Then placing the carrots to be cleaned on the first conveying belt 27, conveying the carrots to the feed inlet 4 on one side of the cleaning barrel 3 by the first conveying belt 27, and limiting the carrots in the separating box 10 by the anti-slip plate 28 on the first conveying belt 27, so that the carrots on the first conveying belt 27 can be pushed down by the lower part of the scraping plate 31, the carrots are prevented from piling up at the same position of the first conveying belt 27, the carrots can be laid on the first conveying belt 27, the carrots laid on the first conveying belt 27 can be scattered and placed when falling into the separating box 10, the carrots are prevented from piling up and placing in the separating box 10, and meanwhile, the carrots are prevented from sliding down on the first conveying belt 27 by the anti-slip plate 28 on the first conveying belt 27, so that the carrots conveying stability of the first conveying belt 27 is improved, when the scraper 31 is used, the distance between the scraper 31 and the first conveying belt 27 can be adjusted according to the size of carrots, so that carrots with different sizes can be conveyed and paved conveniently, the application range of the feeding assembly is enlarged, the carrots paved by the scraper 31 on the first conveying belt 27 can be conveyed to the feed inlet 4 on one side of the cleaning cylinder 3, then the carrots slide into the cleaning cylinder 3 through the slide plate 30 on the feed inlet 4 and fall into the partition box 10 arranged on the side wall of the rotary cylinder 9, the carrots can fall on one side of the partition plate 12 and are positioned between the rotary roller 14 and the cleaning brush 15, the hollow tube 19 is driven to continuously rotate due to the continuous rotation of the motor 23, the branch tube 20 and the rotary cylinder 9 are driven to rotate by the rotation of the hollow tube 19, the partition box 10 fixedly arranged on the outer side wall of the rotary cylinder 9 can be driven to rotate by the rotation of the rotary cylinder 9, the separation box 10 which receives the carrots can be rotated to the other side of the feed inlet 4, and the separation box 10 which does not receive the carrots can be moved to the feed inlet 4, so that the next separation box 10 can be fed; automatic feeding of carrots into different divider boxes 10 for washing can be achieved.
When the motor 23 drives the hollow tube 19 to rotate, the rotary drum 9 is pushed to rotate through the branch tube 20 to realize the rotation of the separation box 10, at the moment, the third gear 18 arranged at the end part of the cleaning brush 15 at one side of the separation box 10 moves simultaneously, the third gear 18 moves and can be meshed with the inner gear ring 8 fixedly arranged at one side of the end cover 6, at the moment, the third gear 18 can be driven to rotate, the third gear 18 can drive the cleaning brush 15 to rotate, the cleaning brush 15 can drive the second gear 17 arranged at the end part of the cleaning brush 15 to rotate, the second gear 17 can be meshed to drive the first gear 16 to rotate, and as the first gear 16 rotates on the rotating roller 14, the rotating roller 14 can be driven to rotate, the rotating roller 14 can be driven to turn the carrots falling between the rotating roller 14 and the cleaning brush 15, different surfaces of the carrots can be contacted with the surface of the cleaning brush 15, and the effect of brushing on sediment adhered to the surface of the carrots can be realized; the carrot can be driven to rotate in the cleaning cylinder 3 in the process of cleaning.
The water pump 26 is started while the motor 23 is started, the water pump 26 can send water in the water storage tank 2 into the hollow pipe 19 through the water sending pipe 24, and is sent into the branch pipe 20 through the hollow pipe 19, and then sent into the transverse pipe 21 through the branch pipe 20, finally the water is sprayed out through the first spray nozzle 22 at one side of the transverse pipe 21, the washed carrots are washed by rotating between the rotating roller 14 and the cleaning brush 15, the sand adhered to the carrots is washed, the cleaning degree of the surfaces of the carrots is increased, meanwhile, when the washing machine is installed, the water flowing grooves 11 are arranged at two sides of the separation box 10, the washed and dropped sand can be discharged into the box body 1 through the outer side wall of the rotary drum 9, the sand and muddy water are collected, and the cleanliness of surrounding environment is improved when the carrots are washed;
When the water pump 26 sends the water in the water storage tank 2 into the water delivery pipe 24, a part of water is introduced into the auxiliary spraying assembly by the three-way pipe 43, and meanwhile, the connection part between the hollow pipe 19 and the water delivery pipe 24 is connected through the rotary joint 25 during installation, so that the convenience of rotation of the hollow pipe 19 is realized, and the tightness of connection between the hollow pipe 19 and the water delivery pipe 24 can be realized.

Referring to fig. 1-16, this embodiment further illustrates other examples, in which a tank 1, a cleaning assembly and a feeding assembly are shown, a water storage tank 2 is disposed in the tank 1, a cleaning cylinder 3 is mounted at one end of the tank 1, and a feed inlet 4 and a discharge outlet 5 are respectively disposed on a side wall of the cleaning cylinder 3; the cleaning component is arranged in the cleaning cylinder 3 and used for cleaning carrots which are put into the cleaning cylinder 3 through the feed inlet 4; the feeding assembly is arranged on one side of the cleaning barrel 3, carrots to be cleaned are conveyed and fed into the feeding hole 4, the discharging hole 5 is provided with a discharging conveying assembly below, carrots discharged from the discharging hole 5 after cleaning are conveyed, one side of the discharging conveying assembly is provided with an auxiliary spraying assembly, and the feeding assembly and the discharging conveying assembly are connected with the cleaning assembly through a transmission assembly.
Referring to fig. 4, a side wall of the water storage tank 2 in the drawing is provided with a return port, a filtering assembly is arranged on the return port, the filtering assembly comprises a filtering net 47 fixedly arranged on one side of the return port and positioned on the outer side of the water storage tank 2, a sand stone layer 48 is arranged on one side of the filtering net 47, an activated carbon adsorption screen 49 is arranged on one side below the sand stone layer 48, and a supporting screen 50 is fixedly arranged on one side of the end part of the return port and positioned on the inner wall of the water storage tank 2.
Referring to fig. 1, a drain pipe 51 with a control valve is communicated with one side of a box 1 in the illustration, an L-shaped plate 53 is fixedly arranged on one side of an end cover 6, the L-shaped plate 53 is arranged on the side of the box 1, and the L-shaped plate 53 is connected with the side wall of the box 1 through a locking screw.

the cleaning device comprises a cleaning barrel (3), a feeding assembly, a discharging conveying assembly, an auxiliary spraying assembly, a first conveying belt (27) and a second conveying belt (29), wherein the feeding assembly is arranged on one side of the cleaning barrel (3), carrots to be cleaned are conveyed and fed into the feeding opening (4), the discharging conveying assembly is arranged below the discharging opening (5), the carrots discharged from the discharging opening (5) after cleaning are conveyed, the auxiliary spraying assembly is arranged on one side of the discharging conveying assembly, the feeding assembly and the discharging conveying assembly are connected with the cleaning assembly through a transmission assembly, the feeding assembly comprises a first conveying belt (27) arranged on one side of the cleaning barrel (3), one end of the first conveying belt (27) is positioned on one side of the feeding opening (4), one end of the first conveying belt (27) is provided with a sliding plate (30), one end of the sliding plate (30) is fixedly connected with the side wall of the feeding opening (4), the first conveying belt (27) is fixedly provided with a stop slide plate (28), and the first conveying wheels (29) of the first conveying belt (27) are meshed with one of the first conveying wheels (29), and the first conveying assembly is meshed with the transmission assembly at equal distance;

A carrot cleaning device according to claim 2, wherein the transmission assembly comprises transmission teeth (45), the transmission teeth (45) are respectively arranged at one end of the hollow tube (19), one of the first conveying wheels (29) and one of the second conveying wheels (36), and the transmission teeth (45) are in meshed connection through a toothed chain (46).

Carrot cleaning device according to claim 2, characterized in that the first conveying wheel (29) and the second conveying wheel (36) are both rotatably connected with a supporting rod (52), and the other end of the supporting rod (52) is both fixedly connected with the side wall of the box body (1).

The carrot cleaning device according to claim 1, wherein a backflow port is arranged on the side wall of the water storage tank (2), a filtering component is arranged on the backflow port, the filtering component comprises a filter screen (47) fixedly arranged on one side of the backflow port and positioned on the outer side of the water storage tank (2), a sand stone layer (48) is arranged on one side of the filter screen (47), an activated carbon adsorption screen plate (49) is arranged on one side below the sand stone layer (48), and a support screen plate (50) is fixedly arranged on one side of the end part of the backflow port and positioned on the inner wall of the water storage tank (2).

8. A method of operating a carrot cleaning device according to any one of claims 1-7, comprising:
s1, starting a motor (23) to enable a cleaning assembly to move, driving a feeding assembly to move through a transmission assembly, pouring carrots to be cleaned into the feeding assembly, conveying the carrots to be cleaned to a feed inlet (4) on one side of a cleaning cylinder (3) through the feeding assembly, scraping the stacked carrots by a scraping plate (31) when the carrots are conveyed by the feeding assembly, reducing the quantity of the carrots falling into a separation box (10), and reducing stacking among the carrots;
