The preparation method of the seven-star tea granules is similar to that of example 5.
The difference from example 5 is that no dark tea extract was added.
Comparative example 4A Qixing tea granule
The seven-star tea particles prepared by the method of Chinese patent CN103518902B comprise: 20.64% of coix seeds, 20.64% of rice sprouts, 20.00% of wheat, 15.49% of lophatherum gracile, 10.31% of hawthorn, 7.74% of uncaria, 2.59% of cicada slough and 2.59% of liquorice.
Experimental example 1 sensory evaluation of water-filled Qixing tea granules
Subject: seven-star tea granules prepared in example 5, comparative example 1 and comparative example 4.
The experimental method comprises the following steps: volunteers were recruited under conditions of random gender between adults (average age 20-40 years) and children (average age 6-15 years), wherein 18 adults and 36 children were divided into three groups (6 adults and 12 children per group), and the juxing tea granules prepared in example 5, comparative example 2 and comparative example 5 were tasted after filling with water, as shown in table 1, and the final results are shown in table 2:
table 1: sensory evaluation standard of water-filled Qixing tea granules

Table 2: sensory evaluation final result of water-filled Qixing tea granules
Figure BDA0002921724150000072
Figure BDA0002921724150000081
As can be seen from the data in table 2, the black tea extract and the peony protein peptide added in example 5 can enhance the sensory evaluation of the seven-star tea granules after being filled with water, and particularly, it is found in an investigation that volunteers recognize that the seven-star tea granules prepared in example 5 have strong fragrance after being filled with water, and after the bitterness of traditional Chinese medicines is shielded, the sweetness of glucose is reduced, the smell and the mouthfeel are prominent, and both adults and children are willing to accept the granules, comparative example 2 is a traditional method, and some volunteers cannot accept too sweet mouthfeel, but the whole is acceptable, while comparative example 5 is a formula without auxiliary materials in the prior art, the acceptance of adults is higher, but children cannot generally accept the granules, and the granules as a pediatric medicament need to meet the compliance of the medicament, so as to obtain the approval of the children. Particularly, the black tea extract is added into the Qixing tea granules in the example group, the existing research proves that the Qixing tea granules have the effect of inhibiting common oral bacteria, the black tea extract is added, the compliance of the medicine is improved, meanwhile, the effect of nursing the oral cavity is achieved, and the possible damage of glucose as an auxiliary material to teeth of children is avoided.
Experimental example 2 Effect of controlling digestive function
Subject: seven-star tea granules prepared in examples 3 to 6 and comparative examples 1 to 4.
The experimental method comprises the following steps: the regulation effect of different Qixing tea granules on the digestion function is verified by taking the contraction frequency of rabbit smooth muscle as a standard, and the specific operation is as follows:
the experimental rabbit is taken and fasted but not forbidden to be watered for 24 hours, killed by cervical dislocation, cut out smooth muscle specimen (average is 15mm multiplied by 5mm), placed in Leersi liquid (self-prepared) to be cleaned, fixed in a smooth muscle groove, accessed into a biological signal acquisition and processing system, added with different groups of Qixing tea particles to be watered to obtain solution for experiment (the drug content is 0.1g/L), and measured by interval measurement method for contraction frequency 5min before and 5min after dosing, and calculated for promotion rate [ the calculation formula of promotion rate is (post-dosing contraction frequency-pre-dosing contraction frequency)/pre-dosing contraction frequency multiplied by 100%).
The experimental results are as follows: as shown in table 3:
table 3: regulating effect of different Qixing tea granules on digestion function
Figure BDA0002921724150000082
Figure BDA0002921724150000091
As can be seen from table 3, the examples achieve better effect of promoting the gastrointestinal smooth muscle than the comparative examples, wherein example 5 is the most preferable example of the present invention, and the comparative examples show that the contraction frequency of the gastrointestinal smooth muscle is reduced to some extent by reducing the peony protein peptide or the dark tea extract, but the promotion rate of the combination of the two is obviously improved, and the synergistic effect of the two and other components in the particles of seven-star tea is verified, and the present invention has better effect of promoting digestion than the particles of seven-star tea provided by the prior art as seen from comparative example 4.
The experiments show that the raw materials used by the Qixing tea granules provided by the invention are all natural products, the medicine property is mild, the digestion function can be obviously improved, and the prepared Qixing tea granules have unique faint scent after being filled with water, are delicious to drink and are particularly suitable for children to drink.
