Claims (8)
1. An energy-saving and environment-friendly industrial sewage treatment device is characterized in that: comprises the following steps:
the device comprises a bottom plate (1) and supporting columns (21), wherein the supporting columns (21) are symmetrically arranged on one side of the top of the bottom plate (1);
a fixed basket (23), wherein the fixed basket (23) is arranged on one side of the top of the bottom plate (1);
the working basket (22) is arranged between the support column (21) and the upper part of the fixed basket (23);
a filter plate (24) is arranged on one side inside the working basket (22) in a sliding way;
a first handle (25), wherein one side of the filter plate (24) is provided with the first handle (25);
a first collecting basket (26), wherein one side inside the working basket (22) is provided with the first collecting basket (26);
the supporting rods (27) are symmetrically arranged on one side of the top of the bottom plate (1), and the supporting rods (27) are positioned on the inner sides of the supporting columns (21);
a water outlet (28) is arranged between the upper parts of the supporting rods (27);
the waste collecting mechanism (3) is arranged between the working basket (22) and the fixed basket (23);
the processing mechanism (4) is arranged on one side of the top of the bottom plate (1).
2. The energy-saving and environment-friendly industrial sewage treatment equipment as claimed in claim Z, which is characterized in that: the waste collecting mechanism (3) comprises:
two rotating baffles (31) are rotatably arranged on one side inside the working basket (22);
the two sides of the rotating baffle (31) are provided with the first sliding rods (32);
the first fixing blocks (33) are arranged on two sides of the working basket (22);
the first sliding rods (34) are arranged on the first fixing blocks (33) in a sliding manner;
the first springs (35) are arranged between the first sliding rod (34) and the first fixed block (33) on the same side;
the bottom of each first sliding rod (34) is provided with a sliding rail (36), and the first sliding rods (32) slide in the sliding rails (36) on the same side;
the second collecting basket (38) is arranged in the fixed basket (23) in a sliding mode, and the second collecting basket (38) is in contact with the bottom plate (1);
a second handle (37), and a second handle (37) is arranged at the upper part of one side of the second collecting basket (38).
3. The energy-saving and environment-friendly industrial sewage treatment equipment as claimed in claim 2, wherein: the processing mechanism (4) comprises:
the stirring basket (41) is arranged on one side of the top of the bottom plate (1);
a liquid outlet (42), wherein the lower part of one side of the stirring basket (41) is provided with the liquid outlet (42);
a liquid inlet (43), wherein the liquid inlet (43) is arranged between the lower part of one side of the stirring basket (41) and the lower part of one side of the first collecting basket (26);
the stirring basket is characterized by comprising a support frame (44), wherein the support frame (44) is arranged on one side of the top of the bottom plate (1), and the stirring basket (41) is positioned below the support frame (44);
the middle of the top of the supporting frame (44) is provided with a servo motor (45);
a first rotating shaft (46) is arranged on an output shaft of the servo motor (45), and the first rotating shaft (46) is rotatably connected with the support frame (44) and the stirring basket (41);
the lower part of the first rotating shaft (46) is uniformly provided with stirring blades (47), and the stirring blades (47) are positioned inside the stirring basket (41).
4. An energy-saving and environment-friendly industrial sewage treatment device according to claim 3, characterized in that: still including pushing mechanism (5), pushing mechanism (5) including:
the upper part of one side of the support frame (44) is provided with a second fixed block (50);
the pushing block (51) is arranged on one side of the upper part of the inner side of the working basket (22) in a sliding mode, and the bottom of the pushing block (51) is in contact with the top of the filter plate (24);
the lower part of one side of the push block (51) is symmetrically provided with a connecting rod (52);
the first baffle (53) is arranged between one sides of the connecting rods (52), and the connecting rods (52) and the first baffle (53) are both connected with the working basket (22) in a sliding manner;
a second sliding rod (54), wherein the upper part of one side of the push block (51) is provided with the second sliding rod (54);
a second rotating shaft (55), wherein the second rotating shaft (55) is rotatably arranged at one side of the working basket (22);
the rotating rod (57) is arranged in the middle of the second rotating shaft (55), and the rotating rod (57) is connected with the second sliding rod (54) in a sliding mode;
the torsion spring (56) is arranged between the rotating rod (57) and the working basket (22), and the torsion spring (56) is sleeved outside the second rotating shaft (55);
a first gear (58) is arranged on one side of the second rotating shaft (55);
the lower part of the second fixed block (50) is rotatably provided with a third rotating shaft (59);
a gear lack wheel (510), wherein the gear lack wheel (510) is arranged on one side of the third rotating shaft (59), and the gear lack wheel (510) is meshed with the first gear (58);
bevel gears (511) are arranged on one side of the third rotating shaft (59) and the upper part of the first rotating shaft (46), and the bevel gears (511) are meshed with each other;
the upper parts of two sides of the first baffle (53) are respectively provided with a push rod (512), and the push rods (512) are matched with the first sliding rod (34).

a fixed sleeve (61), and one side of the upper part of the support frame (44) is provided with the fixed sleeve (61);
