【特許請求の範囲】[Claims] 【請求項1】 供給される折り曲げ用罫線や糊代が設け
られたシートを、搬送しながら前記罫線に沿って環状に
折り曲げ、接着剤付着装置で前記糊代に接着剤を付着
し、環状に折り曲げられたシートの両端をこの糊代で接
着して、偏平に折り畳まれた箱原形体に加工するフォル
ダグルアと、このフォルダグルアから排出される箱原形
体の矩形度を矯正する矯正手段と、この矯正手段から箱
原形体を排出する排出コンベアと、排出コンベアで搬送
される箱原形体を所定枚数の山に積み上げる山積み装置
と、この山積み装置から排出される箱原形体の山を送り
出す送り出しコンベアとが順に配列された箱原形体製造
ラインにおいて、前記フォルダグルアの接着剤付着装置
よりも下流側に、前記糊代に付着された接着剤の過不足
を検出する検査装置を設け、この検査装置の下流側に、
検査装置で接着剤の過不足を検出されたシートにマーキ
ングを施すマーキング装置を配置し、前記矯正手段より
も下流側の所定の位置に、前記シートに施されたマーキ
ングを検出する検出装置を設け、この検出装置がマーキ
ングを施された箱原形体を検出したときに、この箱原形
体への接着剤の過不足を知らせる信号を発生させる手段
を設けたことを特徴とする箱原形体への接着剤過不足信
号発生装置。
