本发明公开了一种抗核电磁电缆用高强度柔性护套料及其制备方法,具体涉及电缆领域,该电缆料由以下重量份组分制成:CR321氯丁橡胶橡胶100份、氧化镁2‑3份、间接法氧化锌3‑4份、石蜡2‑3份、古马隆树脂1‑2份、防老剂RD0.5‑1.0份、硫化促进剂DM0.5‑1.0份、硬脂酸0.5‑1.0份、防老剂DNP0.6‑1.5份、防焦剂CTP(PVI)0.2‑0.5份、促进剂(NA‑22)0.8‑1.5份、促进剂TMTD 0.4‑0.6份、碳酸钙5‑7份、滑石粉20‑25份、N330炭黑15‑20份、陶土8‑10份、半补强炭黑5‑8份、橡胶油2‑3份、二辛脂4‑6份、耐寒剂DOS 4‑7份。本发明的抗核电磁电缆用高强度柔性护套料,其阻燃性好,到达UL‑V0级,耐寒性好,可以在‑55℃环境条件下具有柔软性,可以随意拖曳和移动收放,增加了电缆护套的抗拉强度和柔软性,方便作战时电缆的机动性,增加了作战效率。

技术领域
本发明涉及电缆技术领域,更具体地说,本发明涉及一种抗核电磁电缆用高强度柔性护套料及其制备方法。
背景技术
电缆是由一根或多根相互绝缘的导体和外包绝缘保护层制成,是用于传输电力或信息的导线。电缆护套是电缆的最外层,作为电缆中维护内部结构安全最重要的屏障,维护电缆在装置期间和装置后不受机械损坏。
但是目前的电缆护套耐寒性、柔软性以及抗拉性不佳,不能够满足在野外恶劣条件下拖曳和移动收放使用要求,影响电缆的使用寿命。
发明内容
为了克服现有技术的上述缺陷,本发明的实施例提供一种抗核电磁电缆用高强度柔性护套料及其制备方法,本发明所要解决的问题是:现有的电缆护套耐寒性、柔软性以及抗拉性不佳,不能够满足在野外恶劣条件下拖曳和移动收放使用要求,影响电缆的使用寿命。
为实现上述目的,本发明提供如下技术方案:一种抗核电磁电缆用高强度柔性护套料,由以下重量份组分制成:CR321氯丁橡胶橡胶100份、氧化镁 2-3份、间接法氧化锌3-4份、石蜡2-3份、古马隆树脂1-2份、防老剂 RD0.5-1.0份、硫化促进剂DM0.5-1.0份、硬脂酸0.5-1.0份、防老剂 DNP0.6-1.5份、防焦剂CTP(PVI)0.2-0.5份、促进剂(NA-22)0.8-1.5份、促进剂TMTD 0.4-0.6份、碳酸钙5-7份、滑石粉20-25份、N330炭黑15-20 份、陶土8-10份、半补强炭黑5-8份、橡胶油2-3份、二辛脂4-6份、耐寒剂DOS 4-7份。
一种抗核电磁电缆用高强度柔性护套料及其制备方法,其特征在于,包括以下步骤:
(1)将CR321氯丁橡胶按重量份配料,倒入密炼机内,在65-75℃下塑炼8分钟;
(2)将步骤(1)中得到的原料倒出后压成薄片打包再投入到密炼机,按顺序加入配方量的氧化镁、间接法氧化锌、石蜡、古马隆树脂、防老剂、硫化促进剂DM、硬脂酸、防老剂DNP以及防焦剂CTP(PVI),在80-85℃下混炼3-5分钟;
(3)待步骤(2)处理完成后,再按重量份加入碳酸钙、滑石粉、N330 炭黑、陶土、半补强炭黑、橡胶油、二辛脂以及耐寒剂DOS,在70-85℃下混炼5分钟,倒出压成薄片晾起冷却;
(4)将步骤(3)得到的冷却后的混合料投入开炼机中,加入促进剂(NA-22) 以及促进剂TMTD,压片打成三角包,三角包再压片成横包,再压片打成三角包,反复5次,使硫化剂在胶料中混合均匀,开炼机开起循环水防止开炼机滚筒温度过高使胶料硫化,将混炼好的胶料放入切片机进行切片,切片后的胶料表面涂上滑石粉防止胶料粘连
优选的,所述步骤(4)中,开炼机开起循环水的温度为25-35℃。
本发明的技术效果和优点:
1、本发明的抗核电磁电缆用高强度柔性护套料,其阻燃性好,到达UL-V0 级,耐寒性好,可以在-55℃环境条件下具有柔软性,可以随意拖曳和移动收放,这是普通护套材料无法达到的,其抗拉强度可以达到28.0N/mm2以上,邵氏硬度60A,提高了电缆在野外恶劣条件下拖曳和移动收放使用要求,增加了电缆护套的抗拉强度和柔软性,提高了电缆在野外恶劣条件下拖曳和移动收放能力,方便作战时电缆的机动性,增加了作战效率。

一种抗核电磁电缆用高强度柔性护套料及其制备方法,其特征在于,包括以下步骤:
(1)将CR321氯丁橡胶按重量份配料,倒入密炼机内,在65℃下塑炼8 分钟;
(2)将步骤(1)中得到的原料倒出后压成薄片打包再投入到密炼机,按顺序加入配方量的氧化镁、间接法氧化锌、石蜡、古马隆树脂、防老剂、硫化促进剂DM、硬脂酸、防老剂DNP以及防焦剂CTP(PVI),在80℃下混炼3 分钟;
(3)待步骤(2)处理完成后,再按重量份加入碳酸钙、滑石粉、N330 炭黑、陶土、半补强炭黑、橡胶油、二辛脂以及耐寒剂DOS,在70℃下混炼5 分钟,倒出压成薄片晾起冷却;
(4)将步骤(3)得到的冷却后的混合料投入开炼机中,加入促进剂(NA-22) 以及促进剂TMTD,压片打成三角包,三角包再压片成横包,再压片打成三角包,反复5次,使硫化剂在胶料中混合均匀,开炼机开起循环水防止开炼机滚筒温度过高使胶料硫化,温度为25℃,将混炼好的胶料放入切片机进行切片,切片后的胶料表面涂上滑石粉防止胶料粘连。
实施例二:

(2)将步骤(1)中得到的原料倒出后压成薄片打包再投入到密炼机,按顺序加入配方量的氧化镁、间接法氧化锌、石蜡、古马隆树脂、防老剂、硫化促进剂DM、硬脂酸、防老剂DNP以及防焦剂CTP(PVI),在85℃下混炼5 分钟;
(3)待步骤(2)处理完成后,再按重量份加入碳酸钙、滑石粉、N330 炭黑、陶土、半补强炭黑、橡胶油、二辛脂以及耐寒剂DOS,在85℃下混炼5 分钟,倒出压成薄片晾起冷却;
(4)将步骤(3)得到的冷却后的混合料投入开炼机中,加入促进剂(NA-22) 以及促进剂TMTD,压片打成三角包,三角包再压片成横包,再压片打成三角包,反复5次,使硫化剂在胶料中混合均匀,开炼机开起循环水防止开炼机滚筒温度过高使胶料硫化,温度为35℃,将混炼好的胶料放入切片机进行切片,切片后的胶料表面涂上滑石粉防止胶料粘连。

1.一种抗核电磁电缆用高强度柔性护套料,其特征在于:由以下重量份组分制成:CR321氯丁橡胶橡胶100份、氧化镁2-3份、间接法氧化锌3-4份、石蜡2-3份、古马隆树脂1-2份、防老剂RD0.5-1.0份、硫化促进剂DM0.5-1.0份、硬脂酸0.5-1.0份、防老剂DNP0.6-1.5份、防焦剂CTP(PVI)0.2-0.5份、促进剂(NA-22)0.8-1.5份、促进剂TMTD 0.4-0.6份、碳酸钙5-7份、滑石粉20-25份、N330炭黑15-20份、陶土8-10份、半补强炭黑5-8份、橡胶油2-3份、二辛脂4-6份、耐寒剂DOS 4-7份。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种抗核电磁电缆用高强度柔性护套料及其制备方法,其特征在于,包括以下步骤:
(1)将CR321氯丁橡胶按重量份配料,倒入密炼机内,在65-75℃下塑炼8分钟;
(2)将步骤(1)中得到的原料倒出后压成薄片打包再投入到密炼机,按顺序加入配方量的氧化镁、间接法氧化锌、石蜡、古马隆树脂、防老剂、硫化促进剂DM、硬脂酸、防老剂DNP以及防焦剂CTP(PVI),在80-85℃下混炼3-5分钟;
