本发明公开一种环保太空革的制备方法,首次采用纤度在2.5~2.7D、纤维长度在50~51mm的生物基短纤维作为无纺布基布的纺丝原料,配伍合适的浸渍液和涂覆液以及工艺条件,对无纺布基布进行聚氨酯改性,在无纺布基布上形成耐磨、剥离强度高的涂层,使得最终得到的太空革具有良好的拉伸强度、断裂伸长率及透气性。

本发明涉及皮革合成技术领域,具体涉及的是一种环保太空革的制备方法。
背景技术
目前合成革已应用于人们生活中的各个领域,品种多样,太空革是常见的一种合成革产品,通常以无纺布为基布,采用溶剂型聚氨酯为涂覆浆料制造,以湿法工艺将溶剂型聚氨酯中的DMF(二甲基甲酰胺)与水置换,使得基布表面形成的涂层具有连续气孔,从而达到透湿透气性,具有质轻、耐磨、耐热、坚韧、耐寒、拉伸强度高及透气透视性好等优点。如中国专利ZL201010214265.3公开一种耐酸耐碱耐水解高剥离聚氨酯太空革的制造方法,采用了复合型配比的高物性的无纺布,在配比中添加了35%的高收缩涤纶,提高了合成革的柔韧性及高弹性能,同时切口有类似天然真皮的三维结构,生产的耐酸耐碱耐水解高剥离聚氨酯太空革手感柔韧,具有切口好、弹性佳等优良的物理机械性能。但该发明专利中采用的无纺布含45%尼龙(通常选用尼龙-6)、20%涤纶及35%高收缩涤纶,尼龙6是不可再生资源,且2017年10月27日世界卫生组织国际癌症研究机构公布的致癌物清单中,尼龙6被归纳在3类致癌物清单中,随着世界各地环境保护法律法规纷纷出台,有限且有害的尼龙6资源恐限制了太空革的广泛应用。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种环保太空革的制备方法,采用的无纺布基布的原料是一种生物基环保纤维材料,对环境友好,对人体无害,且制备得到的环保太空革手感柔韧,其物性与传统的太空革产品相当,耐磨耐剥离,具有良好的拉伸强度、断裂伸长率及透气性。
为了达成上述目的,本发明的解决方案是:
一种环保太空革的制备方法,采用纤度在2.5~2.7D、纤维长度在50~51mm的生物基短纤维作为无纺布的纺丝原料,包括以下步骤:
步骤1、先将所述生物基短纤维依次经喂入、开松、梳理、铺网、预刺机预刺、针刺机针刺,得到克重为190~200g/m2、厚度为0.85~0.9mm的无纺布;
步骤2、然后以4~5m/min的车速,将步骤1得到的无纺布浸渍于5%PVA-205MB中,依次经过挤压、烘干、烫平、收卷,得到处理后的厚度为0.80~0.85mm的无纺布;
步骤3、然后将步骤2处理后的无纺布浸渍于浸渍液中,再通过刮涂法在浸渍后的无纺布上涂覆涂覆液,得到聚氨酯改性的无纺布基布;

步骤4、然后将步骤3经过聚氨酯改性的无纺布依次经过凝固槽凝固、水洗槽水洗、十轮烫平及后处理,收卷,得到厚度为1.2~1.25mm的所述环保太空革。
步骤2中,通过挤压辊对所述无纺布进行挤压,至所述无纺布所含的水分为基布重量的80~85%,所述烘干的温度为140~145℃,通过烫平辊对所述无纺布进行烫平,烫平的温度为150~160℃。
步骤3中,在所述无纺布浸渍之前,对所述无纺布进行二次烫平,所述二次烫平为所述二次烫平的温度为140~160℃,二次烫平后的无纺布的厚度为0.80~0.83mm。
步骤3中,所述涂覆液的涂覆厚度为1.8~2.0mm。
步骤4中,所述凝固槽采用的凝固液包括:23%-25%的DMF以及75%-77%的工艺用水,所述凝固液的温度为30~32℃。
步骤4中,所述水洗槽共十八个,水洗的温度依次为:常温:十三槽、70~90℃:五槽。
步骤4中,所述十轮烫平所采用的温度为110~120℃。
步骤4中,所述后处理包括上油处理和烘干处理,所述上油处理采用的上油液为3%WH-509,所述烘干处理的温度为150~160℃。

步骤3、然后将步骤2处理后的无纺布在140℃下进行二次烫平后,得到厚度为0.80mm的无纺布,然后浸渍于浸渍液中,再通过刮涂法在浸渍后的无纺布上涂覆涂覆液,涂覆厚度为1.8mm,得到聚氨酯改性的无纺布基布;

2、环保太空革的制备
一种环保太空革的制备方法,采用纤度在2.7D、纤维长度在51mm的生物基短纤维作为无纺布基布的原料,包括以下步骤:
步骤1、先将生物基短纤维依次经喂入、开松、梳理、铺网、预刺机预刺、针刺机针刺,得到克重为200g/m2、厚度为0.9mm的无纺布;
步骤2、然后以5m/min的车速,将步骤1得到的无纺布浸渍于5%PVA-205MB中,然后通过挤压辊对浸渍后的无纺布进行挤压,至无纺布所含的水分为基布重量的85%,然后在145℃的烘箱内烘干,再通过烫平辊对无纺布进行烫平,烫平的温度为160℃,收卷,得到处理后的厚度为0.85mm的无纺布;
步骤3、然后将步骤2处理后的无纺布在160℃下进行二次烫平后,得到厚度为0.83mm的无纺布,然后浸渍于浸渍液中,再通过刮涂法在浸渍后的无纺布上涂覆涂覆液,涂覆厚度为2.0mm,得到聚氨酯改性的无纺布基布;

普通太空革的制备方法,采用纤度在2D、长度为38mm的尼龙-6(60%)和纤度在1.5D、长度为38mm涤纶(40%)共混,作为无纺布基布的纺丝原料,包括以下步骤:
步骤1、先将上述纺丝原料依次经喂入、开松、梳理、铺网、预刺机预刺、针刺机针刺,得到克重为190g/m2、厚度为0.9mm的无纺布;
步骤2、然后以4m/min的车速,将步骤1得到的无纺布浸渍于5%PVA-205MB中,然后通过挤压辊对浸渍后的无纺布进行挤压,至无纺布所含的水分为基布重量的80%,然后在140℃的烘箱烘干,再通过烫平辊对无纺布进行烫平,烫平的温度为150℃,收卷,得到处理后的厚度为0.85mm的无纺布;

Claims (8)

1.一种环保太空革的制备方法,其特征在于:采用纤度在2.5~2.7D、纤维长度在50~51mm的生物基短纤维作为无纺布的纺丝原料,包括以下步骤:
步骤1、先将所述生物基短纤维依次经喂入、开松、梳理、铺网、预刺机预刺、针刺机针刺,得到克重为190~200g/m2、厚度为0.85~0.9mm的无纺布;
步骤2、然后以4~5m/min的车速,将步骤1得到的无纺布浸渍于5%PVA-205MB中,依次经过挤压、烘干、烫平、收卷,得到处理后的厚度为0.80~0.85mm的无纺布;
步骤3、然后将步骤2处理后的无纺布浸渍于浸渍液中,再通过刮涂法在浸渍后的无纺布上涂覆涂覆液,得到聚氨酯改性的无纺布基布;
所述浸渍液包括如下重量份的原料:

步骤4、然后将步骤3经过聚氨酯改性的无纺布基布依次经过凝固槽凝固、水洗槽水洗、十轮烫平及后处理,收卷,得到厚度为1.2~1.25mm的所述环保太空革。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种环保太空革的制备方法,其特征在于:步骤2中,通过挤压辊对所述无纺布进行挤压,至所述无纺布基布所含的水分为基布重量的80~85%,所述烘干的温度为140~145℃,通过烫平辊对所述无纺布进行烫平,烫平的温度为150~160℃。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种环保太空革的制备方法,其特征在于:步骤3中,在所述无纺布浸渍之前,对所述无纺布进行二次烫平,所述二次烫平为所述二次烫平的温度为140~160℃,二次烫平后的无纺布的厚度为0.80~0.83mm。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种环保太空革的制备方法,其特征在于:步骤3中,所述涂覆液的涂覆厚度为1.8~2.0mm。
5.根据权利要求1所述的一种环保太空革的制备方法,其特征在于:步骤4中,所述凝固槽采用的凝固液包括:23%~25%的DMF以及75%~77%的工艺用水,所述凝固液的温度为30~32℃。
6.根据权利要求1所述的一种环保太空革的制备方法,其特征在于:步骤4中,所述水洗槽共十八个,水洗的温度依次为:常温:十三槽、70~90℃:五槽。
7.根据权利要求1所述的一种环保太空革的制备方法,其特征在于:步骤4中,所述十轮烫平所采用的温度为110~120℃。
8.根据权利要求1所述的一种环保太空革的制备方法,其特征在于:步骤4中,所述后处理包括上油处理和烘干处理,所述上油处理采用的上油液为3%WH-509,所述烘干处理的温度为150~160℃。
