【特許請求の範囲】[Claims] 【請求項1】2本のエンドレスコンベアチエン間に一定
間隔でスクレーパが取り付けられ,該エンドレスコンベ
アチエンの移動により,該スクレーパ前面で金属加工工
作機械から排出されるクーラント中の切りくずを掻き出
す,該クーラントの切りくず処理用チップコンベア装置
において,該チップコンベア装置では処理できない切り
くずの細粒を,フイルタ濾過で分離するために逆洗付き
回転フイルタ装置を備え,このフイルタの目詰まり,或
いは破損等で該回転フイルタ中の円筒形メッシュフイル
タを,交換時に該円筒形メッシュフイルタが伸縮出来,
該回転フイルタ装置から容易に着脱出来ることを特徴と
する逆洗付き回転フイルタ装置を備えたチップコンベア
装置。

挿入で伸縮可能な複数本のステーが渡され該円筒形メッ
シュフイルタが手風琴の様に長さ方向に伸縮可能とな
り,該両円筒回転軸間に緩く嵌合している。又該円筒形
メッシュフイルタの外周に,これと同心のパンチングプ
レートで成形された粗円筒形フイルタが覆い,更に該粗
円筒形フイルタは中心から各々蒲鉾形に2分割され,こ
の半円筒部分がヒンジ式に片開き出来て,内部の円筒形
メッシュフイルタの着脱操作を可能にしており,該円筒
形メッシュフイルタと一体となって共に自在回転可能と
なっている特許請求の範囲第1項記載の逆洗付き回転フ
イルタ装置を備えたチップコンベア装置。
