Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of traditional Chinese medicine preparations, in particular to a traditional Chinese medicine granule for treating apoplexy and a preparation method thereof.
Background
The stroke recovery period is a key period for the prognosis and the recovery of life ability of a patient and is also an important period for clinical treatment. However, modern western medicine lacks effective treatment means for treating stroke in the convalescent period, and is limited by problems such as infusion time window and the like, so that the clinical curative effect is poor. The traditional Chinese medicine emphasizes the combination of syndrome differentiation treatment, integral conditioning, staged treatment and syndrome differentiation treatment, and has unique treatment advantages.
In modern Chinese patent medicine preparations, many medicines for treating apoplexy are available, and the medicines are different in legislation and mainly comprise three types of blood-activating and stasis-resolving agents, qi-tonifying and blood-activating agents and blood-activating and phlegm-resolving wind-calming agents. The most commercially available blood-activating and stasis-resolving agents are Xinnaoshutong capsules, ginkgo leaf capsules, erigeron breviscapus granules, Tongmai granules, Xuesaitong, embolism-eliminating and collateral-dredging capsules, musk anti-embolism capsules, pseudo-ginseng Tongshu capsules and the like. The qi-tonifying and blood-activating agents are mostly thrombus heart-vessel-calming capsules, brain-benefiting tablets, heart-meridian-dredging capsules, thrombus-eliminating and dredging granules, brain-soothing granules, apoplexy-soothing oral liquid, brain-meridian-dredging capsules, brain-heart-dredging capsules and the like sold in the market. Blood circulation promoting, phlegm eliminating and wind calming agents are mostly brain meridian rehabilitation glue speak in a low voice, Naodesheng capsule, anti-thrombus re-made pill, brain benefiting and health restoring capsule, brain blood rehabilitation capsule, blood circulation promoting and muscle strengthening pill, Huatuo re-made pill, herba siegesbeckiae thrombus clearing pill, Tiandan collaterals dredging tablet and the like sold in the market.
The traditional Chinese medicine considers that the stroke is caused by disharmony of yin and yang of viscera, disorder of qi and blood and direct impact on the brain due to overstrain, internal injury, worry, anger, addiction to thick taste, smoking and wine and other inducements on the basis of deficiency of qi and blood, so that the stroke is caused by obstruction of the cerebral vessels or blood overflow of the cerebral vessels, and the pathogenesis of the stroke is not limited to six terminals of deficiency (yin deficiency, yang deficiency), fire (liver fire, heart fire), wind (liver wind, external wind), phlegm (wind phlegm and heat phlegm), qi (qi reversal, qi deficiency) and blood (blood stasis and blood heat). The disease condition is slow after the recovery period of the stroke, the deficient symptoms are obvious, the remaining pathogenic factors are incomplete, the marked-excess syndrome still exists, and qi deficiency and blood stasis collateral obstruction are the main pathogenesis of the recovery period of the stroke. Qi is the commander of blood, while vigorous qi makes blood flow, while unfavorable qi movement makes blood flow weak, and the blood cannot be normally pushed to flow, so that stagnation and stasis are caused, just as Wangqing ren Shen Yun: "original qi is deficient and must not reach blood vessel, blood is not gaseous, and blood must stay and get stasis". The generation of qi deficiency and blood stasis is mainly caused by qi deficiency, and the blood stasis can aggravate qi deficiency. The yang-tonifying and five-returning decoction is prepared from seven medicines of astragalus, angelica tail, red paeony root, earthworm, ligusticum wallichii, safflower and peach kernel, has the effects of tonifying qi, activating blood and dredging collaterals, is a classic and famous prescription for treating the syndrome of qi deficiency and blood stasis of stroke, is well-valued by doctors of all generations and is clinically used up to now.
In view of the above, the invention provides a novel traditional Chinese medicine granule for treating stroke and a preparation method thereof, wherein the traditional Chinese medicine granule is prepared by taking yang-tonifying five-returning decoction as a basic formula.

The discharge pipe 12 is a coiled pipe, one end of the discharge pipe is connected with the central pipe 8 through a pipeline, the other end of the discharge pipe is a closed end, and the end face of the discharge pipe is also provided with a liquid outlet 14.
In the technical scheme, because the traditional Chinese medicine particles are required to be extracted secondarily in the preparation process, if the traditional decocting equipment is adopted for decocting, a plurality of steps are required to be operated repeatedly, and inconvenience and troublesome and complicated operation are brought in the process of combining primary filtrate and secondary filtrate, so that the operation steps of the extraction process are reduced, and the work efficiency is accelerated. The decocting device mainly comprises two independent pot bodies, namely a decocting pot 1 and a filtrate mixing pot 2, wherein the decocting pot 1 is used for decocting, the filtrate mixing pot 2 is used for mixing primary filtrate and secondary filtrate, and the use is simple and convenient.
Because the central tube 8 is connected with the discharge tube 12 through a pipeline, and the discharge tube 12 is arranged in the filtrate mixing pot 2 in a snake shape, after primary decoction is completed, primary filtrate enters the filtrate mixing pot 2 through the central tube 8 and the discharge tube 12 for storage, and after secondary decoction is completed, secondary filtrate enters the discharge tube 12 through the central tube 8 and finally enters the filtrate mixing pot 2 through the liquid outlet hole 14 on the discharge tube 12, so that the primary filtrate in the filtrate mixing pot 2 is uniformly mixed. The discharge pipe 12 is snakelike to be arranged, can make secondary filtrate can mix fast and even mixture with primary filtrate in filtrating hybrid kettle 2, need not set up agitating unit in addition and stir primary filtrate and secondary filtrate.
Referring to fig. 1 to 4, in order to make the primary filtrate and the secondary filtrate entering the filtrate mixing pot 2 as free as possible of suspended particles, it is preferable that a filter member 7 for intercepting solid impurities is provided in the central tube 8, and the filter member 7 is detachably attached to the central tube 8. Specifically, the filter 7 includes a screen 71, a spring 72, and a support block 73. The two elastic pieces 72 are respectively fixed on two opposite sides of the screen 71, the lower end of each elastic piece 72 is fixed with the screen 71, and the upper end of each elastic piece 72 inclines towards the outer side of the screen 71 and is fixed with the supporting block 73. The screen 71 is inserted into the bottom of the center tube 8, so that the elastic sheet 72 contacts with the inner wall of the center tube 8, when the screen 71 is inserted into the center tube 8, the supporting block 73 is supported on the top surface of the center tube 8, the elastic sheet 72 abuts against the inner wall of the center tube 8, and the screen 71 is located below the lowest through hole 13. The screen 71 is circular in plan view, has the same diameter as the inner diameter of the central tube 8, and the screen 71 is hollow and semi-elliptical and has an outer arc surface facing downward.
In above-mentioned technical scheme, through-hole 13's setting, aim at makes the inside and outside intercommunication of center tube 8 to make things convenient for raw materials component to fully decoct, consequently through-hole 13 aperture should not set up the undersize, otherwise through-hole 13 blocks up easily, thereby influences the decocte, and through-hole 13 blocks up the clearance and is more troublesome. Therefore, the detachable filter element 7 is inserted in the central tube 8, when primary filtrate and secondary filtrate are discharged, large-particle impurities are intercepted through the through hole 13, and then small-particle impurities are intercepted through the screen 71, so that the primary filtrate and the secondary filtrate entering the filtrate mixing pot 2 do not contain suspended particles as much as possible, and the filtering effect is good. The arrangement of the elastic sheet 72 enables the elastic sheet 72 to abut against the inner wall of the central tube 8 when the screen 71 is inserted into the central tube 8, so that the screen 71 is prevented from moving in the central tube 8 under the action of buoyancy, and the installation stability of the screen 71 is improved.
Referring to fig. 1-4, a stirring mechanism is mounted on the fryer 1 and is used to stir the material between the central tube 8 and the fryer 1. Preferably, the stirring mechanism includes a motor 51, a rotating shaft 52, a rotating disk 53, a stirring paddle, and a fixing ring 55. The top of the frying and boiling pot 1 is open, and a flange 6 arranged along the circumferential direction of the frying and boiling pot 1 is fixed on the outer surface of the top of the frying and boiling pot 1. The top of the flange 6 is provided with a chute which is circular and is arranged around the frying and boiling pot 1. The turning disc 53 is located above the top of the fryer 1 and in the middle of the fixing ring 55, which fixing ring 55 is supported above the flange 6. A circle of slide bars 56 matched with the sliding grooves are fixed at the bottom of the fixing ring 55, and the slide bars 56 are inserted into the sliding grooves and are in sliding fit with the sliding grooves. The lower end of the rotating shaft is fixed with the center of the rotating disc 53, the upper end of the rotating shaft is fixed with an output shaft of the motor 51, and the motor 51 is positioned above the rotating disc 53 and is connected to the shell of the frying and boiling pan 1 through bolts. The central axis of the central tube 8 and the central axis of the rotating disc 53 are positioned on the same vertical line. The stirring paddles comprise a first stirring paddle 541 and a second stirring paddle 542, the upper ends of the first stirring paddle 541 and the second stirring paddle 542 are fixed at the bottom of the rotating disc 53, and the lower ends of the first stirring paddle 541 and the second stirring paddle 542 are inserted between the decocting pot 1 and the central tube 8. The first stirring paddle 541 and the second stirring paddle 542 are both inclined blade type blades, and the first stirring paddle 541 and the second stirring paddle 542 are respectively located at two opposite sides of the center of the rotating disc 53. The distance between the first paddles 541 and the center of the rotating disk 53 is greater than the distance between the second paddles 542 and the center of the rotating disk 53, so that the first paddles 541 and the second paddles 542 can stir the material at different positions. The rotating disc 53 is provided with a traditional Chinese medicine inlet 57 and a water inlet 58, and the traditional Chinese medicine inlet 57 and the water inlet 58 are respectively positioned at two opposite sides of the rotating shaft.
In the above technical scheme, in the decocting process, the motor 51 can be started to enable the rotating disc 53 and the fixing ring 55 to rotate above the decocting pan 1, and since the first stirring paddle 541 and the second stirring paddle 542 are both fixed on the rotating disc 53 and both located between the central tube 8 and the inner wall of the decocting pan 1, when the rotating disc 53 rotates, the first stirring paddle 541 and the second stirring paddle 542 will rotate around the center of the rotating disc 53 between the central tube 8 and the inner wall of the decocting pan 1, so that the materials in the decocting pan 1 can be stirred, and the decocting efficiency is accelerated.
