In addition to the above embodiments, it is preferable that the steam generating chamber 3 is provided with a steam generator 31 for generating superheated steam, the steam generating chamber 3 and the secondary grinding chamber 4 are separated by an intermediate partition 7, the intermediate partition 7 is provided with a steam inlet 44 so that the superheated steam generated by the steam generator 31 is diffused from the steam inlet 44 to the secondary grinding chamber 4, and the steam generating chamber 3 is provided with a steam generator inlet/outlet 32 at an outer side thereof for allowing the steam generator 31 to be put in or taken out.
