The technical scheme adopted by the invention is as follows: a straw residue bundling machine for cultivated land comprises a frame, a pushing and pressing part, a digging and collecting part and a bundling part.
The rack comprises a rack cylinder and a pushing mounting rack; the pushing and pressing component comprises a screw rod sliding seat; the digging collecting component comprises a feeding frame; the tying member includes a roller restraint ring.

Compared with the prior art, the invention has the beneficial effects that: (1) the feeding planing rod moves and planes the straw residues into the feeding frame, and the conveying belt conveys the residues; (2) the material baffle can prevent the residue from flying in disorder; (3) the bundling rope baffle moves and is matched with the bundling rope baffle groove to provide a supporting surface for the bundling rope.

The frame 1 comprises a frame cylinder 102 and a push mounting frame 104; the pushing and pressing part 2 comprises a screw rod sliding seat 203; the dig-in collection part 3 comprises a feeding frame 301; the tying member 4 includes a roller restraining ring 401.
The pushing mounting frame 104 is fixedly connected with the rack barrel 102, a roller groove is formed in the pushing mounting frame 104, a sliding seat roller 204 is arranged on the lead screw sliding seat 203, the sliding seat roller 204 is in contact with the roller groove in the pushing mounting frame 104, the lead screw sliding seat 203 is connected with the pushing lead screw 202 through a screw pair, the feeding frame 301 is fixedly connected with the rack barrel 102, the roller limiting ring 401 is fixedly connected with the rack connecting plate 103, and the rack connecting plate 103 is fixedly connected with the rack barrel 102.
The frame 1 also comprises a driving wheel 101, a frame connecting plate 103 and a rope binding barrel 105; the frame cylinder 102 is provided with a driving wheel 101, the pushing mounting frame 104 is provided with a rope binding cylinder 105, and the frame cylinder 102 is also provided with a rope binding groove.

The digging collection component 3 also comprises a feeding control rocker 302, a feeding digging rod 303, a conveying motor 304, a crank disc motor 305, a feeding motor 306, a striker plate 307, a feeding shaft 308, a crank disc 309 and a conveying belt 310; one end of the feeding control rocker 302 is rotatably mounted on the feeding frame 301, the other end of the feeding control rocker 302 is rotatably connected with the feeding planing rod 303, one end of the feeding planing rod 303 is rotatably connected with the crank disc 309, the crank disc 309 is fixedly connected with a motor shaft of the crank disc motor 305, and the crank disc motor 305 is fixedly mounted on the feeding frame 301. Crank plate motor 305 drives crank plate 309, which in turn moves feed plow bar 303 and sweeps the straw residue into feed rack 301.
The feeding frame 301 is further provided with a conveying belt 310, the conveying motor 304 is fixedly installed on the feeding frame 301, the conveying motor 304 drives the conveying belt 310, the feeding shaft 308 is rotatably installed on the feeding frame 301, one end of the feeding shaft 308 is fixedly connected with a motor shaft of the feeding motor 306, the feeding motor 306 is fixedly installed on the feeding frame 301, and the feeding frame 301 is further fixedly connected with a material baffle 307. The conveyer belt 310 conveys the residue, and the residue enters the frame cylinder 102 under the action of the feeding shaft 308, and the striker plate 307 can prevent the residue from flying around.
The bundling component 4 further comprises a stop ring control motor 402, a stop ring control gear 403, control ring gear teeth 404, a bundling rope knotting device 405, a pushing baffle motor 406, a rope pulling device 407, a rope pulling gear 408, a rope pulling motor 409, a rope pulling meshing gear ring 410, a bundling rope baffle slot 411, a baffle pressure spring 412, a bundling rope baffle 413, a control ring roller 414, a control ring oblique block 415, a control ring 416, a pushing baffle 417 and a pushing baffle clamping block 418; the stop ring control motor 402 is fixedly installed on the rack connecting plate 103, a stop ring control gear 403 is fixedly connected to a motor shaft of the stop ring control motor 402, the stop ring control gear 403 is meshed with a control ring gear tooth 404, the control ring gear tooth 404 is fixedly connected with a control ring 416, the control ring 416 is rotatably installed on the rack barrel 102, and a control ring roller 414 is further arranged on the control ring 416.
The control ring roller 414 contacts with the control ring inclined block 415, the control ring inclined block 415 is fixedly connected with the bundling rope baffle 413, the bundling rope baffle 413 is slidably mounted on the frame cylinder 102, the baffle pressure spring 412 is sleeved on the bundling rope baffle 413, the bundling rope baffle 413 is matched with the bundling rope baffle slot 411, and the bundling rope baffle slot 411 is arranged on the frame cylinder 102. The ring control motor 402 drives the ring control gear 403, the control ring 416 rotates under the meshing of the gear teeth, and the control ring roller 414 acts on the control ring ramp 415 to move the twine damper 413 and cooperate with the twine damper slot 411 to provide a support surface for the twine.
The rope pulling engagement gear ring 410 is fixedly connected with the rack cylinder 102, the rope pulling engagement gear ring 410 is engaged with the rope pulling gear 408, the rope pulling gear 408 is fixedly connected with a motor shaft of the rope pulling motor 409, the rope pulling motor 409 is fixedly installed on the rope pulling device 407, a roller is arranged on the rope pulling device 407, the roller on the rope pulling device 407 is contacted with the roller limiting ring 401, the rope binding knotting device 405 is arranged on the pushing installation frame 104, the pushing baffle motor 406 is fixedly installed on the pushing installation frame 104, a motor shaft of the pushing baffle motor 406 is fixedly connected with the pushing baffle 417, the pushing baffle fixture block 418 is fixedly connected with the rack cylinder 102, and one end of the pushing baffle 417 is matched with the pushing baffle fixture block 418. The rope pulling motor 409 drives a rope pulling gear 408, under the meshing of gear teeth, the rope pulling device 407 drives the binding rope to encircle, so that the binding rope encircles the binding rope baffle 413, after the binding rope baffle 413 is avoided, the binding rope enters the rack cylinder 102 through the rope tying groove in the rack cylinder 102 and ties residues, and the binding rope knotting device 405 has knotting and cutting effects on the binding rope.
The working principle of the invention is as follows: the crank disc motor 305 drives the crank disc 309, so that the feeding planing rod 303 moves and the straw residues are planed into the feeding frame 301, the conveying belt 310 conveys the residues, the residues enter the frame cylinder 102 under the action of the feeding shaft 308, the striker plate 307 can prevent the residues from flying randomly, the pushing screw motor 201 drives the pushing screw 202, the screw slide seat 203 moves, so that the pushing cylinder 205 pushes the residues to two ends of the frame cylinder 102 and compacts the residues, the baffle ring control motor 402 drives the baffle ring control gear 403, the control ring 416 rotates under the meshing of gear teeth, the control ring roller 414 acts on the control ring inclined block 415, so that the bundling rope baffle 413 moves and is matched with the bundling rope baffle groove 411 to provide a supporting surface for the bundling rope, the bundling rope motor 409 drives the rope pulling gear 408, the rope pulling device 407 drives the bundling rope to encircle under the meshing of the gear teeth, so that the bundling rope encircles the bundling rope baffle 413, and after the rope baffle 413, the bundling rope enters the rack cylinder 102 through the bundling rope slot on the rack cylinder 102 and bundles the residues, the bundling rope knotting device 405 has knotting and cutting effects on the bundling rope, after the bundling is completed, the pushing baffle motor 406 drives the pushing baffle 417 to change positions, and the pushing plates on the push rods of the first pushing cylinder 206 and the second pushing cylinder 207 push out the bundled residues.
