技术领域
本发明涉及减肥保健品技术领域,尤其是涉及一种减肥组合物及其制备方法。
背景技术
肥胖是体内脂肪,尤其是甘油三酯(三酰甘油)积聚过多而导致的一种状态。通常由于食物摄入过多或机体代谢的改变而导致体内脂肪积聚过多,造成体重过度增长,并引起人体病理生理的改变。肥胖可以分为单纯性肥胖和继发性肥胖两大类。单纯性肥胖无明确病因,可能与遗传、饮食和运动习惯等因素有关。在所有的肥胖中,99%以上是单纯性肥胖。这种肥胖的确切发病机制还不是很清楚。任何因素只要能够使能量摄入多于能量消耗,都有可能引起单纯性肥胖,这些因素包括年龄、进食过多、体力活动过少、社会心理因素、遗传因素及脂肪组织特征等。继发性肥胖是指由于其他疾病所导致的肥胖。继发性肥胖占肥胖的比例仅为1%。
减肥属于以减少人体过度的脂肪、体重为目的的行为方式。适度减重可降低患肥胖症的风险,也可提高有肥胖并发症的患者的健康水平。市场上有各类不同的减肥理念、减肥产品,应当审慎选择。常用的治疗肥胖症的药物主要有两类:一种是作用于中枢的食欲抑制剂,此类药物又称厌食性药物,它是通过影响神经递质的活性,减少5羟色胺和去甲肾上腺素再摄取,从而减少食物摄入量,抑制食欲和提高基础代谢率来减重,如西布曲明,一旦停止服用这种药物会立刻反弹,长期服用会对神经系统的调节功能和肠胃造成损害;还有一种是作用于外周的脂肪酶抑制剂,通过阻断饮食中部分脂肪的吸收达到减肥目的,如奥利司他,在胃肠道抑制胃脂肪酶和胰,从而减少脂肪的吸收,但是同时也会各种副作用,最常见的是肠胃不适,严重者会造成肝脏的损伤。
针对以上问题,需要一种既能够减轻体重又不产生依赖性、安全无副作用的减肥产品帮助肥胖人群进行减肥。

本发明的第一目的在于提供一种减肥组合物,该减肥组合物具有饱腹感,能够帮助减少食物的摄入量;能够去除体内湿气,通肠润便,清除体内多余垃圾;能够抑制脂肪的产生、燃烧脂肪,减轻体重,提高身体健康水平,还能够提高身体代谢能力,安全无副作用,不易反弹,不会产生依赖性。本发明的第二目的在于提供一种减肥组合物的制备方法。

酢浆草的作用和功效:酢浆草富含抗坏血酸、去氢抗坏血酸、丙酮酸、乙醛酸,其体壁细胞含有铁蛋白,具有清热利湿、凉血散瘀、消肿解毒的功效,具有利水作用,能够减少水分在人体内的滞留。
小麦麸的作用和功效:小麦麸中含有膳食纤维、蛋白质、纤维素、维生素、矿物质等营养物质,具有降糖、降压、调脂、抗氧化的作用,具有除热、止渴、敛汗、消肿的功效。丰富的膳食纤维可以促进肠道的蠕动,润肠通便,可以缓解和治疗便秘的症状,有助于清除肠道内的毒素,还能够增加肠液的粘稠度,阻碍葡萄糖的吸收,从而达到降血糖的功效。麦麸中还含有丰富的B族维生素,可以促进人体的新陈代谢,提高机体免疫力。

本实施例制备的减肥粉的使用方法如下:将减肥粉倒入150mL的60-70℃的热水中搅拌均匀,每天两次,早饭和晚饭前半小时饮用即可,连续服用30天具有明显的减肥效果。
选用实施例1-3制备的减肥粉进行减肥效果的研究测试。选择240例单纯型肥胖人群,年龄在30-60岁之间,男女各120人,BMI≧24Kg/m2,男性腰围≧90cm,女性腰围≧85cm。以上人群身体没有心、肝、肾等方面的疾病及并发症,也没有严重的胃肠道疾病或其他严重的疾病。
将240人随机分为3组,每组80人,其中一组使用实施例1制备的减肥粉,一组使用实施例2制备的减肥粉,另外的一组使用实施例3制备的减肥粉。每天两次,每天早饭和晚饭前30分钟饮用实施例1-3制备的减肥粉,不限制饮食,按照平时的饮食习惯即可,连续饮用30天。
本试验采用试验者自身对照法则评价各组的效果。在进行试验前和试验结束时,早晨空腹检测,均检测以下身体指标:身高、体重、体脂率、基础代谢率、腰围、臀围。腰围、臀围通过皮尺测量得到,体脂率、基础代谢率通过市售的电子秤测得。
试验结果如表1:

注释:试验者前后自身对照任一身体指标的变化(身体指标的变化指的是体重减小、体脂率下降、基础代谢率提高、腰围减小、臀围减小)大于3%记为有效,大于6%记为显效,小于3%记为无效,其中总有效率为显效和有效总人数与该组总人数的比值。
由表1可以看出,本发明提供的减肥组合物具有减肥的效果,其中实施例1制备的减肥粉具有优异的减肥效果,在80例单纯性肥胖性人群中对其中的58人具有减肥的效果。并且试验过程中,参加试验的人员均没有出现肠胃不适等不良反应。
在试验结束的两个月后,对参与试验的人员中减肥有效的人员再一次进行各项身体指标的检测,得到减肥反弹效果反馈表,见表2。

注释:试验者在试验结束时与试验结束后两个月的自身对照任一身体指标的变化大于2%记为有反弹,大于5%记为明显反弹,小于2%记为无反弹,其中总反弹率为明显反弹和有反弹人数与该组总人数的比值。
从表2可以看出,本发明提供的减肥组合物在停止使用后,出现反弹的概率很小,其中使用实施例1制备的减肥粉的反弹率仅为22.4%,说明本发明提供的减肥组合物使用后不易出现反弹,能够有效维持体重,并且不会让身体对其依赖性。
综上所述,本发明提供的减肥组合物能够有效减轻体重、提高身体代谢能力,安全无副作用,不易反弹,不会产生依赖性。
最后应说明的是:以上各实施例仅用以说明本发明的技术方案,而非对其限制;尽管参照前述各实施例对本发明进行了详细的说明,本领域的普通技术人员应当理解:其依然可以对前述各实施例所记载的技术方案进行修改,或者对其中部分或者全部技术特征进行等同替换;而这些修改或者替换,并不使相应技术方案的本质脱离本发明各实施例技术方案的范围。
Claims (10)
1.一种减肥组合物,其特征在于,包括以下重量份原料:酢浆草0.5-1份、小麦麸2-2.5份、亚麻籽2-2.5份、荷叶2-2.5份、茶2-2.5份、桂皮0.2-0.3份、黑胡椒0.5-1份。
2.根据权利要求1所述的减肥组合物,其特征在于,包括以下重量份原料:酢浆草0.5份、小麦麸2.5份、亚麻籽2.5份、荷叶2份、茶2份、桂皮0.2份、黑胡椒0.5份。
3.根据权利要求1或2所述的减肥组合物,其特征在于:所述茶为红茶、绿茶、乌龙茶、黑茶或茉莉花茶中的一种。
4.一种权利要求1-3任一所述的减肥组合物的制备方法,其特征在于,包括以下步骤:将酢浆草、小麦麸、亚麻籽、荷叶、茶、桂皮和黑胡椒混合均匀,粉碎,得到减肥粉。
5.根据权利要求4所述的减肥组合物的制备方法,其特征在于,包括以下步骤:将酢浆草、小麦麸、亚麻籽、荷叶、茶、桂皮和黑胡椒混合均匀,粉碎后,过筛,杀菌。
6.根据权利要求5所述的减肥组合物的制备方法,其特征在于:过筛采用80-100目。
7.根据权利要求5所述的减肥组合物的制备方法,其特征在于:杀菌采用紫外线杀菌。
8.根据权利要求7所述的减肥组合物的制备方法,其特征在于:紫外线杀菌时间为1-2小时。
9.根据权利要求4所述的减肥组合物的制备方法,其特征在于:将所述减肥粉加工制成成品制剂。
10.根据权利要求9所述的减肥组合物的制备方法,其特征在于:所述成品制剂为减肥胶囊、减肥咀嚼片、减肥颗粒、减肥口服液、减肥饮料或减肥糖果中的一种。
