Claims (8)
A shredder for shredding the purple carrots washed with the dishwasher;
An extractor for extracting the purple carrots crushed with the crusher into a vegetable juice;
A vibration isolator vibrating and separating the vegetable juice juiced by the juice extractor by vibrating bands;
A filter for filtering the vegetable juice which is separated by the vibration separator;
A cooling tank for storing the juice filtered with the filter;
A sterilizer for sterilizing the vegetable juice stored in the cooling tank;
And a packing machine for filling and packing the vegetable juice sterilized by the sterilizer,
The sterilizer is a double tube structure having an inner tube and an outer tube. The juice passes through the inner tube, and hot water passes between the outer tube and the inner tube. Spiral projections are continuously protruded from the outer surface of the outer tube,
The washing machine
A conveying body provided with a conveyor belt along the longitudinal direction at a lower portion thereof and feeding the purple carrots washed with the purifier while being transported rearward along the conveyor belt with the purple carrots inserted in front thereof;
A first rotary shaft disposed at a predetermined distance from the front side of the transfer body at a predetermined interval and a first cleaning brush coupled to an outer surface of the first rotary shaft such that a plurality of water spray holes are formed in the outer periphery of the first rotary shaft, A first washing unit which removes foreign substances adhering to the surface of the carrot by the washing water sprayed from the water spray hole while the purple carrots are supplied into the first washing brushes;
A second cleaning brush provided on the conveying belt at a plurality of positions along a longitudinal direction and arranged rearwardly in a longitudinal direction, a second cleaning brush coupled spirally along an outer edge of the second rotation axis, A conveyance belt for conveying the purple carrots backward while being in contact with the second cleaning brush in a state in which recesses and projections of a predetermined depth are continuously formed and the purple carrots are housed in the recesses; A second washing unit including a washing water splasher for spraying washing water to face the colored carrots to be seated; Wherein the green carrot juice extractor further comprises:
The crusher
An inlet hopper into which the purple carrots washed in the washing machine are injected,
A shredding main body in which the purple carrots supplied to the loading hopper fall downward and crushed,
A crushing drum rotatably installed on the inner side of the crushing main body, the crushing drum having a plurality of crushing protrusions on the outer surface thereof for crushing purple carrots falling downward;
A rotary cutter provided inside the shredding main body and finely cutting the shredded carrots with the shredding drum;
And a filtration screen for filtering the purple carrots cut by the rotary cutter to supply only the purple carrots of a certain size or less to the juice extractor.
The crusher
Further comprising a re-supply circulation tube for re-feeding the purple carrots of a predetermined size or more that have not passed through the filtration screen to the input hopper.
The secondary washing unit
A plurality of support plates formed to be curved to support a lower portion of the convex portion of the conveyance belt and extending along the longitudinal direction of the conveyance belt; and tension springs vertically installed on the lower portion of the support plate. Purple carrot juicer.
