1. The health tea is characterized by comprising the following raw materials in parts by weight: 2-6 parts of dendrobium, 2-6 parts of green tea, 0.5-2 parts of red date, 2-6 parts of momordica grosvenori, 2-5 parts of additive and 2400-2500 parts of water.
2. The health tea as claimed in claim 1, wherein the health tea comprises the following raw materials in parts by weight: 3-5 parts of dendrobium, 3-5 parts of green tea, 0.5-1.5 parts of red date, 3-5 parts of momordica grosvenori, 2-4 parts of additive and 2400-2500 parts of water.

The health tea as claimed in claim 2, wherein the health tea comprises the following raw materials in parts by weight: the health tea comprises the following raw materials in parts by weight: 4 parts of dendrobium, 4.5 parts of green tea, 1 part of red date, 4 parts of momordica grosvenori, 3 parts of additive and 2480 parts of water.
4. The health tea according to claim 3, wherein the green tea is at least one of pan-fired green tea and roasted green tea.
5. The health tea as claimed in claim 3, wherein the additive is sucralose.
6. The method for preparing the health tea according to any one of claims 1 to 5, comprising the steps of:
crushing: weighing the dendrobium according to the proportion, cleaning the dendrobium, performing vacuum freeze drying, and crushing the dried dendrobium to obtain dendrobium powder;
boiling: weighing green tea, red date, fructus momordicae, additive and water according to the proportion, cleaning the fructus momordicae, the green tea and the red date, placing the cleaned fructus momordicae, the green tea and the red date into the water for soaking for 30-90min, adding the dendrobium powder after soaking, and boiling for 30-90min to obtain mixed liquid;
mixing: and filtering the mixed solution, adding the additive, uniformly stirring, cooling and cooling to obtain the health tea finished product.
