the method comprises the following steps: weighing the following raw materials: 45g of asafetida, 45g of cuttlebone, 60g of fried chicken's gizzard-membrane, 45g of cassia seed, 30g of costustoot, 60g of vinegar rhizoma corydalis and 15g of vinegar rhizoma cyperi;
step two: adding asafetida into drinking water which is 10 times of the weight of the asafetida, dissolving, filtering, sucking filtrate into a double-effect concentrator, adjusting the steam pressure of the double-effect concentrator to be 0.1MPa and the vacuum degree of the double-effect concentrator to be 0.05MPa, concentrating the filtrate to a clear paste with the relative density of 1.10 at the temperature of 80 ℃, adding yellow wine which is 2 times of the weight of the clear paste, and continuously concentrating at the temperature to form a thick paste with the relative density of 1.30;
step three: drying the soft extract in a vacuum drying oven at 50 deg.C until water content is below 4.0% to obtain resina Ferulae dry extract;
step four: mixing the resina Ferulae dry extract with Os Sepiae, endothelium corneum Gigeriae Galli preparata, semen Cassiae, radix aucklandiae, rhizoma corydalis processed with vinegar, and rhizoma Cyperi processed with vinegar uniformly to obtain Chinese medicinal mixture, adding the Chinese medicinal mixture into the inner cavity of the pulverizing tank 108 from the hopper 104 of the pulverizing and screening integrated equipment, and allowing the Chinese medicinal mixture to flow through the flow guide seat 111 and fall onto the material carrying part 125 of the discharge plate 112;
step five: starting the driving motor 116, driving the driving motor 116 to drive the crushing paddle 115 to rotate, and breaking the wall of the traditional Chinese medicine mixture by a plurality of crushing blades 122 of the crushing paddle 115 under the condition of rotation to obtain traditional Chinese medicine mixed powder;

referring to fig. 1-7, the present embodiment is a process for preparing a rhizoma corydalis Weishu capsule, which includes the following steps:
the method comprises the following steps: weighing the following raw materials: 45g of asafetida, 45g of cuttlebone, 60g of fried chicken's gizzard-membrane, 45g of cassia seed, 30g of costustoot, 60g of vinegar rhizoma corydalis and 15g of vinegar rhizoma cyperi;
step two: adding asafetida into drinking water which is 10 times of the weight of the asafetida, dissolving, filtering, sucking filtrate into a double-effect concentrator, adjusting the steam pressure of the double-effect concentrator to be 0.2MPa and the vacuum degree of the double-effect concentrator to be 0.08MPa, concentrating the filtrate to a clear paste with the relative density of 1.20 at the temperature of 80 ℃, adding yellow wine which is 2 times of the weight of the clear paste, and continuously concentrating at the temperature to form a thick paste with the relative density of 1.35;
step three: drying the soft extract in a vacuum drying oven at 60 deg.C until water content is below 4.0% to obtain resina Ferulae dry extract;
step four: mixing the resina Ferulae dry extract with Os Sepiae, endothelium corneum Gigeriae Galli preparata, semen Cassiae, radix aucklandiae, rhizoma corydalis processed with vinegar, and rhizoma Cyperi processed with vinegar uniformly to obtain Chinese medicinal mixture, adding the Chinese medicinal mixture into the inner cavity of the pulverizing tank 108 from the hopper 104 of the pulverizing and screening integrated equipment, and allowing the Chinese medicinal mixture to flow through the flow guide seat 111 and fall onto the material carrying part 125 of the discharge plate 112;
step five: starting the driving motor 116, driving the driving motor 116 to drive the crushing paddle 115 to rotate, and breaking the wall of the traditional Chinese medicine mixture by a plurality of crushing blades 122 of the crushing paddle 115 under the condition of rotation to obtain traditional Chinese medicine mixed powder;

step two: adding resina Ferulae into 10 times of drinking water, dissolving, filtering, sucking the filtrate into a double-effect concentrator, adjusting steam pressure of the double-effect concentrator to 0.1-0.2 MPa and vacuum degree of the double-effect concentrator to 0.05-0.08 MPa, concentrating the filtrate at 80 deg.C to obtain fluid extract with relative density of 1.10-1.20, adding 2 times of yellow wine, and concentrating at the temperature to obtain soft extract with relative density of 1.30-1.35;
step three: drying the soft extract in a vacuum drying oven at 50-60 deg.C until water content is below 4.0% to obtain resina Ferulae dry extract;
step four: uniformly mixing the asafetida dry paste with cuttlebone, fried chicken gizzard membrane, cassia seed, costustoot, vinegar rhizoma corydalis and vinegar rhizoma cyperi to obtain a traditional Chinese medicine mixture, adding the traditional Chinese medicine mixture into an inner cavity of a crushing tank (108) from a feeding hopper (104) of crushing and screening integrated equipment, and leading the traditional Chinese medicine mixture to fall onto a material carrying part (125) of a material discharging plate (112) through a flow guide seat (111);
step five: starting a driving motor (116), wherein the driving motor (116) runs to drive a crushing paddle (115) to rotate, and a plurality of crushing blades (122) of the crushing paddle (115) break the wall of the traditional Chinese medicine mixture under the condition of rotation to obtain traditional Chinese medicine mixed powder;
