Ginseng can tonify primordial qi, recover pulse to arrest collapse, tonify spleen and benefit lung, promote the production of body fluid and induce tranquilization, belongs to the qi tonics classified under the deficiency-tonifying herbs, and is used for treating symptoms such as weak body, desire to collapse, shortness of breath, dyspnea, spontaneous perspiration, cold limbs, mental fatigue, poor appetite, vomiting and diarrhea, asthma or chronic cough due to qi deficiency, body fluid deficiency, thirst, insomnia, dreaminess, palpitation, amnesia, impotence, frequent micturition, and all qi, blood and body fluid deficiency. Radix Puerariae has effects in expelling pathogenic factors from muscles, relieving fever, promoting fluid production, promoting eruption, invigorating yang, and relieving diarrhea, and can be used for treating typhoid fever, headache, stiffness of neck, dysphoria, diabetes, diarrhea, dysentery, macula obstruction, hypertension, angina pectoris, deafness, etc.
At present, the related technologies for preparing ginseng, kudzu root and other tonics into tablets, drinks and the like are less, and more additives are contained in the tablets and the drinks, so that the taste of the tablets and the drinks is influenced, and certain harm is caused to the health of people due to long-term use of the additives. In addition, most of the drinks with homology of medicine and food in the prior art are functional drinks, and the research on health-care drinks is less.
Patent publication No. CN106261315A discloses a ginseng and kudzu root concentrated juice plant beverage, which is prepared by mixing ginseng, kudzu root, hovenia dulcis thunb, liquorice, poria cocos, dried orange peel and hawthorn in a mass ratio of 0.1-2:120, 250:60-150:60-150:20-80:60-150:20-80, and extracting mixed liquid to mix with white granulated sugar and purified water in a volume ratio of 3:9-10: 80-240. The ginseng and radix puerariae concentrated juice achieves the efficacy of protecting liver and giving up alcohol by combining the efficacy of various traditional Chinese medicinal materials, but has poor efficacies of tonifying qi and promoting the secretion of saliva or body fluid, nourishing blood and tranquillizing, strengthening spleen and stomach, harmonizing drug properties and the like, and belongs to functional drinks.
Patent publication No. CN112471376A discloses a solid beverage for preventing and treating alcoholic fatty liver and a preparation method thereof, wherein the solid beverage comprises corn oligopeptide, kudzu root, hovenia dulcis thunb, ginseng, eucommia male flower and Hubei crabapple leaf, dietary fiber, flaxseed, grape skin, hawthorn, dried orange peel, mint, medlar, dandelion, turmeric, mint, liquorice, cassia seed and other components. The solid beverage can achieve the efficacies of relieving alcoholism and activating spleen, removing jaundice and clearing damp, protecting liver and benefiting gallbladder, promoting blood circulation and removing stasis and the like, but the formula of the solid beverage also comprises food additives such as a sweetening agent and the like, so that the health of a human body can be influenced after the solid beverage is eaten for a long time.
In conclusion, the technical problems of inconvenient carrying and storage, high food additive content, single nutrient content, more functional beverages and the like generally exist in the prior art.

Test example I, product safety test
Test samples: the ginseng and pueraria root paste plant compositions prepared in examples 1 to 3 and comparative examples 1 to 10;
the test method comprises the following steps: ICR male mice, 6 weeks old, 26-30 g in weight, 140 in total, were randomly divided into 14 groups (1 blank group filled with pure water and 13 test sample groups), 10 in each group. According to the requirements of new food raw materials, the daily intake of ginseng medicinal materials for healthy adults is less than or equal to 3g, namely the dosage of a test sample is less than or equal to 40mL, and if the weight of the adult is calculated by 70kg, the daily intake of the adult is equivalent to that of a mouse is less than or equal to 104 mg. Therefore, the mice were gavaged 1 time a day, 104mg each time, and were continuously gavaged for 30 days. During the experiment, the feeding environment is strictly controlled in the environment of temperature (25 +/-2) DEG C, relative humidity (50 +/-5)%, illumination for 12h and night for 12h, and the mice freely eat and are filled with water. The methods used in the animal experiments all conform to the European Union animal guidelines (Directive 2010/63/EU). And recording the weight and food intake conditions of the mice on the 0 th day and the 30 th day of the experiment, and after the experiment is finished, calculating the weight growth rate and the food utilization rate of the mice according to the following formulas and calculating the average value of each group. The weight gain rate and the food utilization rate can be used as evaluation indexes of the health state of animals in different development stages, and can mainly reflect the overall nutritional state and the physiological condition of the animals. For mice, different subjects and other environmental factors may ultimately manifest themselves as changes in the weight and growth of the mice.
Percent weight gain [% weight gain ] (% weight on day 30-g weight on day 0)/g.times.100% food availability [% ] [ (% weight on day 30-g weight on day 0)/g.times.100% food intake during the experiment
And (3) test results: the test results are shown in Table 1.

As can be seen from table 1, the weight gain rate and the food utilization rate of each group of mice showed an increasing trend during the test period, which fully indicates that the ginseng radix puerariae extract plant composition provided by the present invention has no side effects on the health of the mice.
Test example two, fatigue-alleviating Performance test
Test samples: the ginseng and pueraria root paste plant compositions prepared in examples 1 to 3 and comparative examples 1 to 10;
the test method comprises the following steps: ICR male mice, 6 weeks old, weight 26 ~ 30g, total 140, random into 14 groups (1 pure water perfusion blank group and 13 test sample group), each group 10. Therefore, the mice were gavaged 1 time a day, 104mg each time, and were continuously gavaged for 15 days. 30min after the last administration of the test sample, the mice whose tail roots were loaded with 6% weight lead skin were placed in a swimming box for swimming. The water depth is not less than 40cm, the water temperature is 30 +/-2 ℃, the time from swimming to exhaustion of the mice (the judgment standard is that the mice are immersed in the water for more than 10 seconds and cut on a plane and cannot complete righting reflection) is recorded, namely the weight swimming time of the mice, and the average value of the weight swimming time of each group of mice is recorded.
And (3) test results: the test results are shown in Table 2.
TABLE 2 fatigue Performance test results
Figure BDA0003078797520000111
