Abstract
The invention relates to a high-performance primer-topcoat exterior wall coating for renovating old walls and a preparation method thereof, wherein the coating is prepared from the following raw materials: the coating meets the international requirements of internal and external walls, has good weather resistance, salt-overtaking resistance, water resistance, avoids the quality problem caused by mismatching of primer and finish paint in the construction process, reduces the construction process and greatly reduces the construction cost.

the old base material and the bottom surface are combined into an outer wall coating.
The exterior wall putty is the exterior wall thick bottom putty of three trees.
1) The experimental environment is as follows: the state regulation of the base material and the temperature and humidity of the experiment meet the regulation of GB/T928;
2) treating a base material, namely treating an asbestos-free fiber cement flat plate [430mm x 150mm x (4-6) mm ], according with the requirement of NAF H V grade in JC/T412.1-2006, and treating according to the regulation of 10.2 in GB/T9271-2008;
treating an old base material:
the wall surface condition is checked before coating, and corresponding treatment is carried out according to different surface defects to ensure that the outer wall surface is firm, dry, clean and free of floating ash.
The five-year old base material containing oil stain, floating ash, hollowing or cracks is used as the base material 3 for removing the floating ash and removing the positions such as sand and raised skin, and the rest parts with good firmness and no defects can be directly recoated;

4) and (3) bottom-surface integrated exterior wall coating construction: brushing and constructing for two times according to the coating rate requirement [ (200-250) g/m2], and drying for 24 h;

as can be seen from Table 1, the high-performance primer-topcoat exterior wall coating prepared by the invention has excellent adhesion, wherein the best scheme is shown in example 4.
The performance evaluation of the related primer is carried out on the samples of the high-performance primer-topcoat exterior wall coating examples 1, 2, 3 and 4 prepared by the invention according to the detection requirements of JGT 210-2018 primer for interior and exterior walls of buildings.
Table 2 shows the performance test data of the primer for primer-topcoat integrated exterior wall coating prepared by the invention:
and (3) performing complementary performance evaluation on related finish paint on samples of high-performance primer-topcoat integrated exterior wall paint examples 1, 2, 3 and 4 prepared by the invention according to the detection requirements of GB/T9755-.
Table 3 shows the test data of the performance of the primer-topcoat paint for the exterior wall prepared by the invention:
as can be seen from Table 1, the high-performance primer-topcoat exterior wall coating for renovating old walls, prepared by the invention, has excellent adhesive force performance; as can be seen from tables 2 and 3, the high-performance primer-topcoat exterior wall coating for renovating old walls, which is prepared by the invention, has other performances meeting the design indexes of exterior wall primers and exterior wall topcoats.
The primer-topcoat integrated exterior wall coating produced by the method can further produce a series of functional primer-topcoat integrated exterior wall coatings, and is further opened and utilized.

7. A method for preparing the high-performance primer-topcoat exterior wall coating for renovating old walls according to any one of claims 1 to 6, which comprises the following steps:
1) firstly, adding water into a dispersion cylinder, then adding hydroxyethyl cellulose and bentonite at the rotation speed of 300-500 r/min of the dispersion cylinder, then increasing the rotation speed of the dispersion cylinder to 600-800 r/min, stirring for 1-3 min, then adding a defoaming agent, a dispersing agent, a wetting agent and a pH regulator, and continuing stirring for 5-10 min;
