一种富硒大蒜制剂,它是由富硒大蒜干粉制成。富硒大蒜干粉的制作方法是收集富硒大蒜球茎,去皮,切片(1-3mm厚)、在-20℃→0℃(备48小时)和0.3pa→0.003pa负压条件下冷冻干燥4天,粉碎成50-100目的粉末。与普通大蒜制剂相比,富硒大蒜制剂防癌作用大为提高;与无机盐相比,富硒大蒜制剂的安全性有明显改善。它是一种预防胃癌等消化道肿瘤疾病的制剂。它属于保健药物领域。

Description

富硒大蒜制剂及其制作方法
富硒大蒜制剂是一种安全高效的理想防治肿瘤的物品。它属于保健药物领域。
在现有的诸多人群肿瘤化学预防或干预方法中,纠正微量元素硒缺乏是已经得到人群实验证实的有效措施。由于成人硒的推荐日人均膳食摄入量(50μg-----250μg)与界限中毒剂量(800μg)之间的区间较窄。因此在自然人群中补充硒盐(如亚硒酸钠)容易导致硒中毒,从而对人体构成危害,不符合健康人长期摄入的预防保健物质所需的安全要求。
大蒜在我国有几千年的食用历史,是公认的保健食品。它具有预防胃癌等消化道肿瘤的良好作用,其作用途径包括直接和间接地消除致癌因素(如NO、亚硝基化合物、幽门螺杆菌)以及杀死肿瘤细胞。
本发明的目的在于在阻断胃癌发生、治疗胃癌癌前病变上集中了大蒜和硒的优点,发明一种富硒大蒜制剂。它不仅使防癌作用大大加强,而且还克服了硒盐安全性上的缺陷,成为安全高效的防癌天然保健品。富硒大蒜制剂既适用于胃癌癌前病变患者服用,也适用于健康人群的肿瘤预防。
本发明的目的是这样实现的。富硒大蒜制剂是由富硒大蒜干粉制成。富硒大蒜干粉制作方法是收集富硒大蒜球茎,去皮,切片(1---3mm厚)、在-20℃→0℃(各48小时)和0.3pa→0.003pa负压条件下冷冻干燥4天,粉碎成50---100目的粉末。然后用荧光分光光度法测定富硒大蒜冰冻干燥粉中的非游离硒(即有机硒,蒜化硒)含量(100---500mg/kg),干燥阴凉处密封保存。
本发明的优点在于:
1.提高了大蒜和硒的防癌效果;
2.所食用的防癌药物是天然食品,符合现代保健品的发展趋势;
3.富硒大蒜制剂中的蒜化硒不易在体内积聚,避免了摄入硒盐易中毒的风险。
总之,与普通大蒜制剂相比,富硒大蒜制剂防癌作用大为提高;与无机硒盐相比,富硒大蒜制剂的安全性有明显改善。它是一种高效低毒的理想的肿瘤防治保健品。它的用途在于预防胃癌等消化道肿瘤疾病。
下面结合实施例对本发明作进一步细述。
用25Kg未发芽和外形完好的去皮富硒大蒜球茎,切成2mm厚的薄片,置TFD-550-5型Frze-Dryer冷冻干燥机内-20℃低温冷冻干燥,起始负压约达0.3pa,随后负压将持续增强,可达0.003pa以下,2天后温度自动升高到0℃,继续干燥2天。取出干燥样品前恢复到室温和常压。用食品粉碎机粉碎干燥蒜片,80目不锈钢筛过筛,将过筛蒜粉密封,4℃干燥保存。取10g蒜粉2份,用荧光分光光度法测定样品中的非游离硒含量,经计算,该批富硒大蒜蒜粉中蒜化硒的含量为120mg/kg。

Claims (2)

1、一种富硒大蒜制剂的制作方法,其特征在于收集富硒大蒜球茎,去皮,切成1毫米至3毫米厚的薄片,在温度由-20℃变到0℃和负压由0.3pa变到0.003pa的条件下冷冻干燥4天,然后粉碎成50目至100目的粉末,再放置在干燥阴凉处密封保存。
2、根据权利要求1所述的方法制得的富硒大蒜制剂。
