Detailed Description
The following are specific examples of the present invention and further describe the effects of the present invention, but the present invention is not limited to these examples.
Firstly, giant salamander mucus and grease need to be extracted from giant salamander:
step (1): taking a live giant salamander, a container capable of containing the whole live giant salamander, a flapping device capable of realizing an impact function, a scraper blade which has the function of scraping the skin of the giant salamander but does not have sharpness enough to scrape the skin of the giant salamander, a liquid collecting container which is provided with a cavity and is filled with a diluted liquid in the cavity, and a solid collecting cavity which is provided with the cavity;
the method comprises the following steps: the scraper is the best wooden scraper, so that the skin of the giant salamander is not easily damaged, the container is usually a culture pot with a waist-shaped cavity, and the liquid collecting container is provided with a cover to isolate the inside of the liquid collecting container from the outside and avoid oxidation;
step (2): placing the live giant salamander in a container, impacting the container or the skin of the live giant salamander by using a flapping device to enable the live giant salamander to generate a stress response, so that giant salamander mucus and giant salamander grease are secreted on the skin surface of the live giant salamander;
every time the skin of the giant salamander is disturbed, mucus is secreted out of the skin of the giant salamander to enable the body to become very smooth, which is a self-protection mode of the giant salamander, the main component of the mucus is collagen, and the research shows that the content of the giant salamander collagen can reach more than 40-60%, the content is very high, and the molecular structure of the giant salamander collagen is small and is easy to be absorbed by the human body, namely the giant salamander mucus required to be collected in the invention;
