に、前記
濾過槽内に外面に掻き取り部材を適宜間隔を置いて取付
けたコンベアを内装して該コンベアを前記モータにより
駆動するようにする一方、前記コンベアにより駆動され
るロータをそれと一体的に取付けた左,右の中空軸を介
して前記濾過槽の延設境界部辺の左,右両側に回転自在
に装着し、前記ロータの外周に瀘布を張着して濾過部材
を形成すると共に、該濾過部材の内部に前記瀘布を内部
から逆洗する噴射ノズルを配設し、且つ前記濾過槽の延
設上端部側にコンベアの掻き取り部材により搬送された
切り粉の排出部を形成し、同じく延設境界部辺両側に支
持させた左,右の中空軸から濾過された切削液を排出す
るようにしたことを特徴とする切削液の濾過装置。
1. An injection nozzle for backwashing the filter cloth from the inside is disposed inside the filter tank, and a discharge section for cutting chips conveyed by a scraping member of a conveyor is formed at the upper end of the filter tank.
