Referring to fig. 5, the viscose firmness detection device 9 further comprises a removing platform 92, wherein a detection device 921 for detecting the degumming paper box and a removing device 922 for removing the degumming paper box are arranged on the removing platform 92, the detection device 921 is an industrial camera, the industrial camera is connected with a detection system for detecting the degumming paper box, and the detection device 921 is electrically connected with an alarm 923. The method comprises the steps of inputting defect pictures of poor degumming paper boxes into a detection system in advance, and if the upper surfaces of the paper boxes are flat, the upper ends of the degumming paper boxes are in an open shape, and the upper surfaces of the paper boxes which are firmly bonded are flat. And the piston rod of the removing cylinder extends out and pushes away the carton with unqualified viscose to complete the removing work of the carton with unqualified viscose.
The implementation principle of the gluing machine system for automatically folding the paper box in the embodiment of the application is as follows: the paperboard after die cutting is placed on the fourth support frame 41, the two sides of the paperboard are limited through the baffle 43, and the side, far away from the fourth support frame 41, of the paperboard is blocked through the limiting pressing plate 42. The conveyer belt 3 conveys the paper boards to the position of the gluing pool 5 for gluing, and the glued paper boards fold the two sides of the paper boards through the first folding board 61 and the second folding board 62. The folded sheets will form a carton, which is initially pressed into position by a press roller 71. The carton after preliminary pressing is conveyed into the first conveying belt 81 and the second conveying belt 82, the carton is pressed through the first conveying belt 81 and the second conveying belt 82, then the carton is blown through the air pipe 83, and the carton is cooled, so that glue on the carton can be shaped and fixed, and the carton can be bonded more firmly. And finally, the paper boxes are detected, the paper boxes with weak viscose are removed, and the workers are rubberized again, so that the paper box glue applying machine can be used for occasions with low quality requirements.
