Referring to fig. 4, the exhaust mechanism 14 includes a rear wind scooper 14a, a bearing ring 14b, an exhaust nozzle 14c, a front wind scooper 14d, and an impeller 14e, the rear end of the front wind scooper 14d is provided with the rear wind scooper 14a, the impeller 14e is disposed at the center of the front wind scooper 14d, the exhaust nozzles 14c are disposed at the upper and lower ends of the rear wind scooper 14a, the exhaust nozzle 14c is connected to the rear wind scooper 14a, the rear wind scooper 14a is connected to the front wind scooper 14d, and the bearing ring 14b is disposed at the center of the rear wind scooper 14 a.
Please refer to fig. 5, the scrap collecting device 4 comprises a scrap discharging notch 41, a scrap guiding inclined plate 42, a pipe limiting frame 43, a connecting rod 44 and a scrap collecting mechanism 45, the connecting rod 44 is arranged on two sides of the scrap collecting mechanism 45, the connecting rod 44 is vertically arranged on the scrap collecting mechanism 45, the pipe limiting frame 43 is arranged above the scrap collecting mechanism 45, the pipe limiting frame 43 is fixed on the connecting rod 44, the pipe limiting frame 43 and the screw 6 are in threaded fit, the pipe limiting frame 43 and the limiting gasket 5 are matched, the scrap discharging notch 41 is arranged at the bottom of the pipe limiting frame 43, the scrap discharging notch 41 and the pipe limiting frame 43 are of an integrated structure, and the scrap guiding inclined plate 42 is arranged in the center of the scrap discharging notch 41.
Please refer to fig. 6, the scrap collecting mechanism 45 is composed of a wind filtering cover 45a, an exhaust pipe 45b, a base 45c, a wind guiding joint 45d and an aggregate frame 45e, the aggregate frame 45e is arranged under the chip removal notch 41, the central position of the top of the base 45c is provided with the aggregate frame 45e, the aggregate frame 45e is movably connected with the base 45c, two sides of the aggregate frame 45e are parallelly and equidistantly provided with four exhaust pipes 45b, the inside of the aggregate frame 45e is parallelly and equidistantly provided with four wind guiding joints 45d, the wind guiding joint 45d is in threaded fit with the aggregate frame 45e, the exhaust pipes 45b are connected with the aggregate frame 45e through the wind guiding joints 45d, and one end of the wind guiding joint 45d is provided with the wind filtering cover 45 a.
The impeller 14e is connected with the rotating shaft 12, and the rear wind scooper 14a is connected with the rotating shaft 12 through a bearing ring 14 b.
The wind guiding device also comprises a hollow semi-sphere structure formed by connecting the front wind guiding cover 14d and the rear wind guiding cover 14 a.
The chip guide sloping plate 42 is arranged on the chip removal notch 41 in an isosceles triangle plate-shaped structure.
The wind filter cover 45a is obliquely arranged on the wind guide joint 45 d.
When the collecting frame is used, in combination with the first embodiment, under the guiding action of the vertical downward air discharge flow, the scraps are discharged into the collecting frame 45e through the scrap guide sloping plate 42, the isosceles triangle plate-shaped structure formed by the scrap guide sloping plate 42 can effectively reduce the flow rate of the air flow, so that the air flow drives the scraps to be discharged along the inclined planes on the two sides of the scrap guide sloping plate 42, because the scrap guide sloping plate 42 is matched with the air filtering cover 45a obliquely arranged on the air guide connector 45d, the air flow cannot impact the bottom of the collecting frame 45e and is discharged from the exhaust pipe 45b, and under the filtering action of the air filtering cover 45a, the scraps are orderly dropped into the collecting frame 45e, so that the scraps are efficiently recovered.
The specific realization principle is as follows:
the cutting and polishing device 1 can simultaneously cut and polish the polyethylene flame-retardant pipe, so that the cut surface of the polyethylene flame-retardant pipe can be kept flat after cutting, the processing efficiency of the polyethylene flame-retardant pipe is effectively improved, the polyethylene flame-retardant pipe is downwards and vertically injected with air flow while cutting and polishing, waste scraps generated in the cutting and polishing are downwards and vertically discharged into the waste scrap collecting device 4 along with wind at the moment of cutting and polishing, because the cutting piece 11b is driven by the rotating shaft 12 to rotate at a high speed, the polyethylene flame-retardant pipe is cut at a high speed through the cutting teeth 11a arranged on the outer ring of the cutting piece 11b, the grinding rings 11c are driven by the rotating kinetic energy generated by the cutting piece 11b to repeatedly contact with the cut surface after cutting, the cut surface of the polyethylene flame-retardant pipe is polished, the impeller 14e is arranged at the rear end of the cutting piece 11b, and the impeller 14e rotates according to the rotating lead of the rotating shaft 12, the air flow is discharged vertically from the air discharge nozzles 14c arranged at the upper and lower ends of the rear air guiding cover 14a in equal quantity in the rotation of the impeller 14e by the front air guiding cover 14d, the stability of the rear air guiding cover 14a can be effectively improved by the vertically upward air flow, the rear air guiding cover 14a can keep a static state under the condition that the rotating shaft 12 can rotate, the waste chips generated after cutting and polishing can be efficiently guided downwards by the vertically downward air flow, the waste chips can be efficiently collected by the waste chip collecting device 4, the waste chips can be intensively discharged into the collecting frame 45e along with the air under the arranged wind direction guiding structure, the air flow is guided to be orderly discharged from the two sides of the collecting frame 45e, the phenomenon that the waste chips are irregularly discharged due to the disordered discharge in the collecting frame 45e is avoided, and the waste chips are discharged into the collecting frame 45e through the dust guide plate 42 under the guiding action of the vertically downward air flow, lead isosceles triangle platelike structure that bits swash plate 42 formed, can effectively slow down the velocity of flow of air current, make the air current drive the sweeps along the inclined plane on leading bits swash plate 42 both sides to discharging, because lead bits swash plate 42 and the wind screen cover 45a that the slope set up on wind-guiding joint 45d match, make the air current can not strike in frame 45e bottom that gathers materials, and discharge from exhaust pipe 45b, under the filtering action of wind screen cover 45a, make the sweeps drop in frame 45e that gathers materials in order, thereby the high efficiency is retrieved the sweeps.
