2. Selecting a primary biological fermentation tank and a secondary high-temperature sterilization tank of the device for harmless treatment of the livestock and poultry manure; adopts mesophilic biological fermentation and high-temperature sterilization technology. As shown in fig. 4, the method of detoxification treatment is as follows:
the dead livestock and poultry bodies are put into a device to be crushed, simultaneously, a proper amount of auxiliary materials are added, then, the biological degradation bacteria are added, and the tissues of the dead livestock and poultry are gradually degraded under the condition of good ventilation, so that the maximum degradation is achieved; starting degradation for more than 0.5h, and transferring the materials into a secondary high-temperature sterilization tank (6 h in the whole treatment process); heating the materials transferred into the secondary high-temperature sterilization tank by using an infrared heating coil, sterilizing (the sterilization temperature can reach 140 ℃ and is finished about 4 hours), and killing pathogenic microorganisms carried by the livestock and poultry died of diseases; the equipment can carry out the treatment of the next batch; the discharged product (dry matter) is composted and aged for more than 2 months and can be used as soil fertilizer. Thereby achieving the purposes of sterilization, reduction, environmental protection and resource recycling.
In conclusion, the multifunctional split type harmless treatment device for agricultural and animal waste provided by the embodiment of the invention can solve the technical problems of harmless treatment of livestock and poultry excrement and livestock and poultry died of diseases, elimination of pathogens carried by the livestock and poultry excrement and the livestock and poultry, and elimination of harm of animal carcasses.
