Description
Technical Field
The invention belongs to the technical field of pesticide fertilizers, and particularly relates to a double slow-release chelated sugarcane pesticide fertilizer containing medium and trace elements.
Background
At the present stage of China, the sugarcane pesticide fertilizer mainly comprises nitrogen, phosphorus and potassium compound fertilizer fertilizers and pesticides (thiamethoxam, clothianidin, monosultap, dinotefuran, chlorantraniliprole and the like), but the nitrogen fertilizer effect periods of the fertilizers are within 55 days, and medium and trace elements necessary for plant growth are lacked, and the pesticide effect period of the pesticides added by the conventional method in soil is not more than 4 months, so that the quality of sugarcane crops with longer growth period is reduced, the yield is limited due to the lack of the medium and trace elements, late fertilizer removal, insect damage and other factors, the yield and the quality of the sugarcane crops are always in no state, and even fall back, and the yield and the income increase of sugarcane farmers are seriously influenced. Some fertilizers are also added with medium and micro fertilizers, but the compounds of the medium and micro fertilizers react with orthophosphate and carbonate to ensure that the phosphorus and the medium and micro fertilizers which take part in the reaction are ineffective. Therefore, under the condition of severe shortage of young labor in rural areas, the sugarcane pesticide fertilizer with comprehensive functions, stable fertilizer effect and pesticide effect, long lasting period and remarkable yield increasing effect is expected by farmers.

2. The double slow-release type sugarcane chelating medicinal fertilizer containing medium trace elements utilizes a urease inhibitor to prolong the conversion period from amide nitrogen to ammonium nitrogen; the nitrification inhibitor is used for preventing the conversion process of ammonium nitrogen to nitrate nitrogen from being combined with the slow controlled release effect of the coating, so that the fertilizer efficiency of nitrogen is prolonged, and the absorption and utilization rate of nitrogen by crops is improved.
3. The double slow-release type sugarcane chelating medicinal fertilizer containing medium and trace elements uses the amino acid chelating medium and trace elements in the ingredients, so that the medium and trace elements are protected and cannot react with orthophosphate radicals and carbonate radicals to keep the activity for a long time.
4. The pesticide in the pesticide fertilizer is combined with paraffin, stearic acid, stearic primary amine and stearic primary amine acetate to be used as a fertilizer anti-caking agent and a pesticide coating agent, so that the pesticide is slowly released in soil, the pesticide validity period is greatly prolonged, and the requirement of inhibiting and killing pests in the growth period of sugarcane is met to a greater extent.

b. preparing a double slow-release chelate sugarcane pesticide-fertilizer master batch containing medium and trace elements, namely uniformly mixing urea, ammonium sulfate, ammonium chloride, potassium sulfate, calcium superphosphate, monoammonium phosphate, magnesium oxide, amino acid chelate, potassium fulvate powder, borax, thiophosphoric triamide and guanyl thiourea according to the mass ratio of 1: 2-3 of a synergist to form a mixture, dissolving the synergist in water, spraying a synergist aqueous solution onto the mixture for granulation, and drying, cooling and screening to obtain the slow-release sugarcane fertilizer master batch;
c. and (3) preparing the double slow-release chelated sugarcane fertilizer containing the medium and trace elements, namely uniformly spraying the mixed pesticide emulsion prepared in the step (a) on the sugarcane fertilizer master batch prepared in the step (b) according to the mass parts to obtain the double slow-release chelated sugarcane fertilizer containing the medium and trace elements.
5. The preparation method of the double slow-release chelated sugar cane fertilizer containing medium and trace elements according to claim 4, wherein the granulating device in step b is a rotary drum granulator or a round and straight granulator.
