After the bin 306 is driven to move to the electric sliding plate 4015, the ninth electric push rod 407 is started to drive the second connecting plate 406 to move, the second connecting plate 406 moves to drive the second sleeve rod 403 and the connected fifth bevel gear 404 and sixth bevel gear 405 to slide on the seventh transmission rod 402, the fifth bevel gear 404 slides to be meshed with the seventh bevel gear 408, simultaneously the second worm 204 drives the second worm gear 401 to drive the seventh transmission rod 402, the seventh transmission rod 402 drives the second sleeve rod 403 to drive the fifth bevel gear 404 and the sixth bevel gear 405, the fifth bevel gear 404 drives the seventh bevel gear 408 to drive the eighth transmission rod 409, the eighth transmission rod 409 drives the third transmission wheel 4010 to drive the fourth transmission wheel 4011, the fourth transmission wheel 4011 drives the second screw 4012 to rotate, the second screw 4012 rotates to drive the sliding bottom plate 4013 and the electric sliding plate 4015 connected with the sliding plate 4013 to slide upwards on the second polish rod 4014 to slide above the first collecting mechanism 4016 and the second collecting mechanism 4017, then the electric sliding plate 4015 starts to drive the material box 306 to slide on the sliding bottom plate 4013, and stops after sliding to be positioned right above the first collecting mechanism 4016 and the second collecting mechanism 4017, then the material box 306 is clamped and fixed by workers, then the electric sliding plate 4015 starts to move away from the lower part of the material box 306 again for resetting, then the workers release the material box 306, the material box 306 falls onto the first collecting mechanism 4016 and the second collecting mechanism 4017 for collection, meanwhile, the ninth electric push rod 407 starts again to enable the sixth bevel gear 405 to be meshed with the seventh bevel gear 408, the seventh bevel gear 408 is driven to rotate by the sixth bevel gear 405, the rotating direction is opposite to the previous rotating direction, and therefore the sliding bottom plate 4013 moves downwards for resetting.
The first collecting mechanism 4016 comprises a first adapting plate 401601, a first rotating rod 401602, a first U-shaped rail 401603, a third connecting plate 401604, a second adapting plate 401605, a second rotating rod 401606, a second U-shaped rail 401607, a fourth connecting plate 401608, a third adapting plate 401609 and a third rotating rod 4016010; the first bearing plate 401601 is rotatably connected with the first rotating rod 401602; the first rotation lever 401602 is connected to the chassis 1; the first bearing plate 401601 is fixedly connected with the first U-shaped rail 401603; the first U-shaped rail 401603 is connected with the third connecting plate 401604 in a sliding way through a connecting rod; the third connecting plate 401604 is connected with the second bearing plate 401605 through a rotating shaft; the second bearing plate 401605 is rotatably connected with the second rotating rod 401606; the second turning lever 401606 is connected to the chassis 1; the second rotating rod 401606 is fixedly connected with the second U-shaped rail 401607; the second U-shaped rail 401607 is connected with the fourth connecting plate 401608 through a rotating shaft; the fourth connecting plate 401608 is connected with the third bearing plate 401609 through a rotating shaft; the third bearing plate 401609 is rotatably connected with the third rotating rod 4016010; the first rotation lever 401602 is connected to the chassis 1; the third rotation lever 4016010 is connected to the chassis 1.
The first collecting mechanism 4016 and the second collecting mechanism 4017 have the same structure, when the first bin 306 falls down, one end of the bottom of the first bin is received by the first receiving plate 401601, the first receiving plate 401601 rotates to a horizontal state around the first rotating rod 401602 from an original inclined state, so that the first U-shaped rail 401603 changes from an original inclined state to a vertical state, and further drives the third connecting plate 401604 to change from an original vertical state to an inclined state, and further drives the second receiving plate 401605 to rotate for a small angle around the second rotating rod 401606, so that the second receiving plate 401605 protrudes outwards than the original small angle, and when the next bin 306 falls down, the next bin 306 can be received by the first receiving plate, and similarly, the second U-shaped rail 401607 and the fourth connecting plate 401608 drive the third receiving plate 401609 to rotate for a small angle around the third rotating rod 4016010 so as to receive the next bin 306, thereby realizing the orderly collection of the bins 306.
The outer ring surfaces of the joint of the third transmission rod 2013 and the first sleeve 2010, the joint of the seventh transmission rod 402 and the second sleeve 403, and the joint of the sixth transmission rod 201501 and the third sleeve 2026 are provided with straight tangent planes.
The rod and the sleeve can slide and rotate mutually.
The electric tray 301 is provided with a row of conical grooves.
The strawberries can be conveniently placed.
