Referring to fig. 2 and 3, the folding mechanism 6 further includes a pressing member 9, the pressing member 9 is mounted on the folding frame 68, the pressing member 9 abuts against both ends of the cardboard, one end of the pressing member 9 is connected to the second conveyor belt 81, and the other end extends to the stacking mechanism 11.
Referring to fig. 9, further, the pressurizing member 9 includes a pressurizing conveyor belt 91, a pressurizing rail 92, a pressurizing wheel 93 and a pressurizing motor 96, wherein the pressurizing rail 92 and the pressurizing motor 96 are fixedly installed on the folding frame 68, the pressurizing wheel 93 is rotatably installed on the folding frame 68, and the pressurizing wheel 93 is connected with an output spindle key of the pressurizing motor 96; the pressurizing motor 96 is electrically connected with the control module; the pressurizing track 92 is provided with a plurality of pressurizing guide wheels 95, the pressurizing conveyor belt 91 is sequentially connected with the pressurizing wheels 93 and the pressurizing guide wheels 95 in a winding manner, one end of each pressurizing guide wheel 95 is hinged with the folding frame 68, the other end of each pressurizing guide wheel 95 is in butt joint with the conveyor belt, the joint of each pressurizing guide wheel 95 and the folding frame 68 is provided with a pressurizing spring 94, one end of each pressurizing spring 94 is hinged with the folding frame 68, and the other end of each pressurizing spring 94 is hinged with the pressurizing guide wheel 95; the pressing spring 94 serves to provide a reaction force to the pressing guide pulley 95.
Referring to fig. 10 and 11, the stacker mechanism 11 includes a stacker 110, a stacker transport unit 13, and a stacker guide unit 12, the stacker 110 being mounted on the machine tool 1, the stacker transport unit 13 and the stacker guide unit 12 being both mounted on the stacker 110, the stacker guide unit 12 being movably connected to the stacker 110.
Referring to fig. 10 and 11, further, the stacker guide member 12 includes a first guide wheel having one end movably connected to the stacker frame 110 and the other end extending from the push-down conveying member 16; one end of the second guiding wheel is movably connected with the paper stacking frame 110, and the other end extends to the pressing conveying part 16; the second guide wheel is located between the stacker transport unit 13 and the first guide wheel.
Referring to fig. 10 and 11, specifically, two connection blocks and a support rod are disposed on the paper stacking frame 110, the support rod sequentially penetrates through the two connection blocks, and the two connection blocks are slidably connected and rotatably connected with the support rod; the first guide wheel and the second guide wheel are fixedly connected with the two connecting blocks through a connecting rod respectively; the connecting block is provided with a handle screw rod, the handle screw rod is in threaded connection with the connecting block, and one end of the handle screw rod is in butt joint with the rod body of the supporting rod; the connecting block can be unlocked and locked through the screw rod of the elastic handle, so that the included angle between the connecting rod and the end face of the machine tool 1 is adjusted.

Referring to fig. 10 and 12, a stacker 110, a platen press mechanism 14 includes an upper platen press conveying member 15 and a lower platen press conveying member 16, both of which are mounted on a machine tool 1, one end of the upper platen press conveying member 15 is connected to a stacker, and the lower platen press conveying member 16 is located below the upper platen press conveying member 15; the pressurizing part is arranged on the upper pressure conveying part 15, and is arranged in the middle of the upper pressure conveying part 15 and synchronously moves with the upper pressure conveying part 15.

Referring to fig. 10 and 12, the pressurizing component 17 includes a pressurizing conveyer belt 170, the pressurizing conveyer belt 170 is wound on the pressing conveyer belt 160, a first guide rod 171 and a second guide rod 172 are arranged on the machine tool 1, the first guide rod 171 and the second guide rod 172 are rotatably installed on the machine tool 1, and the pressurizing conveyer belt 170 is wound on the first guide rod 171 and the second guide rod 172; in addition, a limiting cylinder 173 is sleeved on the second guide rod 172, the limiting cylinder 173 is fixedly sleeved on the second guide rod 172, and the pressurizing conveying belt 170 is wound on the limiting cylinder 173; the stopper cylinder 173 serves to restrict the sliding of the booster conveyer belt 170 in the axial direction of the second guide bar 172.
In this embodiment, the control module is used to control the automatic operation of the whole device, and the control module is specifically an MCU control module.
The working principle of the full-automatic box sticking equipment is as follows:
when the box is needed, a stack of paperboards is placed on the separating block 42 and the supporting plate 22, and the two positioning plates 23 are moved to clamp the paperboards; starting the equipment, wherein a control module starts to control the operation of the whole equipment, the control module controls the first air cylinder 450 to work, the separating block 42 is retracted into the separating plate 41 under the action of the first air cylinder 450, and one end of the lowest paperboard in the stack of paperboards falls into the feeding conveyor belt 31; at the same time, the first cylinder 450 is quickly reset, and the separating block 42 is reset under the action of the separating spring 44 to receive the rest of the paper board; the cardboard falling into the feeding conveyor 31 moves linearly under the drive of the cardboard, and is displaced to the first conveyor 71 under the guidance of the rollers 43.
While the paper board enters the first conveying belt 71, one end of the paper board enters a space between the two arc-shaped sheets 510; at this time, the glue applying motor 530 drives the glue tray 520 to rotate, the paper board is contacted with the glue tray 520 under the driving of the first conveyor belt 71, and one end of the paper board passes through the glue tray 520 and then is coated with glue.
Then, the paper board after sizing gradually approaches the first guide strip 61 and the second conveyor belt 81 under the drive of the first conveyor belt 71, and the paper board generates folds under the action of the first guide strip 61, the second conveyor belt 81 and the auxiliary conveyor belt 65; the creased cardboard is driven by the first conveyor belt 71 to contact with the second guide bar 62, and the creased cardboard is driven by the first conveyor belt 71 and the second conveyor belt 81 and guided by the second guide bar 62, and both ends of the cardboard are offset and overlapped.
After the two ends of the paper board are misplaced and overlapped, the paper board is driven by the first conveying belt 71 to be in contact with the pressurizing conveying belt 91, when the paper board is in contact with the pressurizing conveying belt 91, the balance wheel 66 swings upwards, and after the paper board passes through the pressurizing conveying belt 91, the balance wheel 66 resets; the middle part of the paper board contacts with the first guiding wheel in the process of falling into the pressing conveyer belt 160 and falls into the pressing conveyer belt 160 neatly under the action of the first guiding wheel; after falling into the pressing conveyer belt 160, one end of the paper board contacts with the second guiding wheel and is decelerated under the action of the second guiding wheel, so that the situation that the paper board is offset or difficult to stack together due to the fact that the paper board is punched out of the stacking conveyer belt or covered by the previous paper board too fast in the process of falling into the pressing conveyer belt 160 can be solved.
The paperboards are stacked under the guidance of the first guide wheel and the second guide wheel, and after the stacked paperboards are contacted with the paper stacking conveyor belt, the lower pressing conveyor belt 160, the paper stacking conveyor belt and the upper pressing conveyor belt 150 work; the stacked sheet is guided by the two stacking conveyors into the space between the upper press conveyor 150 and the lower press conveyor 160.
After entering the space between the upper press conveyor belt 150 and the lower press conveyor belt 160, the two overlapped ends of the paperboards are opposite to the pressurizing conveyor belt and are abutted against the pressurizing conveyor belt, and after passing through the space between the upper press conveyor belt 150 and the lower press conveyor belt 160, the two ends of each paperboard are bonded.
