When the device works, after the diamond sand in the hopper 14 flows out through the feed opening 15, the air flow generated by the fan 18 is matched with the guide of the arc-shaped plate 16 to guide the diamond sand and then blow the diamond sand upwards, so that the diamond sand is thrown, the disordered collision of the diamond sand in the air is increased, the local accumulation and loss of the diamond sand are further avoided, and the production efficiency and the paving uniformity of the terrace are improved; the return chute 21 formed by the lapping plate 2 arranged below the arc-shaped plate 16 enables particles and impurities with larger particle diameters contained in the carborundum to be blown by the blower 18, the inertia caused by the mass is increased, the acceleration effect of the blower 18 on the impurities is further reduced, the impurities and the carborundum particles with larger particles fall into the storage chute 22 through the return chute 21 under the action of gravity, other carborundum particles with smaller diameters in the arc-shaped plate 16 and consistent particle uniformity are guided by the lapping plate 2 and then thrown into the air, normal throwing operation is completed, the particle uniformity of the carborundum terrace surface is further increased, and the terrace construction quality is further increased; when the blanking speed in the blanking port 15 is too fast, the arc-shaped plate 16 accumulates more carborundum and the weight is increased, so that the partition plate 23 extends upwards after the arc-shaped plate 16 slides downwards and blocks part of carborundum from being thrown out, the evenness of the carborundum thrown out by the discharge port 17 is further ensured, and the thickness of the carborundum thrown on the terrace is ensured to be consistent; when the spiral round rod 32 rotates along with the rotating shaft 3, the carborundum is continuously stirred, so that the phenomenon that the moistened and agglomerated carborundum blocks the feed opening 15 is prevented, meanwhile, large impurities which are difficult to break are conveyed to the waste material tank along with the spiral round rod 32 to be recycled, and the normal throwing operation of the carborundum is further ensured; the cutting knife 33 is driven to rotate by the circular ring 31, and meanwhile, the round rod 32 drives long fiber impurities mixed in the carborundum to move to the position of the knife rest 36 and to be clamped in the groove 37, so that the impurities are cut off when the cutting knife 33 passes through the groove 37, the smoothness of the feed opening 15 is further ensured, and the long fiber impurities are prevented from agglomerating and blocking the feed opening 15; when the circular ring 31 rotates slowly, the magnetic block 43 is periodically driven to be close to the sliding block 41, so that the magnetic block 43 attracts and drives the sliding block 41 to slide in the sliding hole 4 and then impact the bottom of the sliding hole 4, the vibration of the hopper 14 is increased, and the blanking efficiency of the hopper 14 is further increased; after being chopped by the cutter 33, the light long fiber impurities fall to the arc-shaped plate 16 from the feed opening 15 along with the carborundum, and the light impurities move in an accelerating manner under the blowing action of the fan 18, so that the accelerating effect of the impurities is greater than that of the carborundum, the impurities rise under the action of the airflow of the impurities and are intercepted by the intercepting net 45, the impurities are prevented from falling on the surface of the terrace, the construction quality of the terrace is further improved, and the defects are reduced; the fibers are hooked through the barb 46, impurities are intercepted, the flying-off of the impurities out of the intercepting net 45 is reduced, meanwhile, the fan blades 47 are driven to rotate through air flow, the barb 46 rotates and winds the fibers and the impurities, and the overflow of the impurities in the intercepting net 45 is further reduced.

the material spreading mechanism (13) comprises a hopper (14), a feed opening (15) is formed in the bottom of the hopper (14), an arc-shaped plate (16) is connected to the bottom of the feed opening (15), one side of the arc-shaped plate (16) is tangent to the feed opening (15), and a discharge opening (17) is formed in the other side of the arc-shaped plate (16); a fan (18) is arranged on the outer side of the joint of the arc-shaped plate (16) and the feed opening (15), an air outlet (19) of the fan (18) is communicated with the arc-shaped plate (16), and the air outlet (19) is inclined downwards;
a rotating shaft (3) is rotatably connected to the position, close to the feed opening (15), in the hopper (14), and the rotating shaft (3) is driven to rotate through a speed reduction motor; a group of circular rings (31) are fixedly connected to the rotating shaft (3) through spokes, and a group of circular rods (32) are uniformly distributed on the circumference of one side of each circular ring (31); the round rods (32) are spirally arranged, and a waste material groove is formed in the bottom of one side of the rotating shaft (3);
a cutter (33) is arranged on the periphery of the circular ring (31), and a first arc part (34) and a second arc part (35) which are arranged on two sides of the cutter (33) are tangent to the periphery of the circular ring (31); the diameter of the first arc-shaped part (34) is larger than that of the second arc-shaped part (35), and the rotating direction of the rotating shaft (3) is from the second arc-shaped part (35) to the first arc-shaped part (34); a cutter frame (36) is fixedly connected to one side of the hopper (14) close to the cutter (33), and a group of grooves (37) are uniformly distributed on the cutter frame (36); the cutting knife (33) is driven to rotate by the circular ring (31), and meanwhile, the circular rod (32) drives long fiber impurities mixed in the carborundum to move to the position of the knife rest (36) and be clamped in the groove (37), so that the impurities are cut off when the cutting knife (33) passes through the groove (37);
the bottom of one side, away from the fan (18), of the arc-shaped plate (16) is provided with a lapping plate (2), one end of the lapping plate (2) extends out of the discharge hole (17), and the lapping plate (2) and the arc-shaped plate (16) are arranged in parallel in the tangential direction; a backflow groove (21) is formed between the lapping plate (2) and the arc-shaped plate (16), and the bottom of the backflow groove (21) is communicated with a storage groove (22);
the top of the discharge hole (17) is fixedly connected with an arc-shaped interception net (45), the interception net (45) is a major arc, and the bottom of the interception net (45) is tilted upwards;
a group of barbs (46) are uniformly distributed on the inner wall of the interception net (45), and one ends of the barbs (46) penetrate through the interception net (45) and are rotatably connected with the interception net (45); and one end of the barb (46) positioned on the outer side of the interception net (45) is fixedly connected with a fan blade (47).
