Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to a natural shampoo product, in particular to a natural shampoo product with a rose flower and fruit stock solution formula and a preparation method thereof.
Background
At present, hundreds of hair washing products in domestic market are available, most of the hair washing products adopt chemically synthesized raw materials, and certain selected raw materials possibly have potential safety hazards to human health due to impurity-containing components, so that the safety risk is higher after long-term use. For example, formaldehyde-releasing agents, paraben preservatives have been reported to present a carcinogenic risk to humans; the kasong, the synthetic essence, the pigment and the like are easy to cause the skin allergy of the human body; the raw material containing an ethylene oxide structure can bring in trace amount of dioxane which is easy to cause carcinogenesis; some raw materials may inevitably carry impurity components harmful to human health in the chemical synthesis process, such as acrylamide monomer, chloroacetic acid, formaldehyde, methanol, nitrosamine, phenol and the like. In addition, after the shampoo products are used for a plurality of times for a long time, some conditioning agents such as polymers, silicone oil and the like in the components of the shampoo products are easy to accumulate on the hair, so that the hair is damaged, dry and itchy.
The existing shampoo not only hurts human skin, has side effects and cannot be degraded, but also cannot be degraded after being discharged into rivers to cause environmental pollution, and due to the characteristics of the shampoo, the shampoo usually needs to be soaked for a certain time before washing, is repeatedly scrubbed, wastes a large amount of fresh water, causes unnecessary loss to countries and individuals, causes endless deterioration to ecology, and has an unsatisfactory washing effect.
Although some researchers have proposed some shampoo products with plant formula, such as saponin tea, tea saponin, olive oil, ginger root, etc., the natural plant extract has low solubility at the lowest effective concentration, so that other chemical substances are often needed to be matched, which is why the application of the natural plant extract in the natural shampoo is not wide.
Therefore, the technology of the existing natural shampoo gradually focuses on the research and improvement of the natural surfactant, but the natural surfactant has a weak solubilizing effect, so that some water-insoluble oil or natural plant extract cannot be completely solubilized, and the main effect of the product developed on the market at present is focused on cleaning and softening hair, so that the natural shampoo has a weak effect on functionality such as nourishing scalp and maintaining scalp health.
In the conventional shampoo, chemically synthesized surfactants are widely used, and typical examples thereof include AES (laureth sulfate), K12 (lauryl sulfate ammonium salt), CAB (lauramidopropyl betaine), and the like. These synthetic surfactants require high temperature, strong acid and strong alkali environment during chemical synthesis, and thus inevitably produce various by-products such as dioxane in the production of AES. Harmful by-products in the synthesized surfactant seriously affect the safety of products and the health of human bodies.
Besides the cleaning function, the shampoo also needs to meet the requirements of consumers on functional effects, such as scalp nourishing, damaged hair restoration, dandruff removal and the like. However, the realization of these functions in the market at present is often completed by functional additives, including organosilicon, zinc compounds synthesized by chemical industry, and the like. Although the chemically synthesized additives have certain effects in the initial stage, the long-term use of the chemically synthesized additives can cause scalp itching, destroy human embryos and harm human health. Meanwhile, the synthetic additives are often insoluble in water and surfactants, are easily adsorbed on human scalp and hair, are permanently harmful to human bodies, and are also easily polluted to the environment.

Detailed Description
The present invention is described in detail below with reference to specific examples, but the use and purpose of these exemplary embodiments are merely to exemplify the present invention, and do not set forth any limitation on the actual scope of the present invention in any form, and the scope of the present invention is not limited thereto.
Example 1
The natural shampoo product of the rose flower and fruit stock solution formula in the embodiment comprises the following components in percentage by weight:
in the technical scheme, 60-70% of rose flower and fruit stock solution is used as a main raw material, and the original fresh flower aromatic agent is used, so that the whole product forms a natural rose flower fragrant shampoo product; the characteristics of the corn steep liquor grain are mixed with the original source of the rose flowers and fruits, and the edible salt and the edible alkali are added to form the clean and environment-friendly rose flower fragrance shampoo. The corn steep liquor grain is mixed with rose stock solution, sweet wormwood herb and folium artemisiae argyi soaking solution, edible salt and edible alkali to form the effect of promoting the growth of scalp and hair quality.
The wild rose contains 17 kinds of amino acids required by human body, and the total amount of the amino acids is up to 10.9 percent, which is a preferred material for preparing natural shampoo products. In the invention, the rose and rose fruit are preferably wild varieties.
The rose is rich in protein, fat, starch, various amino acids and vitamins, and also rich in macroelements, microelements and other various essential nutrients for human body. The protein content in the rose reaches 16.33 percent. The rose contains 17 kinds of amino acids necessary for human body, and the total amount of amino acids is up to 10.9%, and 7 kinds of the amino acids are necessary for human body, and account for 34.42% of the amino acid content. The rose contains a large amount of vitamin A, B, C, wherein the content of vitamin C is the most abundant.
The rose contains 4 main unsaturated fatty acids, Linoleic acid (Linolenic acid) contains 80.10%, Linolenic acid (Linolenic acid) contains 6.84%, oleic acid (oleic acid) contains 3.47%, and hexadecenoic acid (Cetenic acid) contains 0.23%.
The rose hip seeds have a high oil content, wherein the percentage of unsaturated fatty acids is high. The total content of essential fatty acid, namely linoleic acid (50.10%) and linolenic acid (29.77%) in the rose seed oil is close to 80%. Therefore, the rich vegetable oil contained in the rose hip seeds can well dissolve the effective components of the shampoo products. The fructus Rosae Davuricae also contains higher unsaturated fatty acids such as eicosadienoic acid and eicosatrienoic acid. The rose hip contains multiple nutrients and thus has unique function. The rose pectin extracted from rose hip has the functions of strengthening tissue, activating collateral tissue, easily permeating corium layer, regenerating, repairing and healing hair scales, and reconstructing and recovering damaged hair follicle. Especially compared with the hair designed by permanent dyeing, the hair dye has excellent color fixing and repairing effects.
