5. An apparatus for the production of wine for food processing as defined in claim 4 wherein the pressing means (7) comprises:

the extrusion plate (72) is arranged on one side of the telescopic rod of the air cylinder (71);
the extrusion device comprises a charging box (73), wherein the charging box (73) is arranged on one side of the top of a bottom plate (1), and an extrusion plate (72) slides in the charging box (73);
the lower side in the charging box (73) is provided with a filter screen (74), and the filter screen (74) is connected with the extrusion plate (72) in a sliding manner;
a fourth supporting rod (75), wherein the fourth supporting rod (75) is symmetrically arranged on one side of the top of the bottom plate (1);
the upper parts of the second water pipe (76) and the fourth supporting rod (75) are respectively provided with a second water pipe (76);
the lower part of one side of the extrusion plate (72) is symmetrically provided with the piston devices (77), and the piston devices (77) are connected with the second water pipe (76) on the same side in a sliding manner;
the regulating valve (78) is rotationally arranged on one side of the lower part of the second water pipe (76).
6. An apparatus for producing wine for food processing as defined in claim 5 further including juice collection means (8), the juice collection means (8) including:
a limiting groove (80), wherein one side of the top of the bottom plate (1) is provided with the limiting groove (80);
the container (81) is arranged at two sides in the limiting groove (80) in a sliding way;
racks (82) are arranged on one side of the container (81) and one side of the container (81);
a fifth support rod (83), wherein the middle of the top of the limit groove (80) is provided with the fifth support rod (83);
the upper part of the fifth supporting rod (83) is rotatably provided with a straight gear (84), and the straight gear (84) is meshed with the rack (82).
7. An apparatus for producing wine by food processing as set forth in claim 6 further comprising a drainage mechanism (9), the drainage mechanism (9) comprising:
a sixth supporting rod (90), wherein the sixth supporting rod (90) is rotatably arranged on one side of the top of the bottom plate (1);
a bevel gear component (91), wherein the bevel gear component (91) is arranged between the middle part of the sixth supporting rod (90) and the side part of the second rotating shaft (62) on one side;
the cam (92) is arranged at the upper part of the sixth supporting rod (90), and the cam (92) is matched with the containing box (41);
a seventh supporting rod (93), wherein the seventh supporting rod (93) is symmetrically arranged on one side of the top of the bottom plate (1);
the lifting block (94) is arranged between the upper parts of the seventh supporting rods (93), the lifting block (94) is arranged in a sliding mode, the lower part of the lifting block (94) blocks one side of the first water pipe (45), and the lifting block (94) is matched with the storage box (41).
8. An apparatus for producing wine by food processing as set forth in claim 7 further including water supply means (10), the water supply means (10) including:
the water pump (100) is arranged on one side of the top of the bottom plate (1);
a third water pipe (101), wherein the third water pipe (101) is arranged on one side of the top of the water pump (100);
the shower head (102) is arranged on one side of the upper part of the third water pipe (101).
