Description

Wormwood foot patch and preparation method thereof
Technical Field
The invention belongs to the field of health care products. In particular to a wormwood foot patch.
Background
The theory of traditional Chinese medicine considers that the foot is the starting point of the three yin meridians of the foot and the end point of the three yang meridians of the foot, and the foot is connected with the whole body through the six meridians, so that the tradition of applying the sole to treat diseases and keep health in the ancient times has related records in a plurality of documents such as Huangdi's internal meridian, elbow backup emergency prescription, Qian jin Yao Fang and Wai Tai Mi Yao.
Due to the limitation of the preparation level, most of the ancient books record that the medicines are made into powder, then mixed into paste with water, yellow wine, vinegar, honey and the like, and applied to acupuncture points such as navel, sole and the like to play a role in treatment and health care. The operation is complex in the using process, the moisture is easy to lose in the using process, the transdermal absorption effect is poor after drying, and clothes and the like are easy to pollute.
With the progress of extraction and packaging technology, some people simply crush traditional Chinese medicines in China and then mix and package the traditional Chinese medicines to prepare commodities. For example:
201810722786.6A health foot patch is prepared from natural bamboo vinegar essence powder, bamboo charcoal powder, tourmaline, natural mineral micropowder, folium Artemisiae Argyi, tangerine pith essential oil, conch protein powder, lavender powder and flos Carthami. The preparation method comprises pulverizing the above materials into 120-140 mesh powder, mixing, and packaging into 6-8 g package.
201810230643.3 discloses a Chinese mugwort new foot patch, which comprises the following components: 450 parts of Chinese mugwort 410-containing material, 5-25 parts of ligusticum chuanxiong hort, 5-25 parts of astragalus membranaceus, 3-15 parts of saffron crocus, 5-25 parts of prepared rehmannia root, 10-30 parts of garden balsam stem, 1.1-5.2 parts of galangal, 1.8-9.3 parts of patchouli, 0.9-5.1 parts of dalbergia wood, 1.2-4.7 parts of rhizoma cyperi, 1.1-5.3 parts of dried orange peel, 1.1-5.1 parts of salvia miltiorrhiza, 1.2-5.3 parts of raw radix aconiti, 0.8-5.5 parts of angelica, 1.2-5.3 parts of Chinese starjasmine stem, 1.1-5.3 parts of tuber fleeceflower stem, 2.1-8.8 parts of lycopodium clavatum, 2.2-9 parts of caulis spatholobi, 2-9 parts of ligusticum wallichii, 1-5 parts of rhizoma ligustici wallichii, 1.1-5.2 parts of dried ginger peel and 0.3-1.5. The Chinese mugwort neopodia paste has the effects of clearing and activating the channels and collaterals, dispelling wind and removing dampness, and strengthening yang and consolidating the constitution.
The current method still comprises the steps of grinding the traditional Chinese medicines and additives into fine powder, and then mixing and packaging. Even if the traditional Chinese medicinal materials are crushed, the active ingredients in the traditional Chinese medicinal materials still exist in the tissues of the traditional Chinese medicinal materials and are difficult to be absorbed by the skin.

The foot patch comprises a plurality of traditional Chinese medicines, far infrared ceramic powder, folium artemisiae argyi essential oil, bamboo vinegar powder and magnetite powder. The Chinese medicinal extract with qi invigorating and sleep improving effects comprises folium Artemisiae Argyi, radix Platycodi, folium Ginseng, rhizoma Ligustici Chuanxiong, and Magnetitum.
Ai cao, recorded in compendium of materia medica: folium Artemisiae Argyi is used as a medicine, and has warm property, bitter taste, no toxicity, pure yang property, and twelve meridian dredging, yang restoring, qi and blood regulating, dampness and cold expelling, hemostatic, miscarriage preventing, and is also commonly used in acupuncture. So it is also called "Yi Cao". The herbal medicine is recorded from the New: folium artemisiae argyi is bitter and pungent, generates warm, is cooked hot, has the property of pure yang, can return to the yang of the most prolapsed body, dredge twelve meridians, walk three yin, regulate qi and blood, expel cold and dampness, warm uterus … … to remove various diseases by moxibustion fire, and can permeate all meridians to remove various diseases.
During the extraction and subsequent drying of mugwort, the volatile oil, namely mugwort essential oil, is lost along with the evaporation of water vapor. The volatile oil has small molecular weight, and can be easily absorbed by skin, and can also promote absorption of other components. Meanwhile, the folium artemisiae argyi essential oil is also a part of the effective components of the folium artemisiae argyi.
Ginseng leaf, recorded in Shen nong Ben Cao Jing (Shen nong's herbal): tonify five internal organs, calm spirit, stop palpitation, remove pathogenic qi, improve eyesight, benefit heart and promote intelligence. Treatise on herb Property: it is mainly used for treating deficiency of five internal organs, fatigue, impairment of deficiency, emaciation, vomiting without appetite, stopping cholera, vexation, emesis, nourishing five internal organs, and protecting the middle-jiao and mind. It can be used for treating thoracic phlegm, lung atrophy, vomiting of pus, cold adverse rising of qi, typhoid fever without food, and dreaminess with deficiency syndrome, 32429. Compendium of materia Medica: it can be used for treating deficiency syndrome of male and female, fever, spontaneous perspiration, vertigo, headache, regurgitation, emesis, malaria, chronic dysentery, frequent micturition, stranguria, overstrain, internal injury, apoplexy, heatstroke, flaccidity, hematemesis, hemoptysis, hemorrhage, stranguria with blood, metrorrhagia, and prenatal and postnatal diseases.
Chuan Xiong, recorded in Shen nong Ben Cao Jing (Shen nong's herbal): pungent and warm in flavor. It can be used for treating apoplexy, cerebral headache, arthralgia due to cold-evil, spasm of muscles, spasm of tendons, wound, and blood stasis of women. Compendium of materia Medica: chuan Xiong and blood-qi herbs are also indicated. Liver is bitter and urgent, so it is indicated for blood deficiency because it is pungent and tonify. Pungent and dispersing herbs are good at qi stagnation. For abdominal diseases of river fish, Chuan Xiong is used to prevent dampness in Yan Mai Qu from Lei Chuan (left handed down). For damp diarrhea, it should respond to the sound if two flavors are added. For persistent pain due to blood dysentery, it is due to yin deficiency and qi stagnation, and Xiong is added as an adjuvant drug to regulate qi and blood, so that the disease is immediately stopped. All these herbs are good at the aspect of medicine, the man who is round machine starts with the word. The five flavors enter the stomach and enter the main viscera. When people take the medicine, they have the highest effect on strengthening qi and the most important, so they are suffered from premature death. If the five flavors of the medical instrument are used for four qi, the assistant and guide should be used properly, what is meant is that there is a problem about how much harm is left? For example, Chuan Xiong is indicated for liver meridian. If the patient takes the pill for a long time, Xinxi should enter lung, lung qi will prevail, Jinlai equiseti will accept pathogenic factors from liver, and it will be exhausted for a long time? So it is also expensive. Dry dampness, check diarrhea and dysentery, move qi and relieve depression.
Platycodon grandiflorum, Chinese pharmacopoeia records: disperse lung qi, relieve sore throat, dispel phlegm, and expel pus. Can be used for treating cough with excessive phlegm, chest distress, pharyngalgia, hoarseness, lung carbuncle, suppuration, and pyocutaneous disease with pus formation. Shen nong Ben Cao Jing: pain in the chest and hypochondrium, such as knife prick, abdominal fullness, borygmus, palpitation, fear and qi. Compendium of materia Medica: sores in the mouth and tongue and red eyes with swelling pain.
Magnetitum is salty and cold in nature, descending and sinking, calming the liver and subduing yang, improving hearing and eyesight, relieving convulsion and tranquilizing the mind, and absorbing qi and relieving asthma. The traditional Chinese medicine extract can help sleep, can tonify kidney essence, has the effects of improving hearing and eyesight, and directly improves the mental state when getting up the bed the next day.
According to the invention, the original medicine powder of the magnet is used, and the magnet is added in the preparation process of the extract, because the composition of the magnet and the extract is found to have a synergistic effect in the product research and development process. Only extract powder is used, the sleep process can be obviously improved, and the sleep depth can be increased and the sleep quality can be improved after the raw medicine powder is used. The work or study of people needs to be promoted by qi, and people can feel tired only when the qi is consumed a lot in one day. Recovery of strength is accomplished during sleep, so only a person feels energetic once they wake up. Therefore, good sleep is helpful for improving qi-deficiency constitution.
The far infrared ceramic powder enters an excited state after being radiated by the far infrared rays of a human body, emits the far infrared rays with similar wave bands and feeds back the far infrared rays to the human body, so that the beneficial stimulation is provided for the use part of the human body, the blood flowing speed is accelerated, the local nutrition supply and the timely cleaning of metabolic waste are improved, the local environment is improved, and the rest effect is improved. Meanwhile, the acceleration of blood circulation can further improve the distribution speed of the active ingredients absorbed by permeation in vivo, and enhance and strengthen the conditioning effect of the foot patch.
The production process of bamboo vinegar powder is derived from traditional Chinese medicine succus Bambusae, which is liquid flowing out of bamboo when heated at high temperature, and contains various phenols. The bamboo juice is sweet, bitter and cold in nature and enters the meridian; liver; the lung meridian. The functional indications are as follows: clearing heat and reducing fire; smooth phlegm and benefit orifices. Mainly stroke with phlegm; accumulation of lung heat and phlegm; convulsion; epilepsy; excessive phlegm in febrile disease; high fever with polydipsia; restlessness; tetanus, and the like. Since it contains acetic acid, it has a strong sour taste similar to vinegar, so it is called bamboo vinegar. The significance of the bamboo vinegar powder used in the invention is that the bamboo vinegar contains small molecular acid such as acetic acid, etc., which can soften cuticle and promote the penetration and absorption of other active ingredients. Meanwhile, the acetic acid and the phenolic substances in the bamboo vinegar can inhibit the growth of fungi, local moist and rich nutrition environment is caused during the foot patch application period, the microorganism breeding is easily caused, and the trend can be effectively prevented by adding the bamboo vinegar powder. Meanwhile, the bamboo vinegar has the effects of reducing pathogenic fire and relieving restlessness, and can keep people quiet after being applied, thereby being more beneficial to falling asleep and increasing the sleep depth.
Aiming at the situations that modern people have little exercise amount and large living and working pressure, and the channels and collaterals are blocked, such as body ache and discomfort, the invention takes the wormwood which has the effects of warming channels and stopping bleeding, dispelling cold and relieving pain, and eliminating dampness and relieving itching as a monarch drug to dredge the channels and collaterals, dispel cold and eliminate dampness and relieve pain; the channels and collaterals are obstructed and are often accompanied by stasis, so the ligusticum wallichii for activating blood and dissolving stasis, promoting qi circulation and removing obstruction in the collateral, dispelling wind and relieving pain is taken as a ministerial drug; the ginseng leaves with the functions of tonifying qi, benefiting the lung, removing summer heat and promoting the production of body fluid are taken as adjuvant drugs, and the symptoms of qi deficiency such as fatigue, lassitude, laziness in speaking and lack of movement and the like caused by too little exercise amount of modern people are mainly considered; in modern people who have heart floating and qi restlessness, ancient people have insomnia related to the imbalance between heart and kidney and sleep related to yang entering yin lying, bamboo vinegar powder for clearing heat and relieving restlessness and magnetite for relieving uneasiness are added to remove heart channel heat, so that heart and kidney are crossed and sleep quality is improved. Because the yellow millet powder is used on the soles, the balloonflower praised as 'yellow millet preparation' is used as a guiding drug, plays a role of 'carrying various drugs and floating up', and leads the whole body of the qi transmission and distribution of the guiding drug to achieve the comprehensive conditioning effect. In addition, the added far infrared ceramic powder can also generate benign stimulation to the acupuncture points of Yongquan and the like during application, so that the qi and blood circulation of the channels and collaterals is promoted, the sleep quality is improved, and the self-repairing effect is improved.
The beneficial effects of the invention are as follows:
(1) the foot patch disclosed by the invention has the effects of relaxing and activating the channels and collaterals, tonifying qi and promoting blood circulation aiming at people with the constitution of qi deficiency and qi depression, and improves the health state of a user in constitution.
(2) Even if the medicine is pulverized into fine powder, it takes a long time for the active ingredients of the Chinese medicine to dissolve out of the fiber. The invention adopts water-soluble extraction, so that the active ingredients are completely separated from the constraint of plant fibers, and the invention is more favorable for osmotic absorption.
(3) The traditional Chinese medicine extract contains a certain amount of hydrophilic substances such as saccharides and proteins, and can absorb moisture exhaled by skin to be liquefied and dissolved and seep out of the packaging bag when being applied, and the moisture is directly acted on the surface of the skin, so that the permeation and absorption are further promoted.
(4) During the process of decocting, concentrating and drying the traditional Chinese medicine, the volatile oil contained in the traditional Chinese medicine is lost, and plant essential oil and other beneficial ingredients are added, so that the requirement of formula design is met.
(5) The traditional Chinese medicine extract powder is prepared by mixing a plurality of traditional Chinese medicine raw materials and then carrying out water extraction, and researchers of the invention find that the effect of the compound extraction together is obviously better than that of the single extraction. Generally, magnetite is considered to have poor water solubility, and generally has a very low simple water extraction rate, and in order to increase the extraction rate, magnetite is generally processed by a method such as vinegar quenching. However, researchers find that the effect of the raw magnetite is better, probably because the iron ions of the magnetite after vinegar quenching are dissolved out too much, and the dissolution of active ingredients in other medicinal materials is influenced.

Performance evaluation test
The performance evaluation test of the wormwood foot patch is mainly carried out aiming at the constitution caused by qi deficiency. According to the traditional Chinese medicine constitution classification and judgment published by the Chinese medical society of medicine, volunteers with simple qi-deficiency constitution are screened for performance evaluation, partial contents of the qi-deficiency constitution in the standard are used as the performance evaluation basis of experimental examples, 88 volunteers are summoned, wherein 40 males and 48 females randomly divide the qi-deficiency constitution into eight groups, all the groups are respectively pasted for 13 weeks by using various feet, and then the traditional Chinese medicine constitution judgment is carried out, so that the results are shown in a table 9.
TABLE 9
Figure BDA0002921929990000081
According to ZZYXH/T157-2009 classification and judgment of traditional Chinese medicine constitutions, the higher the transformation score is, the more serious the qi-deficiency constitution condition is, the score is higher than 40, and the constitution can be judged as qi-deficiency constitution, and the score is higher than 30, which indicates that the qi-deficiency tendency exists. As shown in table 9, example 1 is the most effective in improving qi-deficiency constitution. The results of the examples 3 and 4 are slightly worse than those of the examples 1 and 2, which indicates that the total effect of the second traditional Chinese medicine extract powder is not better than that of the first traditional Chinese medicine extract powder, and also indicates that the ginseng leaf has a relatively obvious effect in improving qi-deficiency constitution. From the situation of the comparative example, the comparative example 1 verifies the effect of adding the traditional Chinese medicine extract powder on improving qi-deficiency constitution. The foot pastes on the market mostly belong to the concept health care product of the comparative example 1. From the practical results, a small number of subjects show better improvement effect, presumably because the heat preservation effect of the feet is improved after the foot paste is applied on the soles, and the good stimulation to the acupuncture points of the soles is also realized, so that a certain conditioning effect is shown, and the reason that the ancient people can reasonably use the frequent massage of the arch of the feet as a health preserving method is also shown from one side. The results of comparative example 2 illustrate that the process of preparing the extract by extraction is necessary. The method for directly making the Chinese medicinal raw powder into the foot patch is also a common process route at present, and has the greatest advantages of simple process, short production period and low cost, so that the product can be more easily accepted by customers. Actually tested effect is improved to a certain extent compared with that of the comparative example 1, but most people still have qi deficiency constitution after three months of conditioning, and the effect is not satisfactory. From the comparison with example 1, the necessity of a complicated process route using extraction, concentration and drying was also directly confirmed.
