Description
Technical Field
The invention belongs to the technical field of daily necessity manufacturing, relates to a hand sanitizer, and particularly relates to a plant bacteriostatic hand sanitizer and a preparation method thereof.
Background
The hand sanitizer is a skin care cleansing liquid for cleaning hands, and compared with traditional soap and soap, the hand sanitizer has a milder principle of decontamination and is easily accepted by skin. In addition, certain specific antibacterial components can be added into the hand sanitizer to play a role in disinfection and sterilization. However, most of the hand washing solutions sold in the market achieve the effects of cleaning, sterilization and bacteriostasis through chemical components, and long-term use of the hand washing solutions can stimulate hand skins and damage protective layers on the skin surfaces, so that the skins are excessively dry and even chapped. Thus, there is an increasing trend towards the use of cleaning and care products containing natural surface active detersive ingredients and natural antibacterial materials.
For example, patent CN201810218989.1 discloses a botanical bacteriostatic hand sanitizer, which comprises tea seed cake extract, ginger extract, sophora flower bud extract, gardenia extract, seaweed extract, and mint extract. In addition, patent CN202011326274.1 discloses a botanical antibacterial hand sanitizer and a preparation method thereof, wherein antibacterial components of the botanical antibacterial hand sanitizer comprise botanical sources such as sedum, purslane, chamomile, violet, tea and the like. In addition, patent CN202011095270.7 discloses a plant bacteriostatic hand sanitizer and a preparation method thereof, wherein bacteriostatic components of the hand sanitizer comprise camellia seed extract, camellia oil, Chinese herbal medicine extract, bacteriostatic agent and the like. The patents all introduce bacteriostatic active ingredients of plant sources, and most of the prepared hand sanitizer has the characteristics of safety, mildness and good bacteriostatic effect.
Based on the above, the inventor conducts further research and study on experiments, and finds that the hand sanitizer prepared from the camellia oleifera cake extract, the soapberry extract and the saponin extract also has a good antibacterial effect, but no report related thereto exists in the prior art.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention aims to provide a bacteriostatic hand sanitizer prepared from natural bacteriostatic active ingredients, so as to avoid the problem that a skin protective layer is damaged due to skin irritation caused by long-term use of the hand sanitizer containing chemical ingredients.
Based on the aim, the invention provides a plant bacteriostatic hand sanitizer. The hand sanitizer contains bacteriostatic active ingredients extracted from natural plant sources, and specifically comprises a camellia oleifera cake extract, a soapberry extract and a saponin extract.
As known to those skilled in the art, tea saponin, also known as tea saponin, is a saccharide-type compound extracted from seeds of Theaceae plants, is a natural nonionic surfactant, has good functions of emulsification, dispersion, foaming, moistening and the like, and has strong detergency, mild chemical properties and no damage to skin and clothes. The camellia oleifera cake is residue after oil extraction of camellia oleifera seeds, contains 8-10% of tea saponin, and is used as waste residue for feed or fertilizer by people all the time. For example, patent CN201611257381.7 discloses an organic fertilizer containing oil-tea camellia cake and its preparation method, wherein the raw materials of the organic fertilizer include oil-tea camellia cake, furnace ash and oil-tea camellia saponin, and the organic fertilizer prepared by the method has special effects of improving plant yield and resistance and reducing pest and disease damage. In addition, patent CN200910074617.7 discloses a production method of a multi-effect oil-tea cake meal feed additive, which is an additive for animal feed prepared by multiple crushing of oil-tea cake meal, and has the effect of enhancing animal immunity. There are also many patents or documents reporting the extraction of tea saponin from oil-tea camellia cake, most of which are extracted and separated by ethanol or methanol. However, the method is complicated in extraction process, and the recycling cost of the oil-tea camellia cakes is increased undoubtedly. Through intensive experimental research, the inventor finds that the tea saponin contained in the oil-tea camellia cake can be effectively extracted after the oil-tea camellia cake is boiled by high-temperature water, and the process is simple and the production cost is low. The inventor uses the method for preparing the hand sanitizer, finds that the hand sanitizer has good bacteriostatic effect, does not report the method in the prior art, and provides the invention based on the method.
Further, the hand sanitizer comprises 30-50 parts by mass of an oil-tea camellia cake extract.

The soapberry water extract has the effects of inhibiting bacteria, removing dandruff, preventing alopecia, whitening skin, removing speckles and moistening skin, has rich foam, fine hand feeling and strong detergency, can be used for cleaning the surface layer of the skin, can remove grease on the surface layer and astringe pores, and has the effects of disinfecting, sterilizing, resisting skin aging and reducing ultraviolet radiation damage. In addition, the pH value of the soapberry water extract is between 5 and 7, the soapberry water extract is naturally acidic, is a pure natural surfactant, and has the characteristics of no harm to a human body, no water source pollution and the like. Through further tests of the inventor, the hand sanitizer comprises 15-30 parts by mass of a soapberry extract.
In the present invention, the saponin extract is a saponin water extract obtained by boiling saponin with high-temperature water. Because the saponin is rich in pancreatic soap, the water extract can be used as a substitute for soap, and the saponin contained in the water extract can be used as a detergent, an emulsifier and a foaming agent. Proved by the inventor, the saponin aqueous extract, the oil-tea camellia cake aqueous extract and the soapberry aqueous extract are compounded for use, so that the bacteriostatic decontamination effect is good. Particularly preferably, the hand sanitizer comprises 15-30 parts by mass of saponin extracts.

The hand sanitizer can be prepared into a type of convenient-to-use hand sanitizer by a person of ordinary skill in the art according to actual needs, and the type of the hand sanitizer comprises a foam hand sanitizer, a non-foam hand sanitizer and a no-clean hand sanitizer. It is necessary for those skilled in the art to use various adjuvants besides the active ingredient or active ingredient, and various formulation auxiliary ingredients (adjuvants) can be used according to the needs. The inventor tests and verifies that the preferred plant bacteriostatic hand sanitizer dosage form is a drop type, and the hand sanitizer comprises auxiliary aids, wherein the auxiliary aids comprise isopropyl myristate, coco glucoside, a thickening agent and methylisothiazolinone.
The isopropyl myristate can effectively contact hair follicles in the cortex, permeate into the deep cortex, bring active ingredients in the hand sanitizer into full play, and play a role in moisturizing and moistening the skin. The coco glucoside has excellent decontamination, foaming, foam stabilization, emulsification, dispersion, solubilization, wetting and penetration abilities, and can reduce the irritation of other surfactants. The methylisothiazolinone is a high-efficiency bactericide, is a heat-resistant water-based preservative, has a good effect on inhibiting the growth of microorganisms, and can inhibit the growth of bacteria, fungi and molds. The thickening agent can increase the viscosity of the hand sanitizer, and the inventor verifies that the 638 thickening agent is preferably used as the thickening agent.
Further, the hand sanitizer comprises, by mass, 30-50 parts of oil tea cake extract, 15-30 parts of soapberry extract, 15-30 parts of saponin extract, 1-2 parts of isopropyl myristate, 1-5 parts of coco glucoside, 0.0015-0.002 part of thickener and 0.004-0.006 part of methylisothiazolinone.
The invention also provides a preparation method of the plant bacteriostatic hand sanitizer, and specifically the plant bacteriostatic hand sanitizer is obtained by steaming and boiling oil-tea camellia cakes, soapberry and saponin at high temperature to obtain a water extract of the oil-tea camellia cakes, mixing the prepared water extract with isopropyl myristate, coco glucoside, 638 thickening agent and methylisothiazolinone, and uniformly stirring.
