Abstract
本发明公开了一种超薄型水性重防腐组合物,包括如下重量份数的组分:聚合物基体70‑100份、聚合铝硅酸盐15‑25份和无机填料10‑20份。本发明超薄型水性重防腐组合物不含苯、甲醛和砷等有害物质,与高温不会产生有毒气体及VOC排放,本发明为单层涂料,厚度为10‑50μm,无需加热一次施工即可,且耐盐雾可达1200‑4000h,同时可耐300‑450℃高温,长时间使用不起壳、褪色和变色,硬度在4‑6H,具有不粘污的特性。

技术领域
本发明涉及防腐涂料领域,尤其涉及一种超薄型水性重防腐组合物。
背景技术
每年因腐蚀所造成的直接经济损失约占GDP的1%-4%,腐蚀生锈的钢铁约占我国每年钢铁产量的20%,损失约为8000亿元,占GDP的3%左右,因此防腐已越来越受到国家的重视。传统防腐材料为了增强附着力和表面效果,还在使用油性的有机化学油漆或防腐涂料,在制造和使用过程中,不断释放VOC,其中的甲醛、苯、砷、铬等化学物质对环境和人体造成极大伤害,是水、土壤、大气的主要污染源之一。
重防腐涂料能在严酷的腐蚀环境下应用并长效使用,是钢铁防腐常见的涂料之一。从成分上分醇酸树脂类、环氧树脂类、聚氨酯类以及氯化橡胶类等。重防腐涂料为多层涂料,从施工面向上一般为底漆、中涂漆和面漆等三层,甚至还需在面漆涂覆罩光漆,施工时也是分多次涂覆。重防腐涂料虽具有严酷环境下较强的耐腐蚀功效,但其施工较为复杂,比如热镀锌、电镀锌或达克罗防腐工艺,需对漆面进行反复的加热-冷却处理。此外,现有重防腐涂料由于具有多层结构,往往不易控制厚度,厚度为微米级,不适于对涂覆厚度要求严格的需求。
发明内容
本发明针对现有重防腐涂料多层施工、环保性低以及厚度大的问题,提供一种超薄型水性重防腐组合物,该组合物包括以下重量份的组分:聚合物基体70-100份、聚合铝硅酸盐15-25份和无机填料10-20份。
其中,聚合物基体可选自改性环氧树脂、水性硅树脂、耐高温硅树脂、硅烷水性树脂、水溶性硅树脂、耐高温纯硅树脂或无机硅耐高温树脂中的一种或多种;无机填料选纳米氧化铝、纳米二氧化钛、纳米氧化锌、纳米氧化镁、纳米氧化锆、纳米氢氧化镁或纳米氢氧化锌中的一种或多种的组合。
由于聚合物基体分散稳定性差,在上述组合物的基础上,本发明还可以添加5-10重量份的分散剂,如硬脂酸镁、聚乙二醇或丙二醇甲醚中的一种或多种。
本发明组合物可用作金属表面的重防腐涂层,属于单层涂层,涂覆操作较为方便,根据涂层工作环境选择适当的原材料配比,将所有原材料充分混合后涂覆均匀,自然晾干即可。
本发明的有益效果是:本发明超薄型水性重防腐组合物不含苯、甲醛和砷等有害物质,与高温不会产生有毒气体及VOC排放;本发明超薄型水性重防腐组合物为单层涂料,厚度为10-50μm,无需加热一次施工即可,且耐盐雾可达1200-4000h,同时可耐300-450℃高温,长时间使用不起壳、褪色和变色,硬度在4-6H,具有不粘污的特性。

以下结合实例对本发明进行描述,所举实例只用于解释本发明,并非用于限定本发明的范围。
实施例1
一种超薄型水性重防腐组合物,包括如下重量份数的组分:
改性环氧树脂100份、聚合铝硅酸盐15份、纳米氧化铝5份、纳米二氧化钛10份和纳米氧化锌5份。
实施例2
一种超薄型水性重防腐组合物,包括如下重量份数的组分:
水性硅树脂70份、聚合铝硅酸盐20份、纳米氧化铝3份、纳米氧化锌2份、纳米氧化镁2份、纳米氢氧化锌3份和丙二醇甲醚10份。
实施例3
一种超薄型水性重防腐组合物,包括如下重量份数的组分:
耐高温硅树脂80份、聚合铝硅酸盐20份、纳米氧化铝5份、纳米氧化锌5份和纳米氧化镁5份。
实施例4
一种超薄型水性重防腐组合物,包括如下重量份数的组分:
硅烷水性树脂30份、聚合铝硅酸盐22份、纳米氧化铝1份、纳米二氧化钛2份、纳米氧化锌5份、纳米氧化镁1份、纳米氧化锆3份、纳米氢氧化镁1份、纳米氢氧化锌1份、硬脂酸镁1份、聚乙二醇3份和丙二醇甲醚4份。
实施例5
一种超薄型水性重防腐组合物,包括如下重量份数的组分:
水溶性硅树脂90份、聚合铝硅酸盐17份、纳米氧化铝10份、纳米二氧化钛7份、聚乙二醇1份和丙二醇甲醚6份。
实施例6
一种超薄型水性重防腐组合物,包括如下重量份数的组分:
耐高温纯硅树脂30份、聚合铝硅酸盐15份、纳米氧化铝5份、纳米二氧化钛7份和纳米氢氧化锌1份。
实施例7
一种超薄型水性重防腐组合物,包括如下重量份数的组分:
无机硅耐高温树脂10份、聚合铝硅酸盐25份、纳米氧化铝7份、纳米二氧化钛13份、硬脂酸镁1份、聚乙二醇2份和丙二醇甲醚3份。
实施例8
一种超薄型水性重防腐组合物,包括如下重量份数的组分:
改性环氧树脂25份、水性硅树脂25份、聚合铝硅酸盐20份、纳米氧化铝1份和纳米氧化锌10份。
实施例9
一种超薄型水性重防腐组合物,包括如下重量份数的组分:
改性环氧树脂10份、水性硅树脂10份、耐高温硅树脂20份、硅烷水性树脂10份、水溶性硅树脂10份、耐高温纯硅树脂15份、无机硅耐高温树脂10份、聚合铝硅酸盐15份、纳米氧化铝1份、纳米二氧化钛0.5份、纳米氧化锌0.5份、纳米氧化镁3份、纳米氧化锆1份、纳米氢氧化镁3份和纳米氢氧化锌3份。
实施例10
一种超薄型水性重防腐组合物,包括如下重量份数的组分:
改性环氧树脂25份、水性硅树脂10份、耐高温硅树脂15份、硅烷水性树脂20份、聚合铝硅酸盐25份、纳米氧化铝12份、纳米二氧化钛8份和丙二醇甲醚10份。
将实施例1-10超薄型超薄型水性重防腐组合物按重量份称取后混合,涂覆在钢板上,涂层厚度为30μm,并做如表1所示的检测。

Claims (6)
1.一种超薄型水性重防腐组合物,其特征在于,包括如下重量份数的组分:聚合物基体70-100份、聚合铝硅酸盐15-25份和无机填料10-20份。
2.根据权利要求1所述的超薄型水性重防腐组合物,其特征在于,还包括5-10重量份的分散剂。
3.根据权利要求1或2所述的超薄型水性重防腐组合物,其特征在于,所述聚合物基体选自改性环氧树脂、水性硅树脂、耐高温硅树脂、硅烷水性树脂、水溶性硅树脂、耐高温纯硅树脂或无机硅耐高温树脂中的一种或多种。
4.根据权利要求1或2所述的超薄型水性重防腐组合物,其特征在于,所述无机填料选纳米氧化铝、纳米二氧化钛、纳米氧化锌、纳米氧化镁、纳米氧化锆、纳米氢氧化镁或纳米氢氧化锌中的一种或多种。
5.根据权利要求2所述的超薄型水性重防腐组合物,其特征在于,所述分散剂选自硬脂酸镁、聚乙二醇或丙二醇甲醚中的一种或多种。
6.根据权利要求1-5任一项所述的超薄型水性重防腐组合物,其特征在于,其涂覆方法为:按重量份称取各组分,混合均匀后在涂覆面上涂抹均匀,自然晾干。
