On the basis of embodiment 1 and embodiment 2, as shown in fig. 1, fig. 2 and fig. 4, the waste material discharging mechanism 8 is further included, the waste material discharging mechanism 8 comprises a material throwing ring 81, a material discharging barrel 82 and a material baffle 83, the material throwing ring 81 is fixedly connected to the right part of the rolling shaft 53 in the circumferential direction, the material discharging barrel 82 is uniformly arranged on the material throwing ring 81 at intervals and communicated with the material discharging barrel, the material baffle 83 is arranged between the right part of the water filtering shell 41 and the upper part of the waste material storage tank 56 and communicated with the material baffle 83, and the material throwing ring 81 is positioned in the material baffle 83.
The filter water storage tank is characterized by further comprising a discharging power-assisted mechanism 9, wherein the discharging power-assisted mechanism 9 comprises a power-assisted spiral plate 91, a supporting shaft 92 and a fixing frame 93, two fixing frames 93 are arranged inside the filtered water storage tank 46, the supporting shaft 92 is rotatably arranged between the two fixing frames 93, and the supporting shaft 92 is fixedly connected with the power-assisted spiral plate 91 in the circumferential direction.
When servo motor 51 starts, spiral fan blade 54 rotates and drives impurity and move right to get rid of in the material ring 81, and roller bearing 53 rotates and still drives and get rid of material ring 81 and rotate, because of the effect of centrifugal force, get rid of material ring 81 and rotate and throw away impurity to waste storage tank 56 in through feed cylinder 82 down, striker plate 83 plays limiting displacement, after whole sewage filtration completion, roller bearing 53 rotates and stops to drive and gets rid of material ring 81 and rotate, so, can avoid too much impurity card to be difficult to drop on drainage shell 41.
When the filtered water flows into the filtered water storage tank 46, the auxiliary spiral plate 91 plays a guiding role, so that the proper water can flow more smoothly.

the inner wall cleaning mechanism (5) is arranged between the base (1) and the support plate (2) and the filtering mechanism (4) and is used for providing power.

the water filtering shell (41), the water filtering shell (41) is arranged between the two supporting plates (2);
a first filter cartridge (42), the first filter cartridge (42) being mounted on the water filtration housing (41);
a rubber seal ring (43), wherein the rubber seal ring (43) is arranged on the first filter cylinder (42);
the second filter cylinder (44), the second filter cylinder (44) is installed on the rubber sealing ring (43), and the second filter cylinder (44) is positioned in the water filtering shell (41);
the sewage inlet tank (45), the sewage inlet tank (45) is arranged on the water filtering shell (41) and communicated with the water filtering shell;
the post-filter water storage tank (46), the post-filter water storage tank (46) is installed on the base (1), and the post-filter water storage tank (46) is communicated with the water filter shell (41).
3. The industrial sewage filtering and discharging device for intelligent manufacturing as claimed in claim 2, wherein the inner wall cleaning mechanism (5) comprises:
the servo motor (51), the servo motor (51) is installed on the base (1);
a drive shaft (52), the drive shaft (52) being mounted on an output shaft of the servo motor (51);
a support ring (55), the support ring (55) being mounted on the second filter cartridge (44);
the roller (53), the roller (53) is installed on the supporting ring (55) in a rotating way;
a spiral fan blade (54), wherein the spiral fan blade (54) is arranged on the roller (53);
the waste storage tank (56), the waste storage tank (56) is installed on one of the support plates (2), and the waste storage tank (56) is fixedly connected and communicated with the water filtering shell (41).
4. The industrial sewage filtering and discharging device for intelligent manufacturing according to claim 3, further comprising a waste recycling mechanism (6), wherein the waste recycling mechanism (6) comprises:
the fixed shaft (62), the fixed shaft (62) is installed on the waste storage box (56) in a rotating mode;
the transmission assembly (61), the transmission assembly (61) is installed between the fixed shaft (62) and the driving shaft (52);
the extruding scraper plate (63), the extruding scraper plate (63) is arranged on the fixed shaft (62);
a filter plate (64), the filter plate (64) being mounted on the waste storage tank (56);
the adsorption filter hopper (65), the adsorption filter hopper (65) is installed on the waste material storage tank (56) and communicated with the waste material storage tank;
and the material return pipe (66), the material return pipe (66) is arranged between the adsorption filter hopper (65) and the filtered water storage tank (46) and is communicated with the adsorption filter hopper.
5. The industrial sewage filtering and discharging device for intelligent manufacturing according to claim 4, further comprising a manual cleaning mechanism (7), wherein the manual cleaning mechanism (7) comprises:
a fixed housing (71), the fixed housing (71) being mounted on the water filtration housing (41);
the driving turntable (72), the driving turntable (72) is rotatably arranged on the fixed shell (71);
the fixed airtight ring (73), the fixed airtight ring (73) is installed on driving the rotary table (72);
the number of the material storage hollow rings (74) is three, and the material storage hollow rings (74) are arranged on the fixed closed ring (73) at intervals;
the mesh filter plate (75), the mesh filter plate (75) is installed on the hollow ring of storing material (74);
the scraping plate (76) is hinged on the grid filter plate (75).
