Therefore, the storage device for blood management is provided, labels are not easy to damage or lose, the storage information is large, the labels are easy to check, the working efficiency of blood station workers can be effectively improved, blood can be monitored in all directions, the whole blood process from blood sampling to blood consumption is transparent, and the comprehensive management of the blood is facilitated.

The invention provides a blood management preservation device, which comprises a base, a conveying mechanism, a label detector, a turnover mechanism, a label scanner and a clamping mechanism.
The base is a support of the whole device and is also a mounting platform of the conveying mechanism, the label detector, the turnover mechanism, the label scanner and the clamping mechanism.
The conveying mechanism comprises a belt, a belt shaft, a conveying bracket and a conveying motor; the belt rolls and installs on two belt axles, and the both ends of belt axle rotate respectively and install on the conveying support, and conveying support fixed mounting is on the upper surface of base, and conveying motor fixed mounting passes the conveying support and rotates and install on conveying motor one end of a belt axle.
The label detector is fixedly arranged on the upper surface of the base.
The turnover mechanism comprises a turnover plate, a turnover rod, a turnover slide rail, a turnover swing rod, a turnover cam, a turnover motor and a turnover bracket; the turnover plate is fixedly mounted on the turnover rod, the turnover rod is slidably mounted on the turnover slide rail, the turnover slide rail is fixedly mounted on the upper surface of the base, a sliding block of the turnover rod is slidably mounted on the turnover swing rod, the turnover swing rod is rotatably mounted on the turnover support, one end of the turnover cam is slidably mounted on the turnover swing rod, the other end of the turnover cam is rotatably mounted on the turnover motor, the turnover motor is fixedly mounted on the turnover support, and the turnover support is fixedly mounted on the upper surface of the base.
The label scanner is fixedly arranged on the upper surface of the base.

Compared with the prior art, the invention has the beneficial effects that: (1) the turnover mechanism is used for enabling one side of the labels of the blood bags to face upwards uniformly, and a label scanner is convenient to record label data of the blood bags into a database; (2) the clamping mechanism enables the blood bags to be orderly placed into the storage mechanism; (3) the label is not easy to damage or lose, the stored information is large, and the counting is easy; (4) the working efficiency of the staff in the blood station can be effectively improved; (5) can monitor blood in all directions, ensure the blood to be transparent in the whole process from blood sampling to blood consumption, and is beneficial to the comprehensive management of the blood.

The base 1 is a support of the whole device and is also a mounting platform of the conveying mechanism 2, the label detector 3, the turnover mechanism 4, the label scanner 5 and the clamping mechanism 6.
The conveying mechanism 2 shown in fig. 2 includes a belt 201, a belt shaft 202, a conveying bracket 203, a conveying motor 204; the belt 201 is installed on two belt shafts 202 in a rolling manner, two ends of each belt shaft 202 are respectively installed on the transmission bracket 203 in a rotating manner, the transmission bracket 203 is fixedly installed on the upper surface of the base 1, the transmission motor 204 is fixedly installed on one transmission bracket 203, and one end of one belt shaft 202 penetrates through the transmission bracket 203 and is installed on the transmission motor 204 in a rotating manner.
The label detector 3 is fixedly arranged on the upper surface of the base 1.
The turnover mechanism 4 shown in fig. 3 and 4 comprises a turnover plate 401, a turnover rod 402, a turnover slide rail 403, a turnover swing rod 404, a turnover cam 405, a turnover motor 406 and a turnover bracket 407; the turnover plate 401 is fixedly installed on a turnover rod 402, the turnover rod 402 is slidably installed on a turnover slide rail 403, the turnover slide rail 403 is fixedly installed on the upper surface of the base 1, a sliding block of the turnover rod 402 is slidably installed on a turnover swing rod 404, the turnover swing rod 404 is rotatably installed on a turnover bracket 407, one end of a turnover cam 405 is slidably installed on the turnover swing rod 404, the other end of the turnover cam 405 is rotatably installed on a turnover motor 406, the turnover motor 406 is fixedly installed on the turnover bracket 407, and the turnover bracket 407 is fixedly installed on the upper surface of the base 1.
The label scanner 5 is fixedly mounted on the upper surface of the base 1.
