Abstract

本发明涉及一种PET离型膜,其包括PET基膜和涂布于膜表面的涂层,所述涂层按重量份由下述原料制成:纳米TiO2、乙醇、硅油、纳米木质素、纳米纤维素、交联剂、抗静电剂。PET离型膜的制备方法包括如下步骤:(1)称取涂层各原料并混配在一起搅拌均匀得混合浆料;(2)对PET基膜进行电晕和除尘处理;(3)使用步骤(1)的混合浆料对PET基膜进行涂布;(4)将涂布好的膜进行烘干固化后即得。本发明的PET离型膜具有良好机械性能与光学性能和抗静电效果的膜材。透光率高,雾度小,离型力稳定,膜面平整,无纵纹、水波纹、横纹、无明显彩虹纹。

一种PET离型膜及其制备方法
技术领域
本发明涉及一种离型膜,特别涉及一种PET离型膜及其制备方法。
背景技术
离型膜,又称剥离膜、隔离膜、分离膜、阻胶膜、离形膜、薄膜、塑料薄膜、掩孔膜、硅油膜、硅油纸、防粘膜、打滑膜、天那纸、离型纸、silliconfilm、releasefilm、release。通常情况下为了增加塑料薄膜的离型力,会将塑料薄膜做等离子处理,或涂氟处理,或涂硅(silicone)离型剂于薄膜材质的表层上,如PET、PE、OPP,等等;让它对于各种不同的有机压感胶(如热融胶、亚克力胶和橡胶系的压感胶)可以表现出极轻且稳定的离型力。由于离型膜具有隔离、填充、保护、易于剥离等优点,因此被广泛的应用于各种电子、通信、机械等领域中。现有的PET离型膜主要存在的问题是膜面平整度差、离型力稳定性差、洁净度不高,透光率、雾度都达不到要求。
发明内容
本发明的目的之一在于克服现有技术的不足,提供一种PET离型膜及其制备方法。
本发明的一种PET离型膜,其包括PET基膜和涂布于膜表面的涂层,所述涂层按重量份由下述原料制成:
纳米TiO210-20份
乙醇30-40份
硅油1-2份
纳米木质素2-4份
纳米纤维素2-4份
交联剂0.15-0.25份
抗静电剂15-25份。
优选所述涂层按重量份由下述原料制成:
纳米TiO215份
乙醇35份
硅油1.5份
纳米木质素3份
纳米纤维素3份
交联剂0.2份
抗静电剂20份。
本发明所述的一种PET离型膜的制备方法,其包括如下步骤:
(1)称取涂层各原料并混配在一起搅拌均匀得混合浆料;
(2)对PET基膜进行电晕和除尘处理;
(3)使用步骤(1)的混合浆料对PET基膜进行涂布;
(4)将涂布好的膜进行烘干固化后即得。
本发明的有益效果如下:PET离型膜通过在涂层中加入纳米粒子二氧化和纳米纤维素和纳米木质素等,并通过科学的配比,起到了协同的作用,制备出具有良好机械性能与光学性能和抗静电效果的膜材。透光率高,雾度小,离型力稳定,膜面平整,无纵纹、水波纹、横纹、无明显彩虹纹。

下面将结合实例对本发明的实施方案进行详细描述,但是本领域技术人员将会理解,下列实施例仅用于说明本发明,而不应视为限定本发明的范围。
实施例1
一种PET离型膜,其包括PET基膜和涂布于膜表面的涂层,所述涂层按重量份由下述原料制成:
纳米TiO215份
乙醇35份
硅油1.5份
纳米木质素3份
纳米纤维素3份
交联剂0.2份
抗静电剂20份。
所述PET离型膜的制备方法,其包括如下步骤:
(1)称取涂层各原料并混配在一起搅拌均匀得混合浆料;
(2)对PET基膜进行电晕和除尘处理;
(3)使用步骤(1)的混合浆料对PET基膜进行涂布;
(4)将涂布好的膜进行烘干固化后即得。
实施例2
一种PET离型膜,其包括PET基膜和涂布于膜表面的涂层,所述涂层按重量份由下述原料制成:
纳米TiO210份
乙醇40份
硅油1份
纳米木质素4份
纳米纤维素2份
交联剂0.25份
抗静电剂15份。
所述PET离型膜的制备方法,其包括如下步骤:
(1)称取涂层各原料并混配在一起搅拌均匀得混合浆料;
(2)对PET基膜进行电晕和除尘处理;
(3)使用步骤(1)的混合浆料对PET基膜进行涂布;
(4)将涂布好的膜进行烘干固化后即得。
实施例3
一种PET离型膜,其包括PET基膜和涂布于膜表面的涂层,所述涂层按重量份由下述原料制成:
纳米TiO220份
乙醇40份
硅油1份
纳米木质素2份
纳米纤维素3份
交联剂0.15份
抗静电剂25份。
所述PET离型膜的制备方法,其包括如下步骤:
(1)称取涂层各原料并混配在一起搅拌均匀得混合浆料;
(2)对PET基膜进行电晕和除尘处理;
(3)使用步骤(1)的混合浆料对PET基膜进行涂布;
(4)将涂布好的膜进行烘干固化后即得。
将实施例1-3制备的PET离型膜分别进行相关性能测试,结果汇总如下:
(1)剥离力:10-20gf/25mm
(2)透光率:90%-95%
(3)防刮硬度:≥4H
(4)防指纹效果:不易留下指纹,一旦留下指纹,使用清洁布可轻易清除;
(5)外观:无晶点、无彩虹纹、无划痕、无气泡。

1.一种PET离型膜,其特征是其包括PET基膜和涂布于膜表面的涂层,所述涂层按重量份由下述原料制成:
纳米TiO210-20份
乙醇30-40份
硅油1-2份
纳米木质素2-4份
纳米纤维素2-4份
交联剂0.15-0.25份
抗静电剂15-25份。
2.如权利要求1所述的PET离型膜,其特征是所述涂层按重量份由下述原料制成:
纳米TiO215份
乙醇35份
硅油1.5份
纳米木质素3份
纳米纤维素3份
交联剂0.2份
抗静电剂20份。
3.如权利要求1或2所述的PET离型膜的制备方法,其特征是包括如下步骤:
(1)称取涂层各原料并混配在一起搅拌均匀得混合浆料;
(2)对PET基膜进行电晕和除尘处理;
(3)使用步骤(1)的混合浆料对PET基膜进行涂布;
(4)将涂布好的膜进行烘干固化后即得。
