本发明公开了一种无粘结剂的PUPVC复合瑜伽垫及其制备方法,包括PU基层和PVC层,PVC层单面复合连接PU基层,PVC层以重量份计,其原料组成包括:PVC95‑110份、环保增塑剂80‑95份、填充剂45‑60份、稳定剂2‑4份、发泡剂3‑7份、色粉0.5‑1份和软化剂5‑10份。将PVC、稳定剂和环保增塑剂依次加入容器中,再向所述容器中依次加入填充剂、发泡剂和色粉,混合后搅拌均匀,得到PVC浆料;将PVC浆料涂覆在PU基层上,得到PU/PVC复合层状材料;将PU/PVC复合层状材料置于发泡炉内进行发泡后压纹,得到发泡后的PU/PVC复合层状材料;将发泡后的PU/PVC复合层状材料降至室温,再进行去边、剪裁和打磨,得到无粘结剂的PU/PVC复合瑜伽垫增强了瑜伽垫的耐磨、耐刮及防滑性能,安全环保,性能优异,有利于进一步推广应用。

本发明涉及瑜伽垫制备技术领域,具体为一种无粘结剂的PUPVC复合瑜伽垫及其制备方法。
背景技术
现代人生活节奏快、压力大,导致身体状态不佳。而瑜伽是一种改善人们生理、心理、情感和精神方面的能力,是一种达到身体、心灵与精神和谐统一的运动方式,受到越来越多人的喜爱,而瑜伽垫是练习瑜伽必备品,因此,如何制造出性能优异的瑜伽垫成为人们关注的热点。
现有的瑜伽垫通常为PVC、PE、EVA等材质,所述材料制备的瑜伽垫虽弹性较好,但耐磨、耐刮及防滑性能较差,在长期使用的过程不仅容易损坏且用户易因瑜伽垫的滑动而受伤。此外,现有的瑜伽垫生产过程中,通常会加入一些对人体有毒有害的添加剂,而瑜伽垫是与用户身体直接进行接触,安全环保材料制备的瑜伽垫才能满足用户的需要,为此我们提出一种无粘结剂的PUPVC复合瑜伽垫及其制备方法用于解决上述问题。

本发明的目的在于提供一种无粘结剂的PUPVC复合瑜伽垫及其制备方法,以解决上述背景技术中提出的问题。
为实现上述目的,本发明提供如下技术方案:一种无粘结剂的PU/PVC复合瑜伽垫,包括PU基层和PVC层,所述PVC层单面复合连接PU基层,所述PVC层以重量份计,其原料组成包括:PVC95-110份、环保增塑剂80-95份、填充剂45-60 份、稳定剂2-4份、发泡剂3-7份、色粉0.5-1份和软化剂5-10份。
优选的一种实施案例,所述PVC层以重量份计,其原料组成包括:PVC100 份、环保增塑剂85份、填充剂55份、稳定剂3份、发泡剂4份、色粉0.7份和软化剂7份。
优选的一种实施案例,所述PVC层以重量份计,其原料组成包括:PVC105 份、环保增塑剂90份、填充剂50份、稳定剂4份、发泡剂6份、色粉1份和软化剂9份。

S2、将PU浆料均匀涂覆在基布上,并烘干制得PU基层;
S3、将PVC、稳定剂和环保增塑剂依次加入容器中,搅拌20-50s后,再向所述容器中依次加入填充剂、发泡剂和色粉,混合后搅拌均匀,得到PVC浆料;
S4、将PVC浆料涂覆在PU基层上,得到PU/PVC复合层状材料;
S5、将PU/PVC复合层状材料置于发泡炉内进行发泡后压纹,得到发泡后的PU/PVC复合层状材料;
S6、采用冷风机将发泡后的PU/PVC复合层状材料降至室温,再进行去边、剪裁和打磨,得到无粘结剂的PU/PVC复合瑜伽垫。
优选的一种实施案例,步骤S2中,所述基布为人造革基布,所述烘干操作是在150~160℃下烘烤90~150s,步骤S4中,涂覆在PU基层中基布上的PVC 浆料渗透到基布内,使PU层与PVC层复合成一个整体。

1、本发明制备的无粘结剂的PUPVC复合瑜伽垫,拉伸强度、撕裂强度和断裂拉伸率均复合国家标准且优于市售的瑜伽垫,耐磨性好,防滑性好,防滑性和耐磨性均优于市售的瑜伽垫,且安全环保,有利于就进一步的推广应用;
2、各项检测指标均优于国家标准,且PVC层使用的原料低毒无害,且二者在复合过程中不使用任何粘结剂,安全环保,在保证瑜伽垫使用舒适度的前提下,大幅提高了瑜伽垫的耐磨、耐刮及防滑性能。同时,其制备工艺简单,成本低,有利于进一步开拓国际市场。

实施例1
请参阅图1,本发明提供一种技术方案:一种无粘结剂的PUPVC复合瑜伽垫,包括PU基层1和PVC层2,PVC层2单面复合连接PU基层1,PVC层2以重量份计,其原料组成包括:PVC100份、环保增塑剂85份、填充剂55份、稳定剂 3份、发泡剂4份、色粉0.7份和软化剂7份。
环保增塑剂为对苯二甲酸二丁酯,填充剂为轻质碳酸钙,稳定剂为钾锌稳定剂,发泡剂为偶氮二甲酰胺,软化剂为液体丁腈橡胶。
PU基层1包括基布层和PU层,PU层以重量份计,其原料组成包括:PU100 份、去离子水15份、增稠剂4份和消泡剂2份,增稠剂为膨润土,消泡剂为硅油。
PU基层1的厚度为0.2-0.5mm,PVC层厚度为4-8mm。
一种无粘结剂的PUPVC复合瑜伽垫的制备方法,包括如下步骤:
S1、将PU、去离子水、增稠剂和消泡剂按比例加入容器中,搅拌30-40s,搅拌均匀制得PU浆料;

综上所述,本发明制备的无粘结剂的PUPVC复合瑜伽垫,拉伸强度、撕裂强度和断裂拉伸率均复合国家标准且优于市售的瑜伽垫,耐磨性好,同时,静摩擦系数达0.6,防滑性好,防滑性和耐磨性均优于市售的瑜伽垫,且安全环保,有利于就进一步的推广应用,各项检测指标均优于国家标准,且PVC层使用的原料低毒无害,且二者在复合过程中不使用任何粘结剂,安全环保,在保证瑜伽垫使用舒适度的前提下,大幅提高了瑜伽垫的耐磨、耐刮及防滑性能。同时,其制备工艺简单,成本低,有利于进一步开拓国际市场。
尽管已经示出和描述了本发明的实施例,对于本领域的普通技术人员而言,可以理解在不脱离本发明的原理和精神的情况下可以对这些实施例进行多种变化、修改、替换和变型,本发明的范围由所附权利要求及其等同物限定。

Claims (10)

1.一种无粘结剂的PUPVC复合瑜伽垫,包括PU基层(1)和PVC层(2),其特征在于,所述PVC层(2)单面复合连接PU基层(1),所述PVC层(2)以重量份计,其原料组成包括:PVC95-110份、环保增塑剂80-95份、填充剂45-60份、稳定剂2-4份、发泡剂3-7份、色粉0.5-1份和软化剂5-10份。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种无粘结剂的PUPVC复合瑜伽垫,其特征在于:所述PVC层(2)以重量份计,其原料组成包括:PVC100份、环保增塑剂85份、填充剂55份、稳定剂3份、发泡剂4份、色粉0.7份和软化剂7份。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种无粘结剂的PUPVC复合瑜伽垫,其特征在于:所述PVC层(2)以重量份计,其原料组成包括:PVC105份、环保增塑剂90份、填充剂50份、稳定剂4份、发泡剂6份、色粉1份和软化剂9份。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种无粘结剂的PUPVC复合瑜伽垫,其特征在于:所述环保增塑剂为邻苯二甲酸二丁酯、对苯二甲酸二丁酯或邻苯二甲酸二乙酯中的一种,所述填充剂为轻质碳酸钙,所述稳定剂为钾锌稳定剂或钙锌稳定剂中的一种,所述发泡剂为偶氮二甲酰胺,所述软化剂为液体丁腈橡胶。
5.根据权利要求1所述的一种无粘结剂的PUPVC复合瑜伽垫,其特征在于:所述PU基层(1)包括基布层和PU层,所述PU层以重量份计,其原料组成包括:PU100份、去离子水15份、增稠剂4份和消泡剂2份,所述增稠剂为膨润土,所述消泡剂为硅油。
6.根据权利要求1所述的一种无粘结剂的PUPVC复合瑜伽垫,其特征在于:所述PU基层(1)的厚度为0.2-0.5mm,所述PVC层厚度为4-8mm。
7.一种无粘结剂的PUPVC复合瑜伽垫的制备方法,其特征在于,包括如下步骤:
S1、将PU、去离子水、增稠剂和消泡剂按比例加入容器中,搅拌30-40s,搅拌均匀制得PU浆料;
S2、将PU浆料均匀涂覆在基布上,并烘干制得PU基层;
S3、将PVC、稳定剂和环保增塑剂依次加入容器中,搅拌20-50s后,再向所述容器中依次加入填充剂、发泡剂和色粉,混合后搅拌均匀,得到PVC浆料;
S4、将PVC浆料涂覆在PU基层上,得到PU/PVC复合层状材料;
S5、将PU/PVC复合层状材料置于发泡炉内进行发泡后压纹,得到发泡后的PU/PVC复合层状材料;
S6、采用冷风机将发泡后的PU/PVC复合层状材料降至室温,再进行去边、剪裁和打磨,得到无粘结剂的PU/PVC复合瑜伽垫。
8.根据权利要求7所述的一种无粘结剂的PUPVC复合瑜伽垫的制备方法,其特征在于:步骤S2中,所述基布为人造革基布,所述烘干操作是在150~160℃下烘烤90~150s,步骤S4中,涂覆在PU基层中基布上的PVC浆料渗透到基布内,使PU层与PVC层复合成一个整体。
9.根据权利要求7所述的一种无粘结剂的PUPVC复合瑜伽垫的制备方法,其特征在于:步骤S5中,所述发泡炉中包括4个长度均为6m的发泡段,且4个发泡段的发泡温度依次为180-200℃,220-230℃,180-200℃,150-160℃,所述PU/PVC复合层状材料在发泡炉中的移动的速度为8~12m/min,发泡炉的进风方式为上下进风。
10.根据权利要求7所述的一种无粘结剂的PUPVC复合瑜伽垫的制备方法,其特征在于:步骤S6中,所述打磨操作为将PU/PVC复合瑜伽垫半成品经过磨皮机将PU基层及裁剪边缘打磨1-2遍。
