Technical Field
The invention relates to the field of disinfection, in particular to a multipurpose new coronavirus sterilization disinfectant and a preparation method thereof.
Background
With the economic development and the improvement of living standard, the requirements of people on the environment around the body are higher and higher. Especially, the outbreak of new crown epidemic situation, the sterilization and disinfection in daily life and the like become common affairs. Chlorine dioxide as a disinfectant has the advantages of high efficiency, broad spectrum, no residue and the like, and has been widely researched and applied. However, chlorine dioxide is unstable and inconvenient to transport and store. Therefore, the solid preparation of chlorine dioxide is produced as a disinfection product with high stability and convenient use. The chlorine dioxide solid preparation generally takes chlorite or stable chlorine dioxide solution as a generating agent, particularly the chlorite is taken as a raw material to produce the chlorine dioxide, the production process is simple, the equipment is easy to operate and maintain, effective substances can be stably and rapidly released, and the purity of the produced chlorine dioxide is high, so the chlorine dioxide solid preparation becomes a current research hotspot.
However, the disinfectant used for disinfection and sterilization in the current market generally has poor stability and short storage period; the release speed of chlorine dioxide is difficult to control, the concentration of the generated chlorine dioxide is not high, the use requirement cannot be met, and the like, and the requirements of people on daily life or disinfection and epidemic prevention after serious epidemic situations cannot be met, so that the improvement is urgently needed.

As a preferred technical scheme, the multipurpose new coronavirus sterilization disinfectant can be in various shapes. The various shapes include tablet-column type, original tablet, granule, powder, pill.
The sodium chlorite reacts to release chlorine dioxide gas, and the chlorine dioxide gas can be adsorbed on cell walls of viruses, bacteria and microorganisms, penetrates the cell walls, enters cells and directly oxidizes substances containing cysteine, tryptophan, tyrosine and the like in the cells, so that the bacteria are killed.
The effervescent agent can release carbon dioxide, and effectively adjusts the release rate of chlorine dioxide in a system.
The organic acid can activate sodium chlorite to release chlorine dioxide; on the other hand, the organic acid can also chelate metal ions, and the auxiliary surfactant can better play a role.
On one hand, the stabilizer can coat sodium chlorite, so that the stability of the disinfectant is improved; on the other hand, the stabilizer can absorb moisture in the air. The release speed of the chlorine dioxide is weakened along with the reaction, but the chlorine dioxide is easy to react with water, so that the chlorine dioxide can still maintain a certain release speed in the later reaction period, and the aim of inhibiting bacteria for a long time is fulfilled. Meanwhile, the material can also be used as a filling material, so that the material performance is improved, and the cost is reduced.
The lubricant is used for reducing friction resistance, improving dispersibility, enabling all substances in the disinfectant to be uniformly mixed and preventing pollution. The polyethylene glycol has good adhesiveness in addition to lubricity. The polyethylene glycol has thickening effect on the system, so that the speed of generating active chlorine dioxide by hydrogen ions and chlorous acid ions is reduced, and the diffusion speed of the chlorine dioxide is reduced.
Said activationThe agent can react with sodium chlorite to make sodium chlorite generate chlorine dioxide quickly and raise conversion rate. Sodium chlorite is able to disproportionate with sodium bisulfate: NaClO2+NaHSO4=HClO2+Na2SO4,HClO2Can be decomposed into chlorine dioxide. The glucose is added into the system to stimulate and promote the reaction, the reaction is less influenced by temperature and time, and higher conversion rate can be obtained at lower temperature in shorter time.
The essence can freshen smell, air-purifying promotes the environment comfort level.
The surfactant has hydrophilic and lipophilic characteristics, amphiphilic molecules of the surfactant are adsorbed on the solid surface to form an adsorption layer in directional arrangement, the hydrophilic group faces the solid surface, and the lipophilic group faces outwards, so that the water absorption of the disinfectant is reduced, and the stability is improved. The fluorine-containing surfactant is a surfactant with fluorocarbon chains as nonpolar groups, and is good in stability.
The mineral has adsorption effect, and helps to improve disinfectant and antibacterial effects of disinfectant. The mineral substance has a developed hollow structure and strong adsorption performance, can adsorb moisture in a system to keep the system in a certain dry state, and can adsorb a certain amount of chlorine dioxide, so that the release rate of the chlorine dioxide is controlled. The addition of medical stone can obviously reduce the peak value of the release rate, eliminate the burst release phenomenon and increase the later release rate.
Has the advantages that: the multi-purpose sterilizing disinfectant for the new coronavirus can effectively and durably sterilize and disinfect, purify air, protect human bodies from being invaded by the new coronavirus, is convenient to store, and has high stability and wide application.
1) The multi-purpose sterilizing disinfectant for the new coronavirus can be prepared into effervescent tablets and sustained-release tablets. When the effervescent tablet is prepared, the disintegration is fast, and the chlorine dioxide can be released rapidly; the sustained-release tablet can stably and continuously release chlorine dioxide and has lasting effect.
2) The multi-purpose sterilizing disinfectant for the new coronavirus can release chlorine dioxide, sterilize and effectively kill various germs such as escherichia coli, staphylococcus aureus, new coronavirus and the like, and the elimination rate is as high as 99.9%. Can also prevent and treat influenza, and protect human body from being invaded by new coronavirus.
