Description

Alkaline electrolyzed water synergistic solution and preparation method and application thereof
Technical Field
The invention belongs to the technical field of daily chemical industry, and relates to an alkaline electrolyzed water synergistic solution as well as a preparation method and application thereof.
Background
The alkaline electrolyzed water is novel functional water, has the characteristics of good bactericidal performance, strong permeability, no residue, no stimulation, no cleaning, safety and no toxicity, is widely applied to the aspects of medicine, agriculture, daily chemicals, food, families and the like, and is particularly suitable for application scenes of wiping and washing.
The sterilization performance of the alkaline electrolyzed water completely depends on the pH value, and the optimal sterilization effect can be achieved by generally maintaining the pH value to be more than 12. However, in practice, alkaline electrolyzed water is susceptible to open conditions (e.g., carbon dioxide in air) and quickly becomes completely ineffective. Research on Wangxiping and the like shows that the pH value of alkaline electrolyzed water changes rapidly due to the surrounding environment and the nature of the alkaline electrolyzed water, and the alkaline electrolyzed water basically fails after being placed for 3 days (Wangxiping, Zhanying, Populan, and the like. preparation research on alkaline electrolyzed water [ J ]. Shandong chemical industry, 2015, 44 (1): 38-39.). Although the alkaline electrolyzed water stored under the sealed condition can be stored for more than one month, the sealed storage condition is difficult to ensure after people start to use in daily household scenes. In other cases with acidic buffers, alkaline electrolyzed water is also almost completely ineffective due to its poor buffering capacity.
In summary, how to provide alkaline electrolyzed water capable of effectively enduring environmental influences and maintain long-acting antibacterial effect has become one of the problems to be solved in the field of alkaline electrolyzed water.

Decrease (%) - (kill rate (left for 3 months) -kill rate (newly prepared))/kill rate (newly prepared) × 100% (1)
TABLE 3
Figure BDA0002938421600000121
Figure BDA0002938421600000131
As can be seen from Table 3, the alkaline electrolyzed water synergistic solution prepared in examples 1-9 has a reduced killing rate of Escherichia coli of less than 8.4% after being placed for 3 months, which indicates that the stability is high and the solution can be stored for a long time; the reduction rate of the killing rate of the alkaline electrolyzed water to the escherichia coli in the comparative examples 1 to 4 is higher than 27 percent; the invention shows that the alkaline electrolyzed water is matched with the synergist (chitosan and/or chitosan derivative) for synergy, and the stability of the alkaline electrolyzed water synergistic solution can be obviously improved.
