本发明公开一种激光电视机发声背板的制造工艺,包括如下步骤:底层辅助材料的铺叠和上层辅助材料的铺叠。本发明的有益效果是:操作技术要求不高,材料简单,容易操作;使用铝板作为模板适应性强,可以满足多种尺寸规格的要求,且回收利用价值高;使用真空负压工艺及透气隔离膜,可以使树脂均匀地渗透到玻纤布中,提高产品的强度;使用真空负压工艺及透气隔离膜,可以使树脂在玻纤布表面形成一层均匀的胶膜,得到很好的表面质量;该操作方法设备投入较少,生产能耗低,有效地降低了制造成本;辅材的选择搭配科学合理,操作简便,解决了当前激光电视发声背板制造工艺中设备投入大,操作技能要求高,适用于任何规格的激光电视发声背板的制造。

一种激光电视机发声背板及其制造工艺
技术领域
本发明涉及一种电视机背板技术,尤其涉及一种激光电视机发声背板及其制造工艺。
背景技术
激光电视技术进步,已研发出发声屏幕,屏幕可直接作为发声单元。其结构为玻纤蒙皮与铝蜂窝芯构成的夹心板,贴附在玻纤蒙皮上的激励器使玻纤蒙皮震动,通过蜂窝芯材的空腔产生声音。作为主要的发声和显像单元,制造发声背板的技术要求很高。
目前市场上主要是使用玻纤预浸料和热压罐的工艺来生产发声背板。玻纤预浸料生产工艺复杂,制造成本高。热压罐工艺所需设备造价昂贵,模具使用寿命短,生产过程能耗较高。由此导致此工艺生产的发声背板成本很高,严重影响了发声板的市场接受度,制约了激光电视发声屏幕的发展。
发明内容
本发明主要解决的技术问题是提供一种质量稳定可靠,可以大大降低制造成本的激光电视机发声背板及其制造工艺,解决上述现有技术问题中的一个或者多个。
为解决上述技术问题,本发明采用的一个技术方案是:一种激光电视机发声背板的制造工艺,其创新点在于:包括如下步骤:
a)底层辅助材料的铺叠:
以表面平整无瑕疵的铝板作为成型模板铺放到真空作业平台上;
在模板上铺放透气隔离膜;
在透气隔离膜上铺放玻纤布;
b) 在玻纤布上均匀涂布混合均匀的环氧树脂(树脂与固化剂比例2:1);
c)将拉伸好的铝蜂窝芯铺放到涂好树脂的玻纤布上;
d)将一张玻纤布涂好树脂,并将其平整的铺叠到蜂窝芯上;
e)上层辅助材料的铺叠:
在玻纤布上方铺设脱模布;
在脱模布上方铺设透气隔离膜;
将表面平整无瑕疵的铝板作为成型模板铺放到透气隔离膜上方;
f)用真空袋膜将铺叠好的材料完全覆盖,真空袋膜边缘使用双面密封胶带与真空作业平台粘结,检查气密性并启动真空泵开始抽真空;
g)真空负压达到0.08MPa时开始保压,6小时后可取出工件;
h)从产品上移除辅助材料,裁切成所需尺寸规格,完成包装出货。
在一些实施方式中,真空作业平台与底层辅助材料之间填充有双面胶。

一种激光电视机发声背板的制造工艺,包括如下步骤:
a)底层辅助材料的铺叠:
以表面平整无瑕疵的铝板作为成型模板铺放到真空作业平台上;
在模板上铺放透气隔离膜;
在透气隔离膜上铺放玻纤布;
b) 在玻纤布上均匀涂布混合均匀的环氧树脂(树脂与固化剂比例2:1);
c)将拉伸好的铝蜂窝芯铺放到涂好树脂的玻纤布上;
d)将一张玻纤布涂好树脂,并将其平整的铺叠到蜂窝芯上;
e)上层辅助材料的铺叠:
在玻纤布上方铺设脱模布;
在脱模布上方铺设透气隔离膜;
将表面平整无瑕疵的铝板作为成型模板铺放到透气隔离膜上方;
f)用真空袋膜将铺叠好的材料完全覆盖,真空袋膜边缘使用双面密封胶带与真空作业平台粘结,检查气密性并启动真空泵开始抽真空;
g)真空负压达到0.08MPa时开始保压,6小时后可取出工件;
h)从产品上移除辅助材料,裁切成所需尺寸规格,完成包装出货。
在一些实施方式中,真空作业平台与底层辅助材料之间填充有双面胶。

1.一种激光电视机发声背板的制造工艺,其特征在于:包括如下步骤:
a)底层辅助材料的铺叠:
以表面平整无瑕疵的铝板作为成型模板铺放到真空作业平台上;
在模板上铺放透气隔离膜;
在透气隔离膜上铺放玻纤布;
b) 在玻纤布上均匀涂布混合均匀的环氧树脂(树脂与固化剂比例2:1);
c)将拉伸好的铝蜂窝芯铺放到涂好树脂的玻纤布上;
d)将一张玻纤布涂好树脂,并将其平整的铺叠到蜂窝芯上;
e)上层辅助材料的铺叠:
在玻纤布上方铺设脱模布;
在脱模布上方铺设透气隔离膜;
将表面平整无瑕疵的铝板作为成型模板铺放到透气隔离膜上方;
f)用真空袋膜将铺叠好的材料完全覆盖,真空袋膜边缘使用双面密封胶带与真空作业平台粘结,检查气密性并启动真空泵开始抽真空;
g)真空负压达到0.08MPa时开始保压,6小时后可取出工件;
h)从产品上移除辅助材料,裁切成所需尺寸规格,完成包装出货。
