Abstract
本申请公开了一种用于铝塑复合带的固定剪切支架,包括底座,所述底座的左侧设有滚筒,所述底座的右侧设有剪切机构,其特征在于:所述滚筒与剪切机构之间的底座上设有压紧组件,所述压紧组件包括支架和若干压辊,若干所述压辊从左往右依次并排设置,所述压辊通过升降装置与支架的顶端固定连接,所述剪切机构包括剪切架、伸缩气缸和刀片,所述刀片设置在底座上方,所述刀片通过伸缩气缸与剪切架顶部固定连接,所述底座上凹设有配合刀片插入的插槽。该支架通过升降的压辊一方面减少与复合带的摩擦,保证复合带质量,另一方面可以调整压辊高度,实用多规格复合带,并且设置插槽,避免刀片损坏。

技术领域
本申请涉及钢塑复合带领域,特别是一种用于铝塑复合带的固定剪切支架。
背景技术
铝塑复合带目前主要应用于现代工业光缆、特种光缆和电缆通信生产领域,目前的电缆内部均包裹有许多细的电线,这些细的电线被包裹在一起,相互之间只有极薄的一层绝缘皮用来隔开,如果在使用的过程中被扭曲或者折弯则有可能导致局部的绝缘皮破损,导致电缆报废甚至引起燃烧,采用铝塑复合带对其进行包裹则会最大限度的降低电缆因外力作用而报废的可能性,但是由于电缆的长度不一,铝塑复合带在使用的过程中也需要根据电缆的长度来剪取所需要的长度。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种用于铝塑复合带的固定剪切支架,以克服现有技术中的不足。
为实现上述目的,本发明提供如下技术方案:
本申请实施例公开了一种用于铝塑复合带的固定剪切支架,包括底座,所述底座的左侧设有滚筒,所述底座的右侧设有剪切机构,其特征在于:所述滚筒与剪切机构之间的底座上设有压紧组件,所述压紧组件包括支架和若干压辊,若干所述压辊从左往右依次并排设置,所述压辊通过升降装置与支架的顶端固定连接,所述剪切机构包括剪切架、伸缩气缸和刀片,所述刀片设置在底座上方,所述刀片通过伸缩气缸与剪切架顶部固定连接,所述底座上凹设有配合刀片插入的插槽。
优选的,在上述的一种用于铝塑复合带的固定剪切支架中,所述滚筒受旋转电机驱动。
优选的,在上述的一种用于铝塑复合带的固定剪切支架中,所述插槽底部设有橡胶层。
与现有技术相比,本发明的优点在于:
该支架通过升降的压辊一方面减少与复合带的摩擦,保证复合带质量,另一方面可以调整压辊高度,实用多规格复合带,并且设置插槽,避免刀片损坏。

参图1所示,本实施例中的用于铝塑复合带的固定剪切支架,包括底座1,底座1的左侧设有滚筒2,底座1的右侧设有剪切机构3,滚筒2与剪切机构3之间的底座1上设有压紧组件4,压紧组件4包括支架5和若干压辊6,若干压辊6从左往右依次并排设置,压辊6通过升降装置7与支架的顶端固定连接,剪切机构3包括剪切架8、伸缩气缸9和刀片10,刀片10设置在底座1上方,刀片10通过伸缩气缸9与剪切架8顶部固定连接,底座1上凹设有配合刀片10插入的插槽11。
进一步的,滚筒2受旋转电机驱动。
进一步的,插槽11底部设有橡胶层12。
在该技术方案中,升降装置为现有技术,该支架通过升降的压辊一方面减少与复合带的摩擦,保证复合带质量,另一方面可以调整压辊高度,实用多规格复合带,并且设置插槽,避免刀片损坏。

1.一种用于铝塑复合带的固定剪切支架,包括底座,所述底座的左侧设有滚筒,所述底座的右侧设有剪切机构,其特征在于:所述滚筒与剪切机构之间的底座上设有压紧组件,所述压紧组件包括支架和若干压辊,若干所述压辊从左往右依次并排设置,所述压辊通过升降装置与支架的顶端固定连接,所述剪切机构包括剪切架、伸缩气缸和刀片,所述刀片设置在底座上方,所述刀片通过伸缩气缸与剪切架顶部固定连接,所述底座上凹设有配合刀片插入的插槽。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种用于铝塑复合带的固定剪切支架,其特征在于:所述滚筒受旋转电机驱动。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种用于铝塑复合带的固定剪切支架,其特征在于:所述插槽底部设有橡胶层。
