Abstract

本发明公开了一种分立式循环水电解制氢工艺及设备,本发明的特点是:在电解过程中含氢电解液和含氧电解液分离,含氢电解液单独经过独自过滤和冷却过程泵回电解槽的氢侧小室,含氧电解液单独经过独立的过滤和冷却过程泵回电解槽的氧侧小室,形成含氢电解液和含氧电解液各自独立的氢侧循环和氧侧循环过程。本发明的主要优点是:产出气体纯度高,氢气纯度≥99.9%,氧气纯度≥99.5%;直流能耗低;循环速度快,使用寿命长。

Description

分立式循环水电解制氢工艺和设备
本发明涉及一种新的水电解制氢工艺和设备,具体地说,是一种分立式循环水电解制氢工艺及设备。
在现有技术中,水电解制氢都是采用混合式工艺流程,即电解液于水电解制氢设备的主机——电解槽中,在直流电作用下分别在小室阴极(氢侧小室)和小室阳极(氧侧小室)产出含液氢气和氧气,电解产生的含液氢气和含液氧气分别经氢分离器和氧分离器将氢、氧气体与循环碱液分离;分离后的氢气和氧气分别进入氢综合塔和氧综合塔冷却、捕滴后输出给用户;分离出氢气和氧气的两路残液混合后,经过滤器和冷却器,过滤、冷却后,再泵回电解槽内作为循环电解液参加下一轮电解。现有技术的主要不足是:在混合式循环流程中,分离出氢气和氧气的混合残液返回电解槽的氢侧小室和氧侧小室,返回的电解液中残余的氢气和氧气在高温的作用下会释放出来,同时,由于流速的下降,电解液中夹带的氢气和氧气会进一步分离出来,这些气体和电解后产生的氢气、氧气混合在一起,从而导致输出的氢气和氧气纯度的降低,产出氢气纯度为99.6%-99.8%,产出氧气纯度为99.0%-99.2%;在混合循环流程中,电解液循环流量不能太大,否则会使氢、氧分离器的分离效果下降,从而导致气体纯度进一步降低;电解液循环量增加受到限制还易造成各电解小室温度不均匀,使电解槽直流电耗增加,一般混合式循环能耗为:4.5-5.0KWh/M3H2。
本发明的目的就是为了克服现有技术的不足,提出了一种实现整个电解液循环系统中含氢和含氧电解液分别循环的工艺流程和设备,从而解决了循环电解液中夹带和溶解的氢、氧气体问题,使产出的氢、氧气体的纯度大大提高,电耗下降、产量增加。
本发明的目的是这样实现的,本发明的工艺过程为:电解液于电解槽中电解,电解产生含液氢气和含液氧气;含液氢气经过分离产生出氢气和含氢残液,含液氧气经分离产生氧气和含氧残液;含氢残液单独经过独立过滤和冷却过程泵回电解槽的氢侧小室,含氧残液单独经过独立过滤和冷却过程泵回电解槽的氧侧小室,由此形成含氢电解液和含氧电解液各自独立的氢侧循环和氧侧循环过程。
本工艺过程的设备流程如图1所示,包括电解槽1、氢分离器2、氢综合塔3、氧分离器4、氧综合塔5、氢侧泵6、氢侧过滤器7、氢侧冷却器8、氧侧泵9、氧侧过滤器10和氧侧冷却器11。电解槽的氢气输出管接氢分离器,氢分离器的氢气输出管与氢综合塔连接,氢气由氢综合塔上的氢气输出管12输出;电解槽的氧气输出管接氧分离器,氧分离器的氧气输出管与氧综合塔连接,氧气由氧综合塔上的氧气输出管13输出;氢分离器的回流管14经过含氢碱液(电解液)单独使用的氢侧泵、氢侧过滤器和氢侧冷却器与电解槽的氢侧返液口15连接,氧分离器的回流管16经过含氧碱液(电解液)单独使用的氧侧泵、氧侧过滤器和氧侧冷却器与电解槽的氧侧返液口17连接;在氧分离器与氢分离器之间接有迁移管18。
由于本发明采用了上述的分立式循环水电解制氢技术,其主要优点是:1、产出气体纯度高,氢气纯度≥99.9%,氧气纯度≥99.5%;2、直流能耗低,一般为4.3-4.8KWh/m3H2;3、循环速度快,比混合式循环设备快2-3倍,并且节省冷却水20%-30%;4、电解槽的各电解小室温度均匀,使用寿命长,大修周期平均10年以上。

下面结合实施例和附图对本发明作进一步详述。在实施例中,电解槽如图2、3所示,由端极板19、隔膜垫片20、极板21、中间极板22构成。极板如图5和图6所示,中部由分隔板23将腔体分成氢侧小室24和氧侧小室25;在极板的边框上有与氢侧小室相通的氢气输出孔26和氢侧液孔27,在极板的边框上有与氧侧小室相通的氧气输出孔28和氧侧液孔29,在极板的边框上有与中间极板上的含氢电解液腔30相通的氢侧返液孔31和与中间极板上的含氧电解液腔32相通的氧侧返液孔33。隔膜垫片为带有氢气输出孔、氢侧液孔、氧气输出孔、氧侧液孔、氢侧返液孔和氧侧返液孔的薄片。中间极板为一个有含氢电解液腔的扁形腔体,在含氢电解液腔内有含氧电解液腔,含氢电解液腔上带有氢侧液孔和氢侧返液孔,含氧电解液腔上有氧侧液孔和氧侧返液孔。端极板为带有氢气输出孔、氧气输出孔、氢侧返液孔和氧侧返液孔的板体。端极板和中间极板与相间隔的多片极板、隔膜垫片层叠紧固构成电解槽,电解槽端极板上的氢气输出孔、氧气输出孔、氢侧返液孔和氧侧返液孔作为电解槽的氢气输出口、氧气输出口、氢侧返液口和氧侧返液口分别与外系统相连接。

Claims (3)

1、一种分立式循环水电解制氢工艺,其电解液于电解槽中电解,电解产生含液氢气和含液氧气,含液氢气经过分离产生氢气和含氢残液,含液氧气经分离产生氧气和含氧残液,残液经过滤、冷却后泵回电解槽,其特征在于:含氢残液和含氧残液分开;含氢残液单独经过独立过滤和冷却过程泵回电解槽的氢侧小室,含氧残液单独经过独立过滤和冷却过程泵回电解槽的氧侧小室,形成含氢电解液和含氧电解液各自独立的氢侧循环和氧侧循环过程。
2、一种分立式循环水电解制氢设备,包括电解槽、氢分离器、氢综合塔、氧分离器、氧综合塔、泵、过滤器和冷却器;电解槽的氢气输出管接氢分离器,氢分离器的氢气输出管与氢综合塔连接,氢气由氢综合塔上的氢气输出管输出,氢分离器中的电解液通过回流管经由泵、过滤器和冷却器流回电解槽的返液进口;电解槽的氧气输出管接氧分离器,氧分离器的氧气输出管与氧综合塔连接,氧气由氧综合塔上的氧气输出管输出,氧分离器中的电解液通过回流管经由泵、过滤器和冷却器流回电解槽的返液进口,其特征在于:电解槽的反液进口分为相互独立的氢侧返液口和氧侧返液口;氢分离器的回流管经过含氢电解液(碱液)单独使用的氢侧泵、氢侧过滤器和氢侧冷却器与电解槽的氢侧返液口连接;氧分离器的回流管经过含氧碱液单独使用的氧侧泵、氧侧过滤器和氧侧冷却器与电解槽的氧侧返液口连接,在氧分离器与氢分离器之间接有迁移管。
3、按照权利要求2所述的分立式循环水电解制氢装置,其特征在于:电解槽由端极板、隔膜垫片、极板及中间极板构成;上述极板中部由分隔板将腔体分成氢侧小室和氧侧小室,在极板的边框上有与氢侧小室相通的氢气输出孔和氢侧液孔,在极板边框上有与氧侧小室相通的氧气输出孔和氧侧液孔,在极板的边框上还有与中间极板上的含氢电解液腔相通的氢侧返液孔和与中间极板上含氧电解液腔相通的氧侧返液孔;上述隔膜垫片为带有氢气输出孔、氢侧液孔、氧气输出孔、氧侧液孔,氢侧返液孔和氧侧返液孔的薄片;上述中间极板为一个有含氢电解液腔的扁形腔体,在含氢电解液腔内有含氧电解液腔,含氢电解液腔上有氢侧液孔和氢侧返液孔,含氧电解液腔上有氧侧液孔和氧侧返液孔;上述端极板为带有氢气输出孔、氧气输出孔、氢侧返液孔和氧侧返液孔的板体;端极板和中间极板与相间隔的多片极板、隔膜垫片层叠紧固构成电解槽。
