The invention adopts a computer management system, the fermentation tank is fully automatically controlled by a computer terminal, and a control switch, a main screen, a printer, an operation keyboard, a fault control system, an indoor parameter control system and a switch control system are arranged in an intelligent control host, and the fault control system directly outputs fault information input system to the computer terminal after detecting and processing the fault information input system; the indoor parameter control system can measure the temperature, humidity, pressure and oxygen content in the closed chamber and adjust and control the temperature, humidity, pressure and oxygen content according to the fermentation requirement; the switch control system presets various parameters such as the light brightness and the electrical switch in the closed room according to time, when the parameters of a certain period in the room exceed a certain value, the system gives an alarm, and reminds a manager through a computer terminal, so that when no person is in the room, the electrical appliance still operates, or when no person is in the room, the light is not turned off, so that unnecessary accidents are avoided, the degree of automation is high, the operation is convenient, the mechanical equipment structure is simple, the manufacturing cost is low, the labor intensity of operators is greatly reduced, and greater value and profit are brought to enterprises.
2. High working efficiency, energy conservation, environmental protection and sanitation. The invention relates to an aerobic fermentation device of full-automatic closed sanitation garbage, which also comprises a material conveying pipe, a waste bin, a finished product box, a gas storage tank, a fermentation tank, a crusher and a multi-stage vibrating screen, wherein the material conveying pipe, the waste bin, the finished product box and the gas storage tank are arranged outside a closed chamber, the fermentation tank, the crusher and the multi-stage vibrating screen are fixedly arranged inside the closed chamber and are sequentially connected through the material conveying pipe, an arc-shaped pusher capable of smashing and pushing materials forward is arranged in the inner cavity of the fermentation tank, an air inlet is arranged at the inlet of the closed chamber, an air outlet capable of leading indoor gas out is arranged at the outlet of the closed chamber, the air inlet pipe of the air outlet is connected with the gas storage tank, the gas storage tank can temporarily store odor exhausted by the closed chamber, after a certain amount, a switch valve is opened, and the air is forcedly injected into the fermentation cavity at the front section of the fermentation tank through the air inlet of an induced draft fan and an air compressor, so that indexes of materials to be fermented reach the purpose of aerobic fermentation, the occurrence of the odor is avoided, and environmental pollution is greatly reduced. The fermentation tank divides the tank body into the fermentation cavity and the curing cavity, so that the fermentation time is fully saved, the input amount of garbage fermentation bacteria is reduced, the fermentation speed is also improved, and the primary fermentation time of the fermentation tank is reduced to be within two days; in addition, the arc-shaped pusher not only can push materials, but also can constantly turn and crush the garbage materials at any time through the power provided by the motor, so that the whole fermentation tank does not need to be rotated, and the power and energy sources are greatly reduced.
3. The application adaptability is wide. The sealed closed type aerobic fermentation tank for the environmental sanitation garbage can be suitable for large-scale production enterprises and also suitable for producing organic fertilizers from the environmental sanitation garbage in small and medium-sized enterprises; the invention is suitable for fermenting sanitation garbage, because the particle size of garbage is different, the speed of fermenting the material in unit time is greatly related to the particle size of the material, if the particle size of the garbage is too large, the quality of fermentation is affected, so that the cutter arranged on the arc-shaped pusher is provided with the cutter which protrudes outwards and can cut the material, the fermenting effect of the material garbage crushed by the cutter is greatly improved, the invention can also be used for fermenting livestock and poultry manure, such as chicken manure, pig manure, cow manure, sheep manure, pigeon manure or human manure, and other odorous materials, has no odor during production, does not need to be added with special deodorizing equipment, can be operated and controlled outside the closed room, and realizes humanized management, and has very high cost performance.

Because the rotating shaft 51 is driven by a motor, the arc-shaped pusher 52 slowly rotates around the rotating shaft 51, and simultaneously can push the material from the fermentation cavity 48 to the curing cavity 49 to the discharge hole 50 while continuously turning and crushing the sanitation garbage in the fermentation tank. When the material is fermented by zymophyte in the fermentation cavity 48, the temperature is automatically raised to about 65-70 ℃, and the tail gas is returned to the material inlet for recycling, so that the average temperature of the material outlet air inlet pipe can reach about 40 ℃, after the air flow enters the material inlet of the fermentation tank, the temperature of the material in the tank is higher, and the rotation and turning actions are added, so that the activation of the biological bacteria is accelerated, the fermentation speed is accelerated, the fermentation progress is improved, the fermentation time is shortened, and under the condition of automatically controlling the temperature, the fermentation temperature and the humidity of the material at a certain stage can be reasonably controlled completely, the material can be uniformly fermented but not fermented too much, the loss of active ingredients is avoided, the leakage of the peculiar smell is prevented, the secondary pollution is avoided, and the effects of small occupied area, low production cost, large yield, environmental protection and suitability are achieved.
The inner layer of the multi-stage vibrating screen 18 is provided with a plurality of layers of screens 19 with different mesh sizes from top to bottom, a finished product outlet 21 is formed in the box body below the screen of the bottommost layer, the other end of the finished product outlet 21 is connected with a finished product box 22, waste outlets 24 are formed in the box body below the screens of the other layers, the other end of each waste outlet 24 is connected with a waste box 23, and vibrators 20 (see the figure 1) capable of vibrating materials passing through the screens are further arranged below the box body of the multi-stage vibrating screen 18.
The fault control system 34 is provided with a fault detection module 37, a fault processing module 38 and an information output module 39, and the fault detection module 37, the fault processing module 38 and the information output module 39 are electrically connected with the computer terminal 32 through the fault control system 34; the indoor parameter control system 36 is provided with a temperature control module 40, a humidity control module 41, a pressure control module 42 and an oxygen content measurement control module 43, and the temperature control module 40, the humidity control module 41, the pressure control module 42 and the oxygen content measurement control module 43 are electrically connected with the computer terminal 32 through the indoor parameter control system 36; the switch control system 35 is provided with an electrical switch control module 44 and a light control module 45, and the electrical switch control module 44 and the light control module 45 are electrically connected with the computer terminal 32 through the switch control system 35 (see fig. 1-3).
The arc pusher 52 comprises a pushing plate 58 and 3 cutters 59, the pushing plate 58 is of an arc-shaped concave sheet structure, each cutter 59 is of an axially inclined installation structure around the rotating shaft 51, and the cutters 59 are also provided with 3 outwardly protruding blades (see fig. 5-9) capable of cutting materials.

Referring to figures 1-8 and 10, the full-automatic sealed closed type aerobic fermentation equipment for sanitation garbage is realized by the following scheme:

The inner layer of the multi-stage vibrating screen 18 is provided with a plurality of layers of screens 19 with different mesh sizes from top to bottom, a finished product outlet 21 is formed in the box body below the screen of the bottommost layer, the other end of the finished product outlet 21 is connected with a finished product box 22, waste outlets 24 are formed in the box body below the screens of the other layers, the other end of each waste outlet 24 is connected with a waste box 23, and vibrators 20 (see the figure 1) capable of vibrating materials passing through the screens are further arranged below the box body of the multi-stage vibrating screen 18.
The fault control system 34 is provided with a fault detection module 37, a fault processing module 38 and an information output module 39, and the fault detection module 37, the fault processing module 38 and the information output module 39 are electrically connected with the computer terminal 32 through the fault control system 34; the indoor parameter control system 36 is provided with a temperature control module 40, a humidity control module 41, a pressure control module 42 and an oxygen content measurement control module 43, and the temperature control module 40, the humidity control module 41, the pressure control module 42 and the oxygen content measurement control module 43 are electrically connected with the computer terminal 32 through the indoor parameter control system 36; the switch control system 35 is provided with an electrical switch control module 44 and a light control module 45, and the electrical switch control module 44 and the light control module 45 are electrically connected with the computer terminal 32 through the switch control system 35 (see fig. 1-3).
The arc pusher 52 comprises a pushing plate 58 and 3 cutters 59, the pushing plate 58 is of an arc concave sheet structure, each cutter 59 is of an axially inclined installation structure around the rotating shaft 51, and the cutters 59 are also provided with 6 outwardly protruding blades (see fig. 5-8 and 10) capable of cutting materials.
The aerobic fermentation equipment of the fully-automatic closed environmental sanitation garbage forcibly injects aerobic hot air into the fermentation cavity 48 at the front section of the fermentation tank for fermentation for about 12 hours under the action of the induced draft fan and the air compressor, and then the rotating shaft 51 drives the arc-shaped pusher 52 to push the fermented material into the curing cavity 49 for curing for about 10 hours: within 48 hours from feeding to discharging; the rotating speed of the rotating shaft 51 is 0.2 m-3 m/min, and the automatic indirect operation is performed; the yield can reach 55m 3 24 hours per 1 fermenter.
Finally, it should be noted that: the foregoing is merely a preferred example of the present invention, and the present invention is not limited thereto, but it is to be understood that modifications and equivalents of some of the technical features described in the foregoing embodiments may be made by those skilled in the art, although the present invention has been described in detail with reference to the foregoing embodiments. The fully-automatic closed environmental sanitation garbage aerobic fermentation device according to claim 1, wherein: the arc pusher (52) comprises a pushing plate (58) and 1-6 cutters (59), the pushing plate (58) is of an arc-shaped concave sheet structure, each cutter (59) is of a structure which is obliquely installed around the axial direction of the rotating shaft (51), and the cutters (59) are further provided with 3-6 blades which are outwards protruded and can cut materials.
