Radix morindae officinalis and radix gastrodiae patch and preparation method thereof
Technical Field
The invention belongs to the field of health care products. In particular to a radix morindae officinalis patch.
Background
Traditional Chinese medicine pays attention to yang qi of human body, and there is a discussion that "yang qi is a person who loses its place in the day and day, and breaks the life but is not distinguished" in the "plain questions, qi generation and general day treatise on the theory. In modern life, the use of air conditioners, the popularization of cold drinks, the night life of light red wine green, blind weight reduction and the like bring physiological or psychological enjoyment to people, and simultaneously, people's yang qi is silently and uninterestingly dissipated, and more than 10 percent of modern people belong to yang deficiency constitution according to statistics.
The theory of traditional Chinese medicine considers that kidney is the congenital foundation of human, so kidney yang, also called yang of original, true fire and true yang, is the root of human yang qi and plays a role in promoting and warming the functions of various internal organs and tissues of human body.
The foot is the starting point of the three yin meridians of foot, the Yongquan acupoint of foot sole is the starting point of the kidney meridian, and the medicine containing morinda officinalis and the like which has the effects of warming the kidney and supporting yang is pasted on the Yongquan acupoint of foot sole, can directly act on the kidney meridian, and is beneficial to the recovery and supplement of yang qi of the whole body.
However, due to the limitations of the level of the preparation, the traditional external treatment method of traditional Chinese medicine usually comprises smashing the medicine into powder, blending into paste with yellow wine or vinegar, etc., applying the paste on the navel, sole of foot, etc., and fixing with gauze, thus playing the role of treatment and health care. However, the usage method has the problems that the operation is complex, a plurality of appliances are used in the operation process, the operation is inconvenient, the transdermal absorption effect is gradually poor due to the rapid loss of moisture in the application process, the use effect is influenced, the clothes are easily polluted due to careless operation, and the like.
With the progress of extraction and packaging technology, some people simply crush traditional Chinese medicines in China and then mix and package the traditional Chinese medicines to prepare commodities. For example:
201810722786.6A health foot patch is prepared from natural bamboo vinegar essence powder, bamboo charcoal powder, tourmaline, natural mineral micropowder, folium Artemisiae Argyi, tangerine pith essential oil, conch protein powder, lavender powder and flos Carthami. The preparation method comprises pulverizing the above materials into 120-140 mesh powder, mixing, and packaging into 6-8 g package.
201810230643.3 discloses a Chinese mugwort new foot patch, which comprises the following components: 450 parts of Chinese mugwort 410-containing material, 5-25 parts of ligusticum chuanxiong hort, 5-25 parts of astragalus membranaceus, 3-15 parts of saffron crocus, 5-25 parts of prepared rehmannia root, 10-30 parts of garden balsam stem, 1.1-5.2 parts of galangal, 1.8-9.3 parts of patchouli, 0.9-5.1 parts of dalbergia wood, 1.2-4.7 parts of rhizoma cyperi, 1.1-5.3 parts of dried orange peel, 1.1-5.1 parts of salvia miltiorrhiza, 1.2-5.3 parts of raw radix aconiti, 0.8-5.5 parts of angelica, 1.2-5.3 parts of Chinese starjasmine stem, 1.1-5.3 parts of tuber fleeceflower stem, 2.1-8.8 parts of lycopodium clavatum, 2.2-9 parts of caulis spatholobi, 2-9 parts of ligusticum wallichii, 1-5 parts of rhizoma ligustici wallichii, 1.1-5.2 parts of dried ginger peel and 0.3-1.5. The Chinese mugwort neopodia paste has the effects of clearing and activating the channels and collaterals, dispelling wind and removing dampness, and strengthening yang and consolidating the constitution.
Although the technologies leave out the step of crushing the traditional Chinese medicinal materials for consumers, the packaging ensures that no dust flies in the application process, and the problem that the clothes are polluted by the leaked traditional Chinese medicinal materials in the application process is avoided, the effective components in the traditional Chinese medicinal materials are still solidified in the tissues of the traditional Chinese medicinal materials and are difficult to be absorbed by the skin even if the traditional Chinese medicinal materials are crushed.

The dried ginger and the morinda officinalis are pungent, warm, dry and violent products, and are used for preventing body fluids of a human body from being injured, so that the dried ginger and the morinda officinalis are supplemented with prepared rehmannia root for replenishing blood and nourishing yin, and replenishing essence and marrow, schisandra chinensis for astringing and arresting discharge, tonifying qi and promoting the production of body fluid, oysters for seriously easing mental anxiety, calming the liver and suppressing yang, softening hardness and dissipating stagnation, and astringing and arresting discharge, and magnets for relieving convulsion and arresting discharge, calming the liver and suppressing yang, and improving hearing and eyesight, so as to achieve the purposes of supporting and controlling yang qi, and dispelling cold; because modern people mostly eat pungent, sweet and thick flavors with heavy phlegm-dampness, the bamboo vinegar powder (bamboo juice) can clear phlegm-dampness in vivo by clearing heat and reducing fire, and smoothing phlegm and benefiting orifices is used together. Cinnamon has the functions of supporting yang qi and guiding fire to origin, and is used as a guiding drug.
The beneficial effects of the invention are as follows:
(1) even if the medicine is pulverized into fine powder, it takes a long time for the active ingredients of the Chinese medicine to dissolve out of the fiber. The invention adopts water-soluble extraction, so that the active ingredients are completely separated from the constraint of plant fibers, and the invention is more favorable for osmotic absorption.
(2) The traditional Chinese medicine extract contains a certain amount of hydrophilic substances such as saccharides and proteins, and can absorb moisture exhaled by skin to be liquefied and dissolved and seep out of the packaging bag when being applied, and the moisture is directly acted on the surface of the skin, so that the permeation and absorption are further promoted.

Experimental example 1 Performance evaluation experiment
Because the expression of yang-deficiency constitution varies from person to person, but each person has relatively stable expression after a period of time, for the convenience of performance evaluation, according to ZZYXH/T157-2009 traditional Chinese medicine constitution classification and judgment published by the Chinese medical society, volunteers with simple yang-deficiency constitution are screened for performance evaluation, and partial contents of the yang-deficiency constitution in the standard are used as the performance evaluation basis of experimental examples and are gathered to 86 volunteers, wherein 44 males and 42 females are randomly divided into four groups, and are respectively pasted for 13 weeks by using the feet of example 1, comparative example 2 and blank comparative example, and then the traditional Chinese medicine constitution judgment is carried out, so that the result is shown in Table 11.
TABLE 11
Figure BDA0002671711130000091
According to ZZYXH/T157-2009 classification and judgment of traditional Chinese medicine constitution, the higher the transformation score is, the more serious the yang-deficiency constitution condition is, the higher the transformation score is, and the yang-deficiency constitution can be judged to be. From the viewpoint of improving the constitution of yang deficiency, example 4 is the most effective. According to the situation of the comparative example, no oyster and magnet are added in the process of decocting the traditional Chinese medicine in the comparative example 1, the two medicines mainly have the effect of improving sleep, and the experimental result shows that the effect of improving the yang-deficiency constitution is poor. The difference between the comparative example 2 and the example 1 is that the composition does not contain magnetite powder, and the experimental result shows that the improvement effect on the yang deficiency constitution is poor, so that the effect of adding the magnetite in the form of the original medicinal powder and the extract is better than that of only adopting the form of the extract, and the composition of the magnetite powder and the extract has the synergistic effect. The comparative example 3 does not contain the traditional Chinese medicine extract powder, and the experimental result shows that the effect of improving the yang deficiency constitution is not good, so that the traditional Chinese medicine extract powder plays a main role in a foot patch. Most unexpectedly, the blank comparative example also shows a part of subjects having very good improvement effect, probably because the heat preservation effect of the feet is improved after the foot paste is applied on the soles, and the foot paste is also a good stimulation to the acupuncture points of the soles, so that a certain conditioning effect is shown, which also indicates that the ancient people can reasonably carry out frequent massage on the soles as a health preserving method from one side.
