It can be seen that in the invention, the fixing piece 66 can be clamped and loosened by rotating the nut 67 and further utilizing the connecting plate 64, and in a loosening state, the angle of the whole cleaning mechanism 4 can be conveniently adjusted, so that the cleaning mechanism is suitable for cleaning photovoltaic power generation plates with different inclination angles, and the practicability is improved.

It should be noted that, in the present invention, the driving motor 25 is a commercially available forward and reverse servo motor, and is provided with an electric control switch in a matching manner, the electric control switch is controlled by an external plc controller, is programmed in advance, and controls the working interval of the driving motor 25, after the driving motor 25 is driven, the driving motor 25 drives the short connecting rod 27 to make a circular motion by taking the rotating disc 26 as an axis through the transmission shaft and the rotating disc 26, and further drives the whole moving mechanism 6 to make a reciprocating motion on the outer surface of the sliding rod 22 by using the long connecting rod 23 to cooperate with the fixed plate 62, so as to drive the cleaning mechanism 4 to make a reciprocating motion, thereby cleaning the dust on the surface of the photovoltaic power generation panel.
The water spraying component 3 comprises a horizontal pipe 31, a vertical pipe 32 fixedly arranged in the middle of the lower end of the horizontal pipe 31 and communicated with the interior of the horizontal pipe 31, and a flange 34 fixedly arranged at the lower end of the vertical pipe 32; a plurality of spray heads 35 are fixedly arranged on one side of the outer surface of the horizontal pipe 31 close to the photovoltaic power generation panel at equal intervals, and a switch valve 33 is fixedly arranged in the middle of the outer surface of the vertical pipe 32; cleaning mechanism 4 specifically be one with mounting 66 fixedly connected with cuboid shaped plate, and this cuboid shaped plate lower extreme is provided with the pappus brush with photovoltaic power generation board electric connection.
It should be noted that the vertical pipe 32 is connected to a water supply device driven by a centrifugal pump or a high-pressure pump through a flange 34 for spraying water so that the outer surface of the photovoltaic power generation panel is wet for cleaning by the cleaning mechanism 4.

step three: the switch valve 33 is opened, so that clean water is sprayed out through the spray head 35 to wet the photovoltaic power generation, the driving motor 25 is started, the driving motor 25 drives the short connecting rod 27 to do circular motion by taking the rotary table 26 as an axis through the transmission shaft and the rotary table 26, the long connecting rod 23 is matched with the fixing plate 62 to drive the whole moving mechanism 6 to do reciprocating motion on the outer surface of the sliding rod 22, the cleaning mechanism 4 is driven to do reciprocating motion, and dust on the surface of the photovoltaic power generation plate is cleaned.
