The health tea as claimed in claim 2, wherein the health tea comprises the following raw materials in parts by weight: the health tea comprises the following raw materials in parts by weight: 4 parts of dendrobium, 4.5 parts of green tea, 1 part of red date, 4 parts of momordica grosvenori, 3 parts of additive and 2480 parts of water.
