扭矩传递装置
技术领域
本发明涉及用于机动车辆的变速器领域。本发明特别涉及一种扭矩传递装置,其旨在设置在机动车辆的传动系中于内燃机和齿轮箱之间。
本发明特别涉及一种用于混合动力汽车的传动装置,其中在传动系中设置有旋转电机。
背景技术
在扭矩传递元件的运输期间,至关重要的是,装置的构成元件形成不可分割的组件。该组件尤其应至少承受交货之前的装箱条件,并且在交货期间或之后或者在组装期间或任何其他处理操作期间在运输和处理过程中应抗冲击和/或加速。
此类组件应遵循的功能要求如下:
-他们不应丢失零件,
-它们不应允许任何不可逆的内部运动,并且
-它们不应允许损坏一个或多个零件的任何内部移位。
由现有技术已知三重离合器机构,其由没有内部间隙或具有在组装时受控的间隙的多个自主子组件构成。三重离合器通常包括用于机动车辆的双湿式离合器机构,其包括扭矩输入装置、第一扭矩输出轴、第二扭矩输出轴、能够将扭矩输入装置和第一扭矩输出轴联接或分离的第一离合器以及能够将扭矩输入装置和第二扭矩输出轴联接或分离的第二离合器。
这种机构具有容纳在齿轮箱侧的固定支撑件与阻尼装置或内燃机侧的固定支撑件之间的旋转或固定零件的轴向堆叠,固定支撑件通常是齿轮箱壳体的侧壁。这些零件:
-通过其自身形状径向保持,
-通过构成零件(弹簧)的内部载荷轴向保持,
-通过卡簧和/或焊接保持,以及
-在子组件组装在一起的同时被保持。
零件的制造尺寸使得一旦将零件安装到车辆中就可以对它们进行组装并实现功能。当零件组装成子组件时,零件布置成遵守组装及尺寸功能链。以这种方式,获得了功能子组件。在其最终组装期间,它们还必须遵守一定数量的尺寸链,以确保所需的功能。
在车辆上组装时,必须确保装置的零件符合功能要求,这意味着必须遵守尺寸功能链。因此,尺寸链的构成零件被认为支撑在一侧,因为组件迫使零件处于此支撑状态。目前,如果没有组装载荷(在车辆上最终组装之前的情况),那么零件将处于所有可能位置之间的中间位置。如上所述,在安装之前,它们的位置可能不符合功能要求。
因此,有必要确保所有零件均符合功能要求,而与扭矩传递装置本身的组装和车辆中最终组装之间的寿命阶段无关。
发明内容
本发明尤其旨在为该问题提供一种简单、有效且经济的解决方案。
根据本发明的一方面,本发明通过一种特别用于机动车辆的扭矩传递装置来实现该解决方案,其包括三重湿式离合器和具有第一侧壁、第二侧壁和连接两个侧壁的轴向部的齿轮箱壳体,所述三重湿式离合器包括:
-围绕轴线X旋转的扭矩输入元件,其能够旋转地联接至内燃机的曲轴,
-第一和第二扭矩输出元件,其能够分别旋转地联接至齿轮箱的第一输入轴和第二输入轴,
-第一和第二输出离合器,其沿扭矩传递的方向布置在扭矩输入元件和扭矩输出元件之间,
-供油毂,其包括圆柱部、从圆柱部径向延伸的凸缘、驱动盖和沿扭矩输入元件的方向从驱动盖径向延伸的支撑件,以及
-分离离合器,其选择性地且摩擦地联接扭矩输入元件和驱动盖,
该装置还包括由壳体的第一侧壁和支撑件限定的第一空间和由凸缘和壳体的第二侧壁限定的第二空间,所述空间能够容纳用于将三重离合器轴向固定在齿轮箱壳体中的滚动构件。
因此,本发明的装置具有能够通过利用零件的内部楔入来人为地减小三重离合器与齿轮箱壳体之间的间隙的优点,该内部楔入限制了这两个组件在交货和最终组装之前的轴向运动。

在改变扭矩方向时,齿轮箱轴产生齿载荷。这些载荷是由斜齿轮中的扭矩传递引起的。此外,在齿轮箱速比变化期间,由于齿轮箱内存在轴向载荷,扭矩输出轴轴向移动。扭矩输出元件通过花键旋转地连接至齿轮箱输入轴。该花键连接在扭矩传递阶段具有将轴轴向固定到扭矩输出元件的作用。齿轮箱轴的轴向运动导致输出元件在离合器机构内运动。
该轴的运动在扭矩通过花键和毂之间时通过阳花键的齿与阴花键的摩擦经由构成扭矩输出元件的内部毂传递到三重离合器。该位移在三重离合器中导致当其在内燃机/阻尼装置侧满足壳体的刚度时的载荷。
位移可以为负(从齿轮箱到内燃机)或正(从内燃机到齿轮箱)。在一种情况下,载荷可以使零件紧凑。在另一种情况下,组件的不同零件之间可能会出现间隙。如果该间隙太大,则其可能不利于三重离合器的元件随时间的定位和/或完整性。
因此,轴向轴承使得在三重离合器机构内传递轴向载荷成为可能,同时允许扭矩输出元件相对于彼此旋转。因此通常由旋转的环和滚针形成的轴向轴承处于载荷下。因此,如果间隙过大,则可能会损坏轴向轴承及其对应部件(这可以避免以不同速度旋转的两个零件之间的接触),以引起:
-通过失去接触;在恢复接触期间,撞击可能会损坏元件,
-通过使两侧的两个零件的速度不同步。在重新同步期间,轴向轴承的滚针不再以与两个零件中的一个或另一个相同的速度旋转。因此,它们受到明显的加速,可能会失去附着力。失去附着力会产生磨损和噪音。
为了允许最佳操作,更具体地,为了优化/减小拖曳扭矩、减小尺寸链的公差、优化致动行程、最终减少离合器的包装,组件的内部楔入可以通过轴向楔入元件来实现,以尽可能避免零件分开。
因此,由于至少一个轴向楔入元件设置成与轴向轴承的端面之一接触,这使得可以通过补偿内部间隙来保护所有轴向轴承。
在本发明的意义上,轴向轴承的端面是轴向限定该轴承的一端的面。轴向轴承使得旋转零件之间可以没有滞后现象。
有利地,轴向楔入元件具有环形盘比如垫圈的整体形状。优选地,轴向楔入元件是金属零件,其使得可以补偿间隙以达到应为预期尺寸的最终尺寸。
有利地,根据本发明的扭矩传递装置包括单个轴向楔入元件。具体地,从不同位置选择的单个轴向楔入元件可能足够,因为这是补偿零件组装中的间隙的问题。
根据一实施例,分离离合器、第一输出离合器和第二输出离合器堆叠并径向对齐,这意味着存在与穿过三个离合器的旋转轴线X正交的假想轴线。
在本申请的意义内,分离离合器是径向位于外侧的离合器,即离三重湿式离合器的旋转轴线X最远的一个。第二离合器是径向位于内侧的离合器,即离三重湿式离合器的旋转轴线X最近的一个。
根据本发明,三重离合器中的离合器是湿式离合器。离合器容纳在至少一个填充有流体特别是油的密封室中。在本申请的意义内,湿式离合器是设计成在油浴中运行的离合器。
根据一实施例,供油毂将用于致动的油供应至分离离合器、第一输出离合器和第二输出离合器。
本发明的另一主题是一种用于机动车辆的混合动力传动模块,其包括上述扭矩传递装置和旋转电机,驱动盖包括电连接区域,其连接到电机,使得电机的旋转轴线与扭矩传递装置的旋转轴线X偏移。电机然后被称为“离线”。

根据本发明的一方面,板可以与输入盘托架一起旋转,并且摩擦盘可以固定到输出盘托架。在一变型中,板可与输出盘托架一起旋转。盘可以与输入盘托架一起旋转。
离合器是湿式离合器,并且具有两个至七个摩擦盘,优选四个摩擦盘。这种多盘离合器可以限制径向高度并限制轴向范围。
输出离合器E1、E2可以布置成不同时处于相同的接合配置。另一方面,它们可以同时配置在其脱离位置。
装置1还包括齿轮箱壳体27。该壳体27布置成至少部分地包围扭矩输入元件2、第一和第二扭矩输出元件6、7、输入离合器10和输出离合器E1、E2。
齿轮箱壳体27由第一侧壁27a、第二侧壁27b和连接两个侧壁27a、27b的轴向部27c构成。
第一侧壁27a由径向壁272和在其内端由围绕轴线X轴向延伸的圆柱部271构成。第一侧壁271具有大致L形的整体形状,L的底部由旋转轴线X定位。
有利地,壳体27可以通过例如可见铆钉或螺钉类型的固定装置固定到内燃机或电机的马达上。
现在将更详细地描述旋转轴线X的供油毂50。
供油毂50向分离离合器10、第一输出离合器E1和第二输出离合器E2供油。毂50包括圆柱部51、从圆柱部径向延伸的凸缘52、驱动盖53和沿扭矩输入元件2的方向从驱动盖53径向延伸的支撑件54。
支撑件54在壳体的第一侧壁27a下方径向延伸。因此,支撑件54的内端比第一侧壁27a的内端更靠近旋转轴线X。
支撑件54由内部圆柱部54a和凸缘54b构成。圆柱部54a在第一侧壁27a的圆柱部271的内侧和外侧轴向延伸。在所讨论的示例中,圆柱部54a和凸缘54b是一起旋转的两个部分。在一变型中,它们可以是一件式的。
在所讨论的示例中,毂50还包括:第一环形腔,其设置在凸缘的侧面上并且设计成容纳第一输出离合器E1的致动活塞;第二环形腔,其设置在凸缘的与第一环形腔相同的侧面上并且设计成容纳第二输出离合器E2的致动活塞;以及第三环形腔,其径向设置在其他两个环形腔上方并且设计成容纳分离离合器10的致动活塞。
毂还包括供油通道56,其穿过圆柱部51和凸缘52并通向环形腔之一。可以通过在供油毂内钻连续的导管来产生供油通道56,所述导管通向彼此并且设计成将加压流体供应至离合器的控制室。流体可以是油,例如齿轮箱油。
毂50旋转地联接至扭矩输入元件2。如上所述,当扭矩输入元件2联接至由发动机的曲轴旋转驱动的驱动轴并且离合器10闭合时,主毂50以与驱动轴类似的方式旋转。
如图1所示,分离离合器10、第一输出离合器E1和第二输出离合器E2堆叠并径向对齐,这意味着存在与穿过三个离合器的旋转轴线X正交的假想轴线。分离离合器10相对于两个输出离合器E1、E2位于外侧。第二输出离合器E2相对于第一输出离合器E1设置在内侧。
优选地,分离离合器10、第一离合器E1和第二离合器E2(以下称为“离合器”)处于打开状态,也称为“常开”,并且由控制装置(未示出)选择性地致动以操作,以便从打开状态转到闭合状态。
离合器各自由致动系统控制,致动系统设计成能够将离合器配置成处于接合构造和分离构造之间的任何构造。
为了选择性地控制离合器的状态变化,控制装置管理油的供应。控制装置连接到供油毂50,其包括流体通道网络56。
致动系统与每个离合器10、E1、E2相关。每个致动系统包括:
-压力室,其设计成接收加压流体,
-可在压力室内轴向移动的活塞,
-相对于活塞位于压力室相反侧的平衡室。
每个致动系统还包括弹性返回元件,其设计成产生与对应活塞的运动相反的轴向载荷,以便接合对应的离合器10、E1、E2。这使得可以将活塞自动地返回到分离位置,对应于离合器的打开状态。在该位置,活塞轴向释放对应的多盘组件,然后该多盘组件不再沿齿轮箱的第一输入轴或齿轮箱的第二输入轴的方向传递扭矩。
每个离合器的致动活塞可以通过控制离合器的内部位置传感器或通过在离合器闭合期间测量液压或通过测量注入的液体量或通过在离合器闭合期间测量运动值控制。
每个活塞轴向地设置在压力室和平衡室之间。活塞采用波纹板的形式并且轴向朝向前AV或朝向后AR弯曲。外支撑件平行于纵向轴线X延伸。
作为非限制性示例,可以通过冲压获得活塞。
致动系统的压力室设计成接收一定量的加压液压流体,以便在活塞上产生轴向载荷,从而将相应的离合器构造成上述构造之一。在活塞上产生载荷的压力室与平衡室相关,该平衡室设计成接收一定量的液压流体。润滑或冷却类型的流体有利地通过低压流体流通管道(在截面图中未示出)输送。
有利地,三个离合器的致动系统的压力室堆叠并径向对齐。
弹性返回元件与每个致动系统相关。有利地,弹性返回元件是贝勒维尔垫圈或由螺旋弹簧制成。
如图1所示,该装置还包括布置在由壳体的第一侧壁27a和支撑件54限定的空间80中的第一滚动构件以及布置在由凸缘52和壳体的第二侧壁27b限定的空间80'中的第二滚动构件。
因此,空间80、80'由固定壁即壳体的第一或第二侧壁27a、27b和三重离合器的一部分即供油毂50特别是支撑件54和凸缘52限定。布置在空间80、80'中的滚动构件因此使得可以将三重离合器3轴向固定在齿轮箱壳体27中。
该装置包括布置在由壳体的第一侧壁27a和支撑件54限定的空间81中的第三滚动构件以及布置在由凸缘52和壳体的第二侧壁27b限定的第四空间81'中的第四滚动构件。这些滚动构件使得能够径向支撑三重离合器3。
最后,该装置包括容纳在由支撑件54和扭矩输入元件2限定的空间82中的第五滚动构件。
在所讨论的示例中,扭矩传递装置1还包括轴承55,其布置在供油毂50的圆柱部51和扭矩输出元件7之间,优选地在毂50的前端。该轴承55允许来自供油毂50的油沿三重离合器3的方向且特别是沿通道56的方向穿过。允许油借助于轴向凹槽57穿过轴承55。
该装置还包括至少三个轴向轴承90、91、92。每个轴向轴承具有两个端面。轴向轴承构造成支撑三重离合器3的轴向载荷。
轴向轴承90、91、92分别设置在支撑件54、扭矩输入元件2和第一扭矩输出元件6的肩部中。在所讨论的示例中,轴向轴承90、91、92径向重叠并且优选地设置在同一个径向高度处。
有利地,轴向轴承90、91、92的位置如下。第一轴向轴承90轴向地插在支撑件54的内壁54a与扭矩输入元件2之间。
第二轴向轴承91插在扭矩输入元件2和输出元件6之间,以便支撑扭矩输入元件2的轴向载荷,尽管输入轴和第一传动轴分别可以不同的转速旋转。
第三轴向轴承92轴向地插在限定离合器E1的输出盘托架的扭矩输出元件6和限定离合器E2的输出盘托架的扭矩输出元件7之间,以便能够在两个输出盘托架之间传递轴向载荷,当第一和第二离合器E1、E2构造成不同的构造时,它们可以不同的速度旋转。
有利地,轴承90、91、92是滚针推力轴承类型的具有第一和第二盘的滚动轴承,在第一和第二盘之间设置有多个滚动体。
该装置还包括至少一个轴向楔入元件90',其设置成在一侧与所述轴承55或轴向轴承90、91、92的一个端面接触,而在另一侧与供油毂的圆柱部51、支撑件54、扭矩输入元件2、第一扭矩输出元件6和第二扭矩输出元件7之一接触。
这些图示出了轴向楔入元件在支撑件54的内壁54a与轴向轴承90的前端面之间的一个可能位置。
在所讨论的示例中,驱动盖53包括电连接区域65,其连接至旋转电机,使得电机的旋转轴线与扭矩传递装置1的旋转轴线X偏移。电机可以是同步永磁电机。因此,电机通过分离离合器10选择性地连接至扭矩输入元件2,通过第一输出离合器E1选择性地连接至第一扭矩输出元件6,并且通过第二输出离合器E2选择性地连接至第二扭矩输出元件7。

Claims (10)

1.一种特别用于机动车辆的扭矩传递装置(1),包括三重湿式离合器(3)以及具有第一侧壁(27a)、第二侧壁(27b)和连接两个侧壁(27a、27b)的轴向部(27c)的齿轮箱壳体(27),所述三重湿式离合器(3)包括:
-围绕轴线X旋转的扭矩输入元件(2),其能够旋转地联接至内燃机的曲轴,
-第一和第二扭矩输出元件(6、7),其能够分别旋转地联接至齿轮箱的第一输入轴和第二输入轴,
-第一和第二输出离合器(E1、E2),其沿扭矩传递的方向布置在所述扭矩输入元件(2)和扭矩输出元件(6、7)之间,
-供油毂(50),其包括圆柱部(51)、从所述圆柱部径向延伸的凸缘(52)、驱动盖(53)和沿所述扭矩输入元件(2)的方向从所述驱动盖(53)径向延伸的支撑件(54),以及
-分离离合器(10),其选择性地且摩擦地联接所述扭矩输入元件(2)和所述驱动盖(53),
其特征在于,所述扭矩传递装置还包括由所述壳体的所述第一侧壁(27a)和所述支撑件(54)限定的第一空间(80)和由所述凸缘(52)和所述壳体的所述第二侧壁(27b)限定的第二空间(80'),所述第一和第二空间(80、80')能够容纳用于将三重离合器(3)轴向固定在所述齿轮箱壳体(27)中的滚动构件。
2.根据权利要求1所述的扭矩传递装置(1),其特征在于,所述扭矩传递装置还包括由所述壳体的所述第一侧壁(27a)和所述支撑件(54)限定的第三空间(81)和由所述凸缘(52)和所述壳体的所述第二侧壁(27b)限定的第四空间(81'),所述第三和第四空间(81、81')能够容纳用于支撑三重离合器(3)的滚动构件。
3.根据权利要求1或权利要求2所述的扭矩传递装置(1),其特征在于,所述支撑件(54)在所述壳体的第一侧壁(27a)的下方径向延伸。
4.根据前述权利要求中任一项所述的扭矩传递装置(1),其特征在于,所述第一侧壁(27a)在其内端具有轴向延伸的圆柱部(271)。
5.根据前一权利要求所述的扭矩传递装置(1),其特征在于,所述支撑件(54)在其内端具有圆柱部(54a),其在所述第一侧壁(27a)的圆柱部(271)的内侧和外侧轴向延伸。
6.根据前述权利要求中任一项所述的扭矩传递装置(1),其特征在于,所述扭矩传递装置包括轴承(55),该轴承布置在所述供油毂的所述圆柱部(51)与所述扭矩输出元件(7)之间并允许油穿过。
7.根据前述权利要求中任一项所述的扭矩传递装置(1),其特征在于,所述扭矩传递装置包括布置成支撑三重离合器(3)的轴向载荷的至少三个轴向轴承(90、91、92),所述轴向轴承设置在所述支撑件(54)、所述扭矩输入元件(2)和所述第一扭矩输出元件(6)的肩部中。
8.根据权利要求6或7所述的扭矩传递装置(1),其特征在于,所述扭矩传递装置包括至少一个轴向楔入元件(90'),所述轴向楔入元件设置成在一侧与所述轴承(55)或所述轴向轴承(90、91、92)的端面之一接触,而在另一侧与所述供油毂的圆柱部(51)、所述支撑件(54)、所述扭矩输入元件(2)、所述第一扭矩输出元件(6)和所述第二扭矩输出元件(7)之一接触。
9.根据前述权利要求中任一项所述的扭矩传递装置(1),其特征在于,所述分离离合器(10)、所述第一输出离合器(E1)和所述第二输出离合器(E2)堆叠并径向对齐。
10.一种用于机动车辆的混合动力传动模块,其特征在于,它包括旋转电机和根据权利要求1至9中任一项所述的扭矩传递装置(1),所述驱动盖(53)包括连接到所述电机的电连接区域(65),使得所述电机的旋转轴线与所述扭矩传递装置(1)的旋转轴线(X)偏移。
