The value of the sensor is set, the sensor monitors the weight of the garbage can together with the garbage in the can at any time, when the weight reaches the set value, the sensor sends a signal to the control system, and the control system controls the oil cylinder 21 to lift the can frame 2 so as to prompt sanitation workers to process. During processing, sanitation personnel only need directly pull out the garbage bin from the bin rack 2 through the bin discharging opening 8, process garbage in the bin, and put clean garbage bin into the bin rack 2 through the bin discharging opening 8 again, so that the garbage bin is placed on the weighing platform 12, and then the lifting key is operated, so that the oil cylinder 21 can drive the bin rack 2 and the clean garbage bin to descend into the bin body 1.
The cat ladder 23 is convenient for maintenance personnel to enter into the box 1 and maintain, and simultaneously the support frame 24 is convenient for place cleaning tool or maintenance tool, and the position of support frame 24 corresponds with cat ladder 23, is convenient for maintenance personnel to take.
