when two outer side surfaces of the box body are respectively provided with a push-pull oil cylinder, two sides of the push plate are respectively fixedly connected with a first connecting pin and a second connecting pin, a first roller wheel is arranged on the first connecting pin, the first roller wheel moves along the inner wall of the strip-shaped transverse through hole, the second connecting pin penetrates through the strip-shaped transverse through hole and is hinged with one end of the push-pull oil cylinder, and the other end of the push-pull oil cylinder is hinged on the outer side surface of the box body;
when two push-pull oil cylinders are arranged on two outer side surfaces of the box body, two second connecting pins are fixedly connected to two sides of the push plate respectively, each second connecting pin penetrates through one elongated transverse through hole to be hinged to one end of one push-pull oil cylinder, the other end of each push-pull oil cylinder is hinged to the outer side surface of the box body, a second roller wheel is sleeved on the middle portion of at least one second connecting pin, and the second roller wheel moves along the inner wall of the elongated transverse through hole.

A refuse compression arrangement according to claim 2, characterized in that: the first telescopic cover plate assembly comprises a plurality of vertical cover plates, the upper sides and the lower sides of all the vertical cover plates are sequentially sleeved together through a plurality of first rails, adjacent vertical cover plates are connected through two connecting rods, the middles of the two connecting rods are hinged together, and two ends of each connecting rod are respectively hinged with the two adjacent vertical cover plates; the rearmost vertical cover plate is fixedly connected with the inner side face of the box body, and the foremost vertical cover plate is fixedly connected with a second connecting pin;
