Detailed Description
The following are specific embodiments of the present invention and are further described with reference to the drawings, but the present invention is not limited to these embodiments.
As shown in fig. 1, the production process of the improved electric sofa bed with memory function includes the following steps:
a. blanking of a steel pipe: cutting the steel pipe by cutting equipment, and deburring the steel pipe; the cutting equipment is a laser pipe cutting machine;
b. frame welding: welding the steel pipes into a frame by welding equipment, wherein the frame comprises a bed body part, a backrest part and armrest parts; the welding equipment is a carbon dioxide welding machine;
c. frame spraying: spraying protective paint on the frame by spraying equipment, wherein the spraying amount is 20-40g/m2
d. Element installation: mounting massage beads and a vibrator to a back portion of the frame;
e. cutting sponge: cutting the memory sponge by a cutting machine to obtain a frame sponge and a seat bag sponge;
f. manufacturing a bed cover: carrying out surface treatment on the fabric through a treatment device, and cutting and sewing the fabric to obtain a bed cover, wherein the bed cover comprises an inner bed cover, an outer bed cover and a cushion cover; the surface treatment comprises immersion treatment and drying treatment; the drying temperature in the drying treatment is 50-60 ℃, and the drying time is 20-30 min; in this embodiment, the drying temperature in the drying process is 58 ℃ and the drying time is 21 min;
g. and (3) integral assembly: and d, assembling the semi-finished products in the steps d, e and f, and then installing support legs to obtain the electric sofa bed with the memory function.
The finished sofa bed of the invention is shown in figure 2.
The feed liquid used in the immersion liquid treatment is an antibacterial feed liquid, and the antibacterial feed liquid comprises the following components in percentage by weight: 3.5 to 5.5 percent of chitin, 1.8 to 3.2 percent of chitosan, 0.7 to 1.6 percent of softening agent, 0.2 to 0.6 percent of mite inhibitor and the balance of water; in this embodiment, the antibacterial liquid comprises the following components in percentage by weight: 4.2 percent of chitin, 2.3 percent of chitosan, 1.2 percent of softening agent, 0.3 percent of mite inhibitor and 92 percent of water.
As shown in fig. 3-4, the sponge cutting machine includes a frame 1, a bracket 8 is fixed on the frame 1, and in this embodiment, the bracket 8 is fixed on the frame 1 by means of bolt connection; the bracket 8 is provided with a moving plate 12, the moving plate 12 is connected with a moving structure capable of driving the moving plate 12 to move back and forth, one end of the moving plate 12 is fixed with a base 9, and a double-edge straight knife 10 is vertically arranged on the base 9, wherein in the embodiment, the double-edge straight knife 10 adopts the existing products available on the market; the double-edged straight knife 10 is connected with a driving component which can move up and down, and in the embodiment, the driving component adopts the prior art; the other end of the moving plate 12 is fixed with a push rod motor 11, and in the embodiment, the other end of the moving plate 12 is fixed with the push rod motor 11 in a bolt connection mode; a push rod of the push rod motor 11 is vertically downward, the end part of the push rod motor 11 is connected with the mounting frame 7, a first compression roller 5 and a second compression roller 6 are horizontally and rotatably arranged on the mounting frame 7, the first compression roller 5 and the second compression roller 6 are symmetrically distributed on two sides of the double-edge straight knife 10, the rack 1 is also fixedly provided with a workbench 4, and in the embodiment, the rack 1 is also fixedly provided with the workbench 4 in a bolt connection mode; the workbench 4 is provided with a cutting groove matched with the double-edge straight knife 10, the cutting groove divides the workbench 4 into a first workbench and a second workbench, the first workbench is provided with a pushing mechanism, and the second workbench is provided with a limiting mechanism and a blanking mechanism.
The moving structure comprises a first guide rail 30, a first sliding block 31, a first rack 33, a first driving wheel 34 and a first motor 32, wherein the first guide rail 30 is horizontally fixed on the support 8, the first sliding block 31 is arranged on the first guide rail 30, the first rack 33 is horizontally fixed on the support 8, the first rack 33 is parallel to the first guide rail 30, the first motor 32 is fixed on the first sliding block 31, an output shaft of the first motor 32 is horizontally arranged, the first driving wheel 34 is fixed at the end part of the output shaft of the first motor 32, the first driving wheel 34 is meshed with the first rack 33, and the moving plate 12 is connected with the first sliding block 31.
The pushing mechanism comprises a second guide rail 15, a second sliding block 14, a pushing strip 13, a screw rod 18, a nut 17 and a second motor 16, the second guide rail 15 is horizontally fixed on the first workbench, the second sliding block 14 is arranged on the second guide rail 15, the second guide rail 15 is perpendicular to the first guide rail 30, the screw rod 18 is horizontally and rotatably arranged on the first workbench, the end part of the screw rod 18 is connected with the second motor 16 capable of driving the screw rod to rotate, the nut 17 is in threaded connection with the screw rod 18, the nut 17 is connected with the second sliding block 14 through a bearing seat, and the pushing strip 13 is connected with the second sliding block 14.
The limiting mechanism comprises a third guide rail 19, a third slide block 22, a limiting baffle 28 and a locking screw 21, the third guide rail 19 is horizontally fixed on the second workbench, the third slide block 22 is arranged on the third guide rail 19, the limiting baffle 28 is connected with the third slide block 22, one end of the locking screw 21 is in threaded connection with the third slide block 22, one end of the locking screw 21 can abut against the third guide rail 19, the other end of the locking screw 21 is connected with the hand wheel 20, and the third guide rail 19 is provided with scale marks; by adopting the structure, the third slide block 22 is pushed back and forth along the third guide rail 19, the third slide block 22 is locked by the locking screw rod 21 after the limit baffle 28 is adjusted to the required position, and therefore the cutting length of the memory sponge can be effectively limited.
The blanking mechanism comprises a plurality of driving shafts 27 and material guide plates 3, in the embodiment, the number of the driving shafts 27 is five; the driving shaft 27 is horizontally arranged on the second workbench, the driving shaft 27 is perpendicular to the first guide rail 30, a plurality of rollers 25 are fixed on the driving shaft 27, and in the embodiment, seven rollers 25 are fixed on each driving shaft 27; the second workbench is also provided with a power assembly capable of driving the driving shaft 27 to rotate, the upper end of the material guide plate 3 is connected with the side part of the second workbench, the lower end of the material guide plate 3 is connected with the rack 1, and the material guide plate 3 is obliquely arranged.
The power assembly comprises a third motor 23, a driving wheel 24, a plurality of driven wheels 26 and a transmission belt 29, wherein in the embodiment, the number of the driven wheels 26 is five; the third motor 23 is fixed on the second workbench through a mounting plate, an output shaft of the third motor 23 is horizontally arranged, the driving wheel 24 is fixed at the end part of the output shaft of the third motor 23, the driven wheel 26 is fixed at the end part of the driving shaft 27, and the transmission belt 29 is sleeved between the driving wheel 24 and the driven wheel 26.
The frame 1 is also fixed with a controller 2, and the push rod motor 11, the first motor 32, the second motor 16 and the third motor 23 are all connected with the controller 2 through circuits; in the embodiment, the controller 2 adopts a commercially available singlechip, the program for controlling the motor by the singlechip is the existing one, and the program does not need to be edited again; with the structure, the controller 2 can control the push rod motor 11, the first motor 32, the second motor 16 and the third motor 23 to act.
The working principle of the cutting machine is as follows: placing the memory sponge on the workbench 4, controlling the second motor 16 to drive the screw rod 18 to rotate, driving the second sliding block 14 to move back and forth along the second guide rail 15 through the bearing seat by the nut 17, driving the pushing strip 13 to move back and forth by the second sliding block 14, and pushing the memory sponge to the second workbench from the first workbench by the pushing strip 13; the memory sponge is limited through a limiting baffle 28; the push rod motor 11 is controlled to drive the mounting frame 7 to move up and down, the mounting frame 7 drives the first compression roller 5 and the second compression roller 6 to move up and down, and the first compression roller 5 and the second compression roller 6 are used for performing auxiliary compression on the cut part of the memory sponge; the first control motor 32 drives the first driving wheel 34 to rotate, the first driving wheel 34 is gradually meshed with the first rack 33, the first sliding block 31 moves back and forth along the first guide rail 30, the first sliding block 31 drives the moving plate 12 to move back and forth, the moving plate 12 drives the double-edge straight knife 10 to move back and forth, and the double-edge straight knife 10 cuts the memory sponge; the third control motor 23 drives the driving wheel 24 to rotate, the driving wheel 24 drives the driven wheel 26 to rotate through the transmission belt 29, the driven wheel 26 drives the driving shaft 27 to rotate, the driving shaft 27 outputs the cut memory sponge to the material guide plate 3 from the second workbench, and the cut memory sponge is discharged, so that manual operation can be replaced.
As shown in fig. 5-9, the processing device includes a base 41, a first positioning frame 42 is fixed on one end of the base 41, and in this embodiment, the first positioning frame 42 is fixed on one end of the base 41 by means of a bolt; an unwinding roller 55 is horizontally and rotatably arranged on the first positioning frame 42, and in the embodiment, the unwinding roller 55 adopts an existing structure; the other end of the machine base 41 is fixed with a second positioning frame 48, and in the embodiment, the other end of the machine base 41 is fixed with the second positioning frame 48 in a bolt connection mode; a winding roller 52 is horizontally and rotatably arranged on the second positioning frame 48, and in the embodiment, the winding roller 52 adopts the existing structure; the end part of the wind-up roll 52 is connected with a power structure which can drive the wind-up roll to rotate, and the middle part of the machine base 41 is also provided with a liquid immersion mechanism and a drying mechanism; the immersion mechanism comprises a bottom plate 43, a first guide rod 66, a first guide sleeve 65, a second rack 58, a second driving wheel 56, a servo motor 57, a mounting strip 45, a support frame 61, an immersion roller 64 and an immersion tank 53 with an opening at the upper part, wherein the bottom plate 43 is fixed in the middle of the machine base 41, and in the embodiment, the bottom plate 43 is fixed in the middle of the machine base 41 in a bolt connection mode; the guide rod I66 is horizontally fixed on the bottom plate 43, the guide sleeve I65 is arranged on the guide rod I66, the rack II 58 is horizontally fixed on the bottom plate 43, the second rack 58 and the first guide rod 66 are parallel to each other, the servo motor 57 is fixed on the first guide sleeve 65, the output shaft of the servo motor 57 is horizontally arranged, the second driving wheel 56 is fixed at the end part of the output shaft of the servo motor 57, the second driving wheel 56 is meshed with the second rack 58, the support frame 61 is fixed on the bottom plate 43, the first cylinder 62 is fixed on the support frame 61, the piston rod of the first cylinder 62 is vertically downward, the end part of the piston rod of the first cylinder 62 is connected with the positioning fork 63, the immersion roller 64 is horizontally and rotatably arranged on the positioning fork 63, the immersion box 53 is fixed on the first guide sleeve 65, the immersion tank 53 can be located right below the immersion roller 64, the immersion tank 53 is provided with a plurality of U-shaped adjusting through grooves 53a, and in the embodiment, the number of the adjusting through grooves 53a is three; a plurality of elastic strips 59 for closing the adjusting groove are further fixed on the immersion liquid tank 53, in the embodiment, the number of the elastic strips 59 is three, and the elastic strips 59 adopt the existing products available on the market; the mounting bar 45 is fixed on the immersion tank 53, a plurality of partition plates 60 are vertically arranged on the mounting bar 45, and in the embodiment, the number of the partition plates 60 is three; the partition plate 60 is positioned right below the mounting groove, and the partition plate 60 is also connected with a second cylinder 44 capable of driving the second cylinder to move up and down; in the present embodiment, the number of the second cylinders 44 is three, and the second cylinders 44 correspond to the partition plates 60 one by one.
The drying mechanism comprises an oven 46, the oven 46 is fixed on the base 41, one end of the oven 46 is provided with an input port, the other end of the oven 46 is provided with an output port, and an electric heating pipe is fixed in the oven 46; by adopting the structure, the fabric with good immersion can be dried by the oven 46.
A temperature indicator 47 is also arranged on the oven 46; by adopting the structure, the temperature in the oven 46 can be quickly known through the temperature indicator 47, and the indication is visual.
And limiting blocks 67 are also fixed at the two ends of the first guide rod 66.
The machine base 41 is also horizontally and rotatably provided with a plurality of guide rollers 54; in the present embodiment, the number of the guide rollers 54 is two.
The power structure comprises a power motor 49, a driving gear 510 and a driven gear 51, the power motor 49 is fixed on the second positioning frame 48, an output shaft of the power motor 49 is horizontally arranged, the driving gear 510 is fixed at the end part of the output shaft of the power motor 49, the driven gear 51 is fixed at the end part of the winding roller 52, and the driving gear 510 is meshed with the driven gear 51; by adopting the structure, when the winding roller 52 needs to rotate, the power motor 49 is controlled to drive the driving gear 510 to rotate, the driving gear 510 drives the driven gear 51 to rotate, and the driven gear 51 drives the winding roller 52 to rotate, so that the winding roller 52 can rotate.
The base 41 is also provided with a feeding mechanism which can convey feed liquid to the immersion liquid box 53; with this structure, the feed liquid is fed to the immersion tank 53 by the feed mechanism.

2. The process for producing an electric sofa bed with a memory function as claimed in claim 1, wherein the surface treatment comprises a dipping treatment and a drying treatment.

The production process of the electric sofa bed with the memory function as claimed in claim 2, wherein the liquid used in the immersion treatment is an antibacterial liquid, and the antibacterial liquid comprises the following components in percentage by weight: 4.2 percent of chitin, 2.3 percent of chitosan, 1.2 percent of softening agent, 0.3 percent of mite inhibitor and 92 percent of water.
4. The manufacturing process of the improved electric sofa bed with memory function as claimed in claim 1, wherein the drying temperature in the drying process is 58 ℃ and the drying time is 21 min.
