After the kitchen waste is crushed, straw powder and construction waste which are processed by agricultural waste plant straws are added into the kitchen waste to adjust the moisture content in the waste, fermentation strains are added into the kitchen waste and then the kitchen waste is fermented in a tank to produce organic fertilizer, the agricultural and construction waste is effectively utilized, land occupation landfill treatment and incineration power generation treatment with poor economic and environmental benefits are avoided, and the defects of slow biological treatment and limited treatment conditions are overcome. The scheme utilizes the addition of the deodorant wood vinegar to play a role in quickly deodorizing, prevents the malodorous gas from polluting the environment, ensures that a work site has no environmental pollution, and realizes mechanized treatment. After the kitchen waste is crushed, straw powder and construction waste soil are added to adjust the moisture in the waste, increase the content of organic matters, dilute the high grease and high salt content in the kitchen waste, increase soluble elements and trace elements in the fertilizer and increase the fertilizer efficiency. In order to further eliminate the harm of salt in the produced organic fertilizer, potassium sulfate with a certain proportion is added into the fermented organic fertilizer to thoroughly eliminate the possible micro harm of salt and alkali.
Straw powder and construction waste soil obtained after the crop waste straws are crushed are used for absorbing excess water in the kitchen waste to reach the water content easy to ferment, so that the organic fertilizer is prepared economically and practically, and the waste is also scientifically and reasonably utilized; the high-salinity and high-grease in the kitchen waste are diluted while absorbing the moisture, so that the fermentation treatment is facilitated.
The invention can treat the kitchen waste in batches at low cost, well utilizes waste resources to change waste into valuable, produces cheap organic fertilizer, and provides advanced and reliable technology and equipment for national recycling agricultural industry and sanitation industry.
The machine set is disinfected and deodorized, and then the machine set does not have foul smell overflow and sewage outflow, so that olfactory pollution is avoided. The machine has very practical social value, can realize full-mechanized continuous production, has high efficiency, simple structure and strong practicability, and is particularly suitable for large-scale popularization.

D. the crushed kitchen waste is conveyed into a stirrer (6) through a conveying device, and meanwhile straw powder and building waste soil in a straw powder bin (8) and a building waste soil bin (9) are conveyed into the stirrer (6) through the conveying device, wherein the material adding proportion is 30-60 parts of kitchen waste, 30-60 parts of straw powder and 10-20 parts of building waste soil;
E. the mixed materials are uniformly stirred by a stirrer (6), and the zymogen liquid is sprayed to the mixed materials by a zymogen liquid spraying device (5) while stirring;
F. inputting the mixed material sprayed with the zymophyte liquid into a fermentation tank (7) through a conveying device to ferment the mixed material, wherein the addition amount of the zymophyte liquid is 0.1-5 parts by weight;
G. the fermented mixed material is input into the organic fertilizer storage pool (10) through the conveying device to be stored, meanwhile, the regulator in the regulator bin (11) is input into the organic fertilizer storage pool (10) through the conveying device to regulate the salinity and alkalinity of the mixed material, and the addition amount of the regulator is 0.1-5 parts in quantitative mode.
