Nasal inflammation refers to inflammation of the nasal mucosa and submucosal tissue. Nasal inflammation is manifested as congestion or edema, and patients often have symptoms of nasal obstruction, clear watery nasal discharge, nasal itching, throat discomfort and cough. The nasal inflammation cannot be treated in time, not only affects the smell of a patient and the physiological function of a nasal cavity, but also spreads to adjacent organs or tissues, so that the patient is more uncomfortable, and the life and the work of the patient are seriously affected.
At present, a lot of medicines for treating acute rhinitis and chronic allergic rhinitis are available, the common medicines mainly comprise oral administration criminals, and the medicines for oral administration can reach the nose due to the fact that the medicines need to be sent to nasal mucosa through systemic circulation and the like, so that the medicine has the defects of slow effect taking and small drug effect. In addition, in modern clinical treatment, allergic rhinitis and chronic rhinitis are mostly applied to oral medicaments such as diji, Biyankang, nasosinusitis oral liquid, Youguan, Raynaudite and the like, and the medicaments have the disadvantages of large side effect, long administration time, high recurrence rate after stopping administration and incapability of radically treating.
